Today I shopped at JCPenney in Davenport Iowa. When walking through the store trying to find the lingerie department I was greeted by a very helpful woman by the name of Randi. I told her I wanted to get a bra for my daughter and she immediately was helpful and guided me to the appropriate section helped me pick out some bras. I wanted to let you know that you have a very valuable employee in Randi ! I am from out of state and I would definitely shop in this JCPenney's again.

Irina in Sephora was fabulous. I needed nail polish and she was able to assist me in the right direction to the salon to find what I needed. As well the ladies in the salon were beyond helpful to me!

I'm a customer of JCPENNEY's for over fifteen years.
I went to return a toaster oven and replace it with a larger one.
A wonderful lady at the return place named, Dee, was so, so kind, helpful and with a beautiful smile.
I shop at Yorktown in Lombard.

Shopped today at the Clarksville In store for Mothers Day. It's hard to find good workers these days that care about customers but today I found a gem. Her name is Ruby. She was wonderful an so kind! She helped me with everything! If I go back I hope she is there!

Last week I went to JCPENNEY to trying to resolve an issue regarding a mattress
I have been calling customer service hot line and no one seems to have an answer for my issue
So I went directly to the store in Chandler Az
A very nice lady by the name Delores from store 2419 associate #0073
Was on the phone with customer service for over an hour
She was disconnected three times but she was not giving up
And even though my problem was not solved I still want to give a shot out to her
JCPENNEY is very lucky to have an employee like Delores, she didn't just went about and beyond trying to assist me
She delivered a service of Excelence
And she deserves to be recognized
When I'm talking about the worst return process I'm talking about the phone customer service not about Delores

We shopped at the Rosa Park mall store this weekend. We had help from Michael in the mens department . He was very helpful , kind and patient. His service was beyond our expectations!

My husband and I were waited on at the jewelry department at the Wilkes Barre, PA Wyoming Valley Mall location by a fabulous associate named Rose. It wasn't the first time we had come into contact with her at the store and I must say that she was fantastic and super helpful to us. She felt like family to me just by the way our conversation was. She is definitely super friendly, outgoing, super helpful, and doesn't let stress get in her way. She laughed and joked with my husband and I all as she was ringing us out. Rose is definitely an asset to that company. There aren't too many people out there like her. I hope to always come in contact with Rose when visitng the Wilkes Barre location. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. We ended up purchasing a new diamond ring that day and we could not be any happier with the way Rose treated us from beginning to end.

I shopped at the JCPenney's store today at the Galleria Mall in Henderson, Nevada. The sales lady at the checkout counter in women's clothing, Lydia M. was the most helpful and pleasant sales person I have ever encountered. It was a pleasure to have her doing my checkout and I hope that Penny's will employ more people like her.

My mom lost her wallet. The store manager and staff raised money to replace what my mom lost. They are a great bunch at 2775 Deptford nj. Angie is the best boss.

Shopped today at JCP Staten Island. Couldn't find size. Jodene, my salesperson checked computer and found the dress in my size which was misplaced on another rack. She went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. She was competent and professional. Need more employees like Jodene.
Tried to fill out the survey but was unable. Terrible website.

I just shopped in the fine jewelry section of the Tuttle Crossing JC Penneys and wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the fine clerk you hired to run it!! Brenda was my clerk and she did a marvelous job helping me find just the right gifts for my daughters in law for this Christmas. (I always shop early). She was friendly, patient and make the experience FUN! She went above and beyond and give me special boxes to place them in, and then gave really nice bags with tissue paper to present the gifts in!!! In this day and age with seemingly less and less help or even genuine care over helping you, I was thrilled to have someone go the 'extra mile' to make my shopping experience GREAT!! Thank you for hiring this wonderful lady. Looks like this number is significant for either the store or the clerk. #2700. By the way---she did NOT ask me to do this, this was my own idea.

The Joplin store opened yesterday, per an email I received yesterday morning. I drove to the store yesterday afternoon to return 4 pairs of slacks I purchased for hubby back in March, just before the shutdown. I had my receipt. They gave me a refund to my credit card with NO PROBLEMS!! ? Thank you JCP!

Sandra, the associate who assisted my wife and I purchase a king mattress and adjustable frame at the JC Penny store in the Southlake mall store, Merrillville, IN was fantastic. Helpful, Friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we got every benefit from the sale prices, promos, coupons and just made sure we were getting the best value from our purchase. She even followed up with a mailed promo form for an additional rebate along with a handwritten note with instructions and her phone # if we needed any further assistance. Next to Customer Service in the dictionary should be her picture. Thank you Sandra. You actually made our purchase enjoyable, along with a rewarding experience.

I Visited Your Jcpennytroy Mi48083 Store To Pick Up And Exchange Items. I Met Two Of Your Finest Customer Service Associates Laronda And Palinee. I had placed an order on line. Went to the store at oak park mall in January to pick it up. There was no record of my order. The sales person that helped me. Was so patient with me and so kind. , helpful, suggested what I should do. To be sure I was not charged for it . I went back sgain because the telephone person told me to . The sales person (Rhonda). Was so helpful she could not have been more kind and helpful. It was on a lSunday . I hope you will tell her what a great person and good job she did . Hard to find a sales person that. Does such a great job and helpful to a customer that has a problem.
