I went into Honda of burlington here in Washington and was coming in to pay off my 2021 Honda Accord and was persuaded to purchase another vehicle of lesser quality. Within 24 hours of the purchase I regretted this decision because the car was not of equal quality to the car I had drove in there. The general manager called me to tell me she would not give me my original car back. Again it had not even been 24 hours and I had been calling all morning trying to reach someone in management but they were all in meetings. I just wanted my car back and they refused! Not only was this emotionally damaging but the general manager said she could tell I was upset because I was crying and she said "I can tell your upset so I will let you go" after telling me I couldn't have my car back and me begging to get it back. She was absolutely horrible! She did not need to be rude as I never once raised my voice or anything. I simply begged to have my car back. She said no! Have a good day and hung up. I have always supported Honda and am very devastated that this is how they do business! I would not recommended them to anyone! How could you do that to someone? They simply got the better end of the deal and would not give me my car back and also told me to just take and trade the car of lesser quality if I didn't like it. I'm done with Honda!!!

I have a Honda PCX 150 2013. I don't have a complaint about the motorcycle itself. It has been a good bike. But just like any thing mechanical, it will breakdown from time to time. It really went down this time. I called up the dealership and they told me they could look at it sometime in April - two months from now. Since this is unacceptable to me because it is the only vehicle I own, I called up Honda Customer service. They refused to help me. They support the dealership which they should, but they should support their customers. We are the ones who keep them in business. I wasn't asking for them to push me in front of other customers; I was asking them look into why the dealership was taking so long to service the motorcycle. I was told that their motorcycles were not meant to be primary vehicles. I wish that the salesman who sold me the bike had said this from the beginning when I told him that this what I intended the bike to be. I would have bought a second hand car and been happier. So the only thing Honda appears to be interested in is selling their product and not servicing it. I guess nothing has changed since the 60s because we used to call Japanese vehicles throw away vehicles. When it breaks you just throw it away and get another one. Of course they were a hell of a lot cheaper back then. My suggestion to anyone considering a Honda is to grab your wallet with both hands because they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Customer service at Honda and their vehicles are the worst. I currently am leasing an Odyssey that has so many problems and issues and the Honda dealership doesn't know how to fix it. They assigned me a case manager who never answers my calls and never returns my calls. Completely useless. I was with Toyota for 15 years before switching to Honda, and I never had an issue with a Toyota or their customer service. As soon as my lease with Honda is up, I'm going back to Toyota. Stay far away from Honda!

Honda Customer Service is the worst I have expereienced. They don't answer their calls when you are asked to call them with a case number. They will chew up all your time for playing phone tags. Their tactic is to try to get your attention by keep calling you at the busiest time. They refused to use email and the customer service software to provide online service which is 24/7. When you called, their phone system makes you go through their prompts while you wait. Horrible customer service car company ever ! Won't buy their cars anymore and their technology is way behind Toyota and Ford, GMC, especially Tesla...

Probably one of the most frustrating thing to deal with is talking to a Honda representative. They really make you feel at fault for their mistake...

Hi I have purchased Honda Amaze on 2nd sep-2021 and show room promised with the android auto car play system from Honda. When it was deliverd it was diffrent and beeding of the system is coming out.its suprise to see company like Honda is providing such a low quality android ,apple carplay system.i have contacted the showroom person but there is not postive response.

This is a review about what I have gone through over the past 11 months
My 2015 Fit White paint is peeling it is going to take two weeks to fix. First the one dealershipS off Clark S Blvd.
Ok'd the work and the rental with an exception that they not sure if it was the filed rep or the corporation. Evidently could not get past. So after 11MONTHS I decided to take my car somewhere else again all approved but now it's the rental.
I am stuck now with a peeling car paint and not being able to be out of work simple because a CAR dealership Hendrick Honda service manager won't approve a rental.
Or is it Honda. I'm thinking dealing with this particular Service manager in the passed.....
It's not Honda Cooperate.:)
I am a long time Honda customer the cars are great the representatives of this car well let's just say it's given me a taste of what I will do in the future

Challenged with Honda to support my grievance related to service bulletin 13-081. I understand I am not within supported period for the bulletin but the excessive oil consumption and repeated engine light and very poor performance of my hands is related to this bulletin. I paid out of pocket huge expense to get the issue fixed. Honda denied my claim. Is this what I get with being loyal Honda customer for over 20+ years?

They will not honor there warranties or fix there mistakes.i have 2014 Honda civic trying to fix because air doesn't work they have a history for that model a quality alert a 10 year extension on warranty and you take it to have diagnostics and they want to charge you 250 dollars for diagnostics and say that's it's not there problem it's the compressor and condenser when there faulty condenser is probably why the compressor went bad if it is.the problem is they just want to lie and rip people off because they don't want to fix there equipment

Honda of Fort Myers Customer Service review rating 0
Refused to honor the recall of the Tonneau cover panel for my Ridgeline even though one panel (it is a 3 panel system) had already detached and was sitting in bed of truck. Told me it was not part of the recall and someone ripped it off rather then design failure. I went into the main building looking for a manager and they gave me a person who at first took on a attitude and then promised to look into the matter and call me. That call never occured. I went to Coconut Point Honda for a second opinion. The service department checked the cover and told me it was definitely part of the problem which induced the recall and ordered me a new cover which was installed yesterday(3/9/21)
As I was waiting for the new cover to come in I was driving on Highway 75 for my second covid shot. As I am driving down the highway the passenger side of the remaining two attachment on the passenger side failed and I heard a banging in the back. I looked up and the panel was bouncing up and down approximately 2 to 3". I immediately pulled the truck to the breakdown lane to investigate. I found the only item that kept the panel from flying off the truck was a small braided material with a clip which I assume was the last resort safety feature. I am 70 years old, laying in the bed of the truck, underneath the panel and forced to disassemble the remaining attachment of the panel and lay the entire part in the bed of the truck.
What really forced my anger was that if that small braided material holding the panel on broke the panel would have flown off the truck. A crowded highway with a large panel flying through the air. Accident, injury, or death could have occurred due to Honda of Fort Myers Service Department negligence.
After my Covid shot I immediately went back to Honda of Fort Myers and requested to see the GM of the facility. He was not in so I was introduced to the head of the Service department. This was on 3/8/21. He was professional and listened to my concern. I told him I want nothing out of this but was giving him the courtesy of letting him know I will be contacting Honda. I also told him the the Coconut Point Honda was replacing the cover which they did on 3/9/21. When I replaced the cover I found out that Fort Myers Honda had called Coconut Point Honda to confirm my account of the incident.
Fort Myers Honda committed a egregious mistake and exhibited terrible judgement in making me drive away with out taking responsibility. I repeat, their action could have resulted in a highway tragedy.
As a side Coconut Point Fort Myers has my top rating in how they handled the situation.

HONDA CARS of Mckinney has consistently done a poor job in servicing a fuel pump recall by replacing it with a unit that leaked gasoline on the road!! Also, on 3 occasions the service manager did not fix a range indicator for range of miles available to the motorist before the insight before a gas fillup will be needed. None of honda car of Mckinney were successful in fixing the range on the instrument cluster panel!! These master mechanics turned the O ring screw in the wrong direction causing gas leakage all over the road. These mechanics need to be coached for improvement and held accountable for poor work!!

After 21 complaints, I went to Headquarters and they told me to pound-sand. I next went to states attorney general's office and filed a lemon-law complaint. The AG then wrote Honda 3 times and they haven't responded to the AG and it has been 7 weeks!

I came to Grainger Honda to repaint my master switch driver power window, they tried to charge me $ 569.00 for solenoid and actuator when an OEM part store it $119. Then the master switch, power window they tried to charge me $ 247 for an OEM part of 69.00 with labor $ 1,227.00. The Grainger Honda manager said and I quote: you look like cow crap, unquote., Ya a Army veteran, Honorable discharge, A2 believer, I was carrying that day, manager dirt bag.

Recently at the end of a 36 month honda lease. So called "Customer Care" would note waive about $95 in late fees after spending about $14K over the life of the lease.

How petty can a car company be especially in the virus enviroment?. I see Toyota in my near future.

Toward the end of my phone call with Teri, supervisor to my case manager (Kim), Teri told me that I was not a "good investment" for Honda, and she abruptly denied my ongoing claim--before the problem with my 2017 HRV had even been diagnosed.

Since I am a lifelong Honda driver (1996 Civic, 2003 Civic, 2017 HRV--all purchased new from Honda dealerships), it's extremely disheartening to learn that I'm not a "good investment" for Honda since Honda had always been a good investment for me. Teri also asserted that she was the "final point of escalation" and that I had no recourse to pursue the matter further.

Since I have worked in many customer service related industries, I know that courteous, respectful, and accurate communication is the key to productive interaction. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of professionalism during yesterday's transaction.

If considering buying Honda, beware! The customer service representatives at American Honda Motor Company (Torrance, CA) do not consider consumers to be "a good investment."

VERY UN -PROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISSAPOINTMENT

Just to share my experience with PARKWAY HONDA service center at EGLINTON, Toronto.

They are very unprofessional. I gave my car for service, when I return to collect my car was DIRTY with water droplets on it. FINGERPRINTS of the service guy on front mirror. NO WIPE off the car. Marks on my CAR. I have all the PICS .

When I complaint about it to the team. They said �¢ï¿½ï¿½ All the service guys are gone and U have to come back tomorrow to get it done. They dint even bother to get up from his seat and come and see the Situation. I was a loyal customer of HONDA and they lost it.

No one will help..No one has a last name..no one will send me anything in the mail or email.
I feel I'm dealing with children that just don't care.
I was seeking help for my TL ..I explained my tranny was slipping. I call and spoke to a rep that informed me I was out of the 10 year extension on the recall warranty but with in the miles..I was told by your rep Madiline.888-234-2138 to get the car to a certified dealer. I was told where to bring it. And told I had to have it diagnosed before they could help me. So I paid to have the car brought to where you (honda) told me to bring it. And paid to have the bad tranny confirmed.And after 10 days of the car sitting at the dealer. I was told the trany was bad which I knew. And that sorry no help would be offred .So I'm told " have it towed out from the dealer.The dealer where honda had me bring it. And be sure to remember to pay the bill at the dealer.
Does that sound fair? Car serviced since new..All required service done.
Does anyone care ?

I've been trying to reach customer service ...seems like most of the folks who answer the phones are children.No one with a last name..Quite a way to operate.My story of mistreatment is too long to cover here.But your robot at is no help at all.Really a biy of a misleading young lady.And coming in a close second in the no help section.Is .Between the 2 of these folks I've been waiting since march 13th to be helped.

I'm a praud owner of a 2012 megapro bike in Jakarta, Indonesia. For 5 years I never missed maintanance. Now it doesn't matter anymore, cause I've been waiting for parts i've ordered for 5 months now, your honda HEPS even said one of the parts I ordered was no longger manufactured by your AHM.
What am I suppose to do? Just watch my baby slowly turns to scraps??!
