I bought a Kenmore grill with a manufacturers warranty. I am trying to replace the most common parts, the burners. I told them I was more then willing to buy the replacement burners even though they were under warranty. Kenmore will not honor the warranty as it is a manufactures warranty - apparently Kenmore does not build anything. Kenmore told me I needed to talk with the manufacturer. When asked who the manufacturer was, no one at Kenmore knows.

I bought a counter too microwave in February, last Thursday it died. I called customer care nine times and kept getting the run around, your warranty says one to two yrs old that you would replace the item. HONOR your warranty or refund my money,
I've also called the local Sears here in Myrtle beach and still no resolution. I will also be calling the better business. This is fraudulent behavior.

I boughta set of Kenmore washer and dryer and 2 months after I paid it off my warranty ran out my dryer quit. I tried to find the part I needed to fix my dryer and when I looked up the model number it came up as a front load dryer and mine is a regular dryer. I was pissed, I tried to contact Sears and couldn't talk to anyone. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING MADE BY KENMORE THERE PRODUCTS SUCK AND THEY ARE JUNK.????????????????????????????? WORST PRODUCT AND SEARS SUCK!!!!!!!???????

Kenmore is no longer a company you can rely on for good working household appliances. They then give you the runaround with their telephone system, hoping you will give up. Purchased a new washer and dryer, 1st time used stuck in use cycle, couldn't open to remove clothing. Called to get repair, techs have been out 4 separate times,never having the correct part to repair. I just want my money back. Who do you need to speak with to get this resolved. Getting ready to call the news channels, file complaint with the BBB. I've held on hold for over 4 hrs and counting with No human ever coming online. What does this say for your customer service?

What is wrong with Sears, customer service is located in the Philippines, Waited on hold for an hour, then they wanted me to fix the freezer myself, over the phone, "they would help." Just bought the fridge in May, so my 30 day warranty is up, and if I want it fixed, they will send a tech out, and charge me service call, parts and labor. Really!!! I entend to Report this to a customer watchdog and expose this type of fraudulent business practices.

Sir ..I am a 71 years old retired sears service tech.Last year i bought an kenmore elite fridge model 795.73157.610. april 25 2019.. It been one year and the compressor is gone.The service tech ask me for $1000, so i told him the compressor have 10 years warranty, so he ask me for $550 for replacing it. If the compressor have 10 years and the sealing system five,and the compressor is part of the sealing system why do i have to pay.. I bought it in $4000 for one year of service and it looks like i going to dump it on the trash.By the way he did not give me receipt or email it. If you send me the part i hire some one else to install it .

I am totally disgusted with Kenmore. My washer and dryer are a little over 3 years old. Neither one work properly. I have been trying to talk to someone in charge for 6 months. All I get is the same ole poor customer service. I need to speak with someone now!

I guess I am not the only one that after 18 months of buying a $2000 fridge the compressor dies. Apparently that fridge comes with a bad compressor because it has a plastic part. Paid 750 to get it fixed with a new and better one because the warranty is only for 12 months. Will never buy Kenmore again knowing that it has a compressor problem and wont honor a warranty. I have never had any appliance that stopped working after 18 months.

Kenmore appliances are suppose to be the best. I bought a kenmore elite dryer and paid apparently way too much. I am home 3 months out of the year. I bought the dryer in November 2017. I have not used the dryer a total of 12 months and it is broken. I am being told warranty is 1 year from time of purchase. If an appliance cannot last any longer than 10 months it's a piece of junk. I also have proof of not being home 9 months out of the year.

My ice maker in my Kenmore refrigerator caught fire today and we have been unable to get anyone to help us. We call the 800 4My Home and the phone lines are terrible you can not understand anything being said. My husband be spoke with someone who said the supervisor would contact us, waiting. I would like answers!

Sir I commented about 1 month ago about having 2 replace my third light bulb in my kenmore elite refrigerator that is a year old sears would not cover the cost even though I tried to call several times during the pandemic my freezer is dark because they will not cover the cost .How does 2 light bulbs go out in less than a year my last kenmore I had for close to 25 years could u please help me in my situation because sears will not thank u

Our Kenmore refrigerator went out suddenly last week. The technician stated the LG Compressor had died and required approximately $800 to repair. This was purchased December 12, 2017. a 2.5 year old compressor should be covered by warranty, right? So, upon checking, not only should it be covered for 10 years, but there is an ongoing class action lawsuit against LG for defective compressors in Kenmore refrigerators, which are failing within 36 months, as did mine. This purchase was after January 30, 2014; therefore falls under the guidelines for class action. I have contacted LG via email and chatbox, but was repeatedly redirected to Sears and Kenmore. I read an article on Digital Trends, which stated: "LG Responds In a communication to Digital Trends, an LG company representative said, "At LG, consumer satisfaction is paramount...LG models featuring linear compressors come with an industry-leading 10-year parts warranty and five-year labor warranty."
I have repeatedly called Sears and Kenmore and have been left on hold for an hour at a time. When I called Kenmore, I was redirected to Sears. Sears scheduled a technician to come on July 15, 2020, for another $109, and said there should be a 5-year warranty but said the Owners' Manual states the warranty is for only one year, which it does. I am certain you can understand my frustration. We lost hundreds of dollars of food in our refrigerator and freezer and purchased a Whirlpool mini fridge, for necessities.
Please advise, at your earliest convenience, a resolution to this issue. One of your companies is responsible for knowingly selling this faulty product. I will join the Class Action, if necessary, but I would prefer to work it out with you.

I have been without my refrigerator for over a month now. The cooling mechanism broke and a new one was supposed to be ordered. I have called 3 times and waited on hold for over an hour each time and no one ever answers the phone. When I finally speak with someone (a manager in fact) they say that they will look into it or call me back and no one ever does. Furthermore the last time I spoke with someone they could not even see where my part was ordered and before that I was told that my part was on back order for more than 30 days. This person created a case and I was disconnected before receiving my case number and no one called me back to provide one or to follow up on my issue. This is an essential appliance that I bought in Nov. 2019 and it's now completely non functional. I am extremely upset by the lack of customer service I have received. As I am writing this I am currently on hold, and have been for over 20 minutes. I want my refrigerator replaced or a credit in the amount I paid so I can buy a new refrigerator. I have several Kenmore products in my home and this is the first time I have had such horrible issues. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product and will be telling everyone I know not to purchase Kenmore or from Sears.

To whom it may concern I bought a kenmore elite fridge & a kenmore washer & dryer !!!Last June & July of 2019 had 2 service fridge & dryer I believe in February or March of 2020 the lite in my freezer is out again this will b my third lite in one year prior I had a kenmore fridge for 25 years never ever a problem this one 2 lites out already nobody would answer at Sears for a couple of months on hold 4 ever finally after waiting 3 hours someone answered & told me lite was only good for 90 days I said I tried to reach u but nobody would answer now they want to charge me a diagnostic fee & parts fee !!!!!im so disgusted with sears customer service this is why I'm reaching out to you !!!im also having a slight problem with dryer as far as drying towels I'm on a fixed income & my wife might b going back to work in a week or two but right now I'm using a flashlight to look inside my freezer don't have the money for service !!!!Once again all my life I've had kenmore appliances if u could please help me in anyway I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

My 1800.00 Kenmore french door refrigerator model #795.7259 that is less than a 1.5 yrs old that the compressor has quit. I didn't realize it only had 1yr warranty on the whole unit when I bought it also didn't take extended warranty. Huge mistake! That should have been a red flag that I was buying crap! We had to wait on their repair for over a week and a half. Now I have been on the phone with several people demanding an answer why the compressor did not last longer. Well, I got my answer today from customer solutions which took an act of Congress to speak to someone in that department. LG was the manufacturer of this unit and have multiple compressors on recall but not mine...of corse. Sears/Kenmore company will not stand behind it! They should be ashamed to rip consumers off this way. Please share this so maybe people will be aware of importance of educating yourself to companies that are taking advantage of people! #Sears #Kenmore #LG

I bought a kenmore french door refrigerator model number 795.7259 one and a half years ago. It stopped working a week ago. Sears repair came yesterday and the compressor is bad. 900.00 just for the part. The whole unit was only under warranty for a year and I didn't get extended warranty. I am furious tof pay that much for a refrigerator and not last a whole 2 years. I have tried to reach the company to have them explain why this happened. This is actually my 2nd unit which the first one only lasted 6 years. I thought for sure it was a bad unit and took a chance on another one bc I love the size and room it has and fits my kitchen. I just keep gttg forwarded to repairs and basically tell me no warranty. They absolutely should be ashamed for ripping customers off this way.

I have been waiting and trying to get my kenmore refrigerator repaired for the past two months. I have spoken to customer service on several occasions and keep being told parts are on back order. When I ask for specifics or to elevate the master (again, it has been 2 months), I am given the party line. I don't understand why it is taking so long for parts to a new model refrigerator. I could use some help here.

I have a fridge that just turned 4 years old the repair guy came was there 5 minutes told me it was junk buy another one this is ridiculous i wouldn't buy another kenmore product if this is what I can expect

I bought a Kenmore refrigerator from Sears in the first week of August, 2018. Last week the compressor went bad. Spent $1,600 for 1.5 years of service. Terrible experience. Also both a washing machine, dish washer, and a range. Waiting for them to break down. Will never make this mistake again. Also explains why Sears is where they are.

I have a kenmore water heater that has failed and still has mfg warranty on parts. I have called sears repair who claims they are the only authorized kenmore repair and they said they do not service water heaters. They said I had to find my own repairman. If I do and the have to replace parts (which they do either safety valve or pilot tuneup kit ) how do do we get the parts to put us back in operation. We are seniors with medical issues. Can the repair man replace the part and then I get reimbursed

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE! I purchased a dryer 4 months ago and it already went out. The part that is needed to fix the dryer is on back order.. 3 weeks later and still the part has not been shipped. I have called over and over, and just keep getting the run around. Every person I have spoke to has been very rude and unprofessional. Every time I call I get a different answer. I will never recommend Sears or Kenmore, Whirlpool etc. products to anyone. I can't even express in words what a joke this company is, and Warranty to them means nothing.

Horrible customer service. I was transferred back and forth between customer service and parts specialist for about 35 minutes then hung up on. No one could help find the part i was looking for. Will not be buying any of their products anymore.

I have a 5 yr. old Kenmore washer that bangs violently on a reg spin cycle, so violent that it jars the whole washer. Very scary. There are just the two of us (elderly). I wash 3 or 4 times a wk. Never a lg load. I can use it on delicate and it runs okay , but I would like to use the reg cycle to clean better. What is the cost of this repair? I'm sure that you know exactly what is broken as there are numerous complaints on the internet concerning the same problem with your make of washer. I want some information so that I can make a decision between repair or purchase another machine.

I purchased brand new KENMORE refrigerator w/ a double bottom freezer from Sears for over $2000 on 9/22/2017. Fast forward to 1/27/2020 and my now it no longer works. It completely stopped cooling and freezing my food. After getting the run around for hours with sears terrible customer service I HAD NO CHOICE but to pay someone to come out and diagnose the problem which was $80. He stated my compressor and board went out.So I contact sears and they give me the run around and refuse to pay for the repair stating the warranty expired after one year. At this point I'm livid because this should not be happening to a brand new (SUPPOSEDLY TOP OF THE LINE & VERY EXPENSIVE) refrigerator. Not only did I lose out on money thinking I was purchasing a long lasting AND or dependable refrigerator that will last, I also lost over $200 in groceries i bought the previous day due to it breaking in the middle of the night. Everything had to be thrown out. I am so disappointed in this company and will never spend another dime Kenmore. Their customer service is terrible and they had no idea what they were doing and were not empathetic at all. After calling again and again and being on the phone for hours a customer service representative said to schedule a repair appointment and my part would be covered and I would just pay for labor. When the technician got there he told me the part wasn't covered and the representative gave me false information. I also had to pay another technician $119. SO NOW IM OUT OF POCKET about $200 and their is still no repair done. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I should be compensated for all this hassle and stress over an overpriced piece of junk refrigerator. Now I have to purchase a brand new refrigerator when I shouldn't have to!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KENMORE PRODUCT EVER!!!

I have a kenmore washer 500 series and its alway broke down the plastic disk in the bottom should have been metal but in any case I am not happy with kenmore and I will never own another one the couldnt give me a free one I hate it the sears gentlemen misrepresented the washer as a good washer heavy duty but its a piece of junk i HAD TO PAY $400 DOLLARS FOR THE FIRST time it went down I think Kenmore is a ripe off I will put it out there on facebook also
