I'm not impressed to have to pay for a new Sim card or that I have minimal coverage where I live.

I'm not impressed that by even staying a koodo customer with these issues, I'm still charged a reconnection fee for an upgrade to a phone I already purchased via koodo that died.

No offers were made to alleviate my issues, as, I pretty much self diagnosed what is wrong g with my equipment that is not on the reps script!

Furthermore, although I am sure your rep is a lovely girl, her phone mannerisms are not professional while continuously saying uhm, many times repeatedly. It makes communication with your representative frustrating!

I have been trying to cancel a cell phone for my brother who is no longer able to use the phone. he is bedridden, has MS, and start of alhziemers. I have POA over his finances and medical care. the letter nof POA was sent to KOODO with the explaination to cancel services. plus, on top of all this, the cell phone has not worked for around 3 months. we have been paying the monthly fees regardless.Now they say, they dont see the email I sent with the POA. Ihave a confirmation leeter from them indicating they received the correspondance. I would not recommend koodo to anyone. to hard to talk to anyone as well.

I need to change my credit card because the one you had registered was stolen and was deactivated.
I've been trying online to fix this but eventually I get, service not available.

I recently had to change a charge card that was hacked. I registered a new card on the phone. Did not work so went to a Koodo store at eastgate square in Hamilton. Registered the card again. Now I got notified that my top up was unsuccessful. Please rectify this matter as soon as possible please.

Really? I can't speak to anyone in customer service without going through a process that is too confusing. So, if I can't pay my bill this month because I get an error code 500 (and don't have a problem with anything else) then it's their problem not mine. Terrible customer service.

I Am Looking 4 A New Company 2 Work W As I'm Sick And Tired Of Getting A Notice That My Bill Is Ready And It Says $42... Then By The Time I Can Actually Get In 2 Pay It It's Back Up 2 $54.

Call back came through but when I pushed 1 for English and the phone simply began to ring. After 3:45 (three minutes forty five seconds) I hung up. Tried the Customer Service phone number and only got a recording saying please call again. Then attempted to call local Koodo store and phone went to voice mail.

Koodo needs to keep a check at their sales associates who make new accounts and provide SIMS. Their associate made my account and out all wrong info because eof which I am unable to pay the outstanding bill amount and that has effected my credit score now. I left Koodo and now I just get mails for the pending bill and when I try solving though the customer care, they are unable to do anything. You should be compensating me for the credit score drop due to the payment default which is you own fault and not mine. I'm from Oshawa. I bought this SIM from an associate in Oshawa Centre.

Trying to talk to a human regarding long past bill apparently 2017 that has gone to collection I need the information that was sent to the collection company and I need to dispute this. Who to contact by phone. Please provide customer service phone number

Very bad customer service. Can't reach a live rep when you call Koodo phone number.
KOODO Assist is not helpful at all, very frustrating. KOODO Assist is completely off topic and do not answer questions asked.

Customers should be able to register on line directly as it's not that difficult.
Customer service number should ha ve a live rep ready to speak to you on phone when you call .

Was suppose to have a call 6 hr wait. Then when some lady called me back, her name was Maria did nothing but argue with me. Even went as far as saying I didn't know what i was talking about. I clearly did as I had all statement in front of me. Kept talking over me. I have had this same lady before and she did the exact same thing. I asked her if it was koodo s policy to have staff cut customers off and not let them explain. She continued then decided I might be right and put me on hold and disconnected me yet again. It's ridiculous that these staff fight with the customers. So had to start the whole process over again when I got YUJI on the phone after a call back was arranged yet again and when I answered koodos little robot said ok well we will try to reach you again. It's a nightmare and I am sure there's such a long waiting period because there are so many complaints and problems with ALL consumers that have Koodo as a service. So i wasted approx 4.5 hrs that I will never get back and in the end because of persistence I won...

Koodo offered me a deal for black Friday on Nov 28 2022 and I did not get a sim card till Dec 27 and the first bill they sent me which cover from Nov 28 to Jan 6 even tho⁴ugh my sim got activated on Dec 27 .so after discation with customer service representative the bill was reduced. Now when I got my second bill it has overdue from my first bill which was already cleared. I call them again and they tell me some different stories and told me that I have to pay this. I just fill like they are running an extortion center to collect money. Whom should I complain regarding this ??? I am in calgary Alberta

Impossible to talk to someone. The online bot cannot help and only gives a few options. It's impossible to find a customer service number.

At one point I would've given koodo a 10 out of 10 .... in this past year though, my experience with thus company has gone way down. After today ... I give them a 0. After my phone dud a system update, phone numbers and other functions have been blocked , and I have no idea how to unblock it. I went to the kiosk at the mall where I bought my phone... and my experience there was absolutely horrible. Instead of fixing my phone, the young boy sends to a different kiosk that has nothing to do with koodo , to have them run a diagnostic on my phone... I would never recommend koodo to anyone ever again!!!!

Koodo charged me for international roaming when all I was trying to do is contact them by phone as well as online trying to arrange a call back. I set up several appointment but never received even one call back. I called them when I got back to Canada but was put on hold several times only to be told that his "Credit Calculator" says he could credit me back $28 of the $99 they charged me. I guess he thought I was an idiot because I wasted 1hr 30 mins on the phone. I have filed complaint so we will see where that gets me, if anywhere.

What horrible customer service. Frustrating from day 1.
I tried in August to set up kodoo mobile for both my granddaughter and I to move from Bell. There was mix-up from day one. 3 weeks later I was still having issues. The phones were all mixed up, the SIM cards were totally wrong.

Bell called to find out why we would be leaving and I told them it was the cost.... I lost my job, my unemployment had run out.
Bell offered me a great deal.

We stayed with Bell. It was already 3 weeks of trying to transfer and Bell offered us a better deal. Koodo called us back, to find out why we didn't complete the transfer, I told them we were staying with Bell.

Koodo didn't make with a different offer and we cancelled. They sent an email acknowledging the cancellation but continue to send me bills since August.
I reply to their emails, I have even forwarded the email acknowledging the cancellation, and finally today I called them. They insist that I never cancelled and that I owe them over $300. They are threatening my credit rating.

This is how they treat you. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I could get a call back... and then he added that they are not at fault. Well that didn't go over well, he tried to speak over me, I didn't back down, he refused to admit they've caused the problem and now we're both typing a mile a minute. I think it's important to let other people know how horrible their customer service is. He said that he will get someone to speak to me within 72 hours, which is fine but he wanted to end the call with how the company did nothing wrong. Instead of ending the call with someone will get back to you.

My line is open now he is just sitting there neither of us is talking and this is a waste of time to get any help from them. I've never had a problem with BELL. I got a much better deal than what Koodo was willing to offer and you shouldn't be fooled by Koodo, their customer service is absolutely terrible.

They state that because I had 2 numbers that I needed to cancel both.... the number THAT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED. WE NEVER HAD A WORKING SIM CARD yet they are charging me. I was told that the number was not active therefore the account was closed while I was on the phone..... now it looks like I owe them over $300 and they are threatening my credit rating... DON'T USE KOODO!

I'm response to the post on Nov 30, same thing happened to me while in Bali. Was charged 5 days at $15 a day because i was trying to contact them and waiting for call backs. Never received any. Koodo is brutal !!

Their Koodo assist cannot help with billing problems but if you request a call back, it will not give you a callback schedule. It just keeps saying it can help or you can ask for callback. Oh so frustrating. They need to increase their number of customer service staff and reprogram the Koodo Assist AI to let you schedule a callback!

We were suppose to receive a call back today. We are on vacation in the Dominican Republic & turned on our phone to take the call that never came. What the heck We are being charged $15 a day waiting for a call that never came.

Customer service since you can,t talk with a live person anymore, Is useless, The same goes for there chat, Or koodo assist, There are constant problems trying to access certian items on the site,

Impossible to get through to Koodo customer service. Been 2 days trying to get answers to my issue. Not acceptable, will be discontinuing Koodo. The issue has left me with a broken phone, for which I was sucked into paying a monthly plan fee to cover repair. Now they're not available to advise and honour that plan. Done with them.
