The customer support is not very patient, and borderline rude. I've spent thousands for a system that does not do anymore than a
Ring. in fact at this point a Ring would be better. Trying to play back recordings will bring you to tears. God forbid I ever really need a recording I'll be SOL. Hate this company.

When trying to reach tech support it can take a very long time to get a tech on the phone if your lucky. Tried to leave message for a call back it may be the next day. Horrible tech support.
