JetBlue Airlines Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 2

I traveled on the 12:05P flight 868 from Kingston to New York, JFK on Nov.22, 2011. after we boarded a problem developed and there was a delay of 4hrs before we were able to take off, the flight crew, especially Beverly in my section in the back was outstanding, they were patient, friendly & reassuring in dealing with our concerns, they kept us informed every step of the way. Snacks and refreshments were served even though we we were still grounded. Thank you pilot and crew for making a stressful situation bearable and for getting us to our destination safely, Thank God

I recently traveled to and from Barbados, and the Service rep Sheldon Jones in Barbados was outstanding in the service he provided to me as a disabled person traveling with a minor child. Mr. Jones made sure I was able to enter and exit the airplane without injury to myself and my progress through immigration was smooth. I strongly recommend him for any promotions or bonuses.

We were scheduled on Jetblue flight # 1175 on Mon. 7/25 @ 9:43 a.m. Service from Boston to Newark Our bus to the airport ran into morning rush hour traffic and we were terribly late, arriving at airport 10 min before plane was to take off. A young man at your desk named "Brendan" took us ahead of the line, called the gate (C25) and asked them to wait for us. He then printed boarding passes, walked us through security and pointed us to the gate where airplane was waiting for us. We don't know his last name and barely had time to thank him for "going the extra yard". Brendan was working at last computer at Jetblue check in at Logan Airplort approx. 9:30 a.m. on 7/25/11. Because of him, Jetblue will always be our first preference when we fly. Can you locate Brendan and thank him for us?

My husband and I have had to travel quite a bit the last two years due to my having cancer. We choose to travel with Jet Blue because of your easy service to New York.
Our experience Saturday, July 23, 2011 was outstanding! The reason for this was the gracious way in which we were treated by the flight attendants.
Our flight left from LGA and flew into PBI. The flight number was 364. The flight attendants were: Michael,
Jason, and Brian. They were simply delightful and made the trip go by so quickly.

I wish to thank the staff of flight 812 from Puerto Plata to JFK on June 6, 2011.
I lost a very important ring that my father gave to my mother in 1934. We looked all over and could not find it, so the flight attendant said when the plane was empty they would look again.
When I arrived at immigration, there was a woman there with my ring.
I will always be grateful. Many thanks!

I am from Canada and have used Jet Blue out of Seattle many times to fly to the Caribbean. I have had nothing except excellent service from Jet Blue. I wish our Canadian Airlines service was half as good as Jet Blue. After I saw the huge effort Jet Blue had put into the Haiti Relief effort, I am sure that I will be a Jet Blue customer for a long time.

J.Blue is by far the most outstanding company in the air traffic business. Always courteous, professional and on time, I never hesitate to book with them. Their consistently low price points beat every other carrier, bar none.

Sorry for your loss, human, but your anger is misdirected at an airline when in reality you need to confront the unresolved pain you experienced with the one you lost.

August 13 was the first time we flew Jet Blue. It was a flight from Newark to West Palm Beach. Fabulous - service, efficiency, seats, low fare and no baggage fee. The attendants were friendly and helpful. I will definitely ask our travel agent to book us on Jet Blue. The employees actually looked like they enjoyed their job.

I've never had any trouble getting through to JetBlue when calling. I recently had to book a complicated flight with three people, a baby, and three cats, originating from two different cities, and with one return to another city...they understood what I wanted to do, got me a great price, etc. Just what I expect when I call customer service...if only the response was like this with all companies.
