Bought a 2016 Lincoln MKC Black Label in 2018. It was a certified executive driven vehicle. The warranty was up in May. But to my dismay, late this summer I did my overall detailing and found rust bubbling at the base of the rear passenger door at the seam. My wife wanted the vehicle because of the nice interior and I buckled under the pressure and against better judgment at the low Lincoln ratings. I am a recent convert to Ford with a 2016 Mustang, a 2022 ford based RV and had my son buy an Escape. But rust on a 6 year old vehicle in this day and age? I have a 2016 Wrangler that is used primarily during the winter and for off roading and it has less rust. I have had the car serviced at Lincoln since I bought it and they would do nothing ( not the first time they wouldn't go to bat for me with my flaking rims) and so I went straight to Lincoln. I was blown off pretty quickly. As I am the car guru of my friends and acquaintances I will not be recommending nor will I ever buy another Ford product. My wife was interested in the newer Corsair or Nautilus and I the Mustang EV, but looking elsewhere as they do NOT have your back at all.

"Concierge" service is a joke. As is their dealer service. On the app right now waiting to chat. #1 in queue, and message says est wait time is "0" minutes and 2 seconds. Been saying that for 14 minutes and message repeats every 2 minutes. Got another recall notice "Urgently" requesting I have recall repairs made. Had vehicle for over a year, tried a couple of times to get the Lincoln dealer to repair. Stood me up on original appointment (scheduled pick up and loan car dropoff). Didn't even apologize, then said parts were on back order. Had them assure me that they would notify me when parts are available. Never heard from them again.

Shocked by the quality of the 2021 Lincoln Grand Touring Aviator I just purchased. In the shop three times within 12 weeks of owning it. Apparently, it's nothing 'major' and they've heard of much worse problems. I should be glad the issues were all fixable! Completely dismissive attitude from the dealership. Never again. Happy to sell it and never look back at Ford or Lincoln again after owning various models for years.

trying to get back a $15 processing fee which was held back because i did not use the visa card they sent me. thought it was a charge card. it was a debit card. didn't realize that. they won't refund the $15. I think that is wrong.

Lincoln ford are not standing by their product! I have the premium care extended and they denied my claim! I asked to get reimbursed for the warranty as it is not worth anything. When on the line the first rep cut me off and they said it was technical issues BS! I waited and they never called me back so I called back and listened to excuses. If you are thinking of one of their vehicles reconsider your decision as it will be the worst decision you will make. I asked the rep to tell me one thing about Lincoln to keep me and they couldn't. Walk away as mine it going to get traded

I have been holding for 71 minutes and have yet to speak with anyone - terrible customer service

When we leased our Lincoln we were promised in the contract a comparable loaner car during service appointments.
OC Welch thinks a comparable car is a Ford F-250 Diesel. I am a 71 year old woman with a bad back. There is NO WAY I could drive a truck of that size. The service department at OC Welch is unwilling to work with my husband and me.
This is NOT the Lincoln experience I am paying for.

After purchasing a car from Lincoln 18 months ago I am informed one if the main features of me purchasing the vehicle will be no longer operable unless I am willing to pay $600. Keep in mind I have an extended warranty which should cover it but they informed me since it is inoperable by no fault of theirs I am on my home. Then it gets even better. They have a program 21b019 that will cover the labor and the owner is responsible for the part however since my Vin number does not come up they will not cover it. I have always owned Ford or Lincoln as well as my daughter and my boyfriend. However this shows me they do not care about their customers and I will take my business elsewhere. I understand the situation is a result of ATzt but to just thumb their nose at you is shameful. After 18 months of owning the car and this is what I have to deal with.

Terrible to pay $625 on a $48,000 vehicle bought in 2017 to go from 3g to 4g. I can't believe Lincoln is doing this. This will be the last Lincoln product I will buy. Do the same thing when you decide to go from 4g to 5 g?

My Mazda has done 75,000 miles and is just out of warranty. I spoke with lion who said they would not repair it even though this was a common problem with the mkz. Had I have k own this I would have never bought the car but they let that a secret and now they want me to pay 15,000 to fix it. I have had 3 leases again and they will never get another penny from me. Very unhelpful when they knew about this problem

I've had my 2020 Lincoln Aviator in the body shop for over 2 mos now. I am currently waiting on a piece of molding for the front end still I wait. The insurance company has closed the case so Bill Collins has all their money yet I still wait for the SUV, with 2 payments made without the vehicle, in the city where the SUV was built. I can drive to the factory in 20 minutes.

If a dealership or Lincoln cannot keep a piece of molding in stock I probably do not need to buy from them. I, after 5 Lincoln leases will not lease another one.

Below average service for an 79k SUV. See no reseon to spend the money for Service this poor

Bill Collins will also be losing the service

Today, my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus decided to overheat while I was driving on the expressway. The car would then put itself I guess in a lower gear and I couldn't go faster than 10 miles an hour. I tried restarting the car and started driving, it did the same thing again. Obviously, it needs to get to a dealership. So, I called the Lincoln roadside assistance number. First they couldn't find my VIN number and had to go ask special permission to get me a tow truck for a car that I bought off the lot and was also looking at the VIN number on the sales tag. They finally told me that they would get a tow truck out to me at 11:04 am, stated it would be about 90-120 minutes (and I have the text messages to prove it).
So, I wait and at the 90 minute mark I call and ask if they have an ETA. I am told they are behind and at another job in Plainfield so maybe another hour. So now up to three hours for a tow. My husband called back requesting something sooner, she said she would call us back in 15 minutes with an update. That was an hour ago. It is now 2:30pm, I have been sitting on the side of the expressway - A dangerous location for 3.5 hours waiting for help and the last text I received from Lincoln was that the last tow company could not complete my job, and a new one will be assigned in the next few minutes (which was at 1:26 pm - it is now 2:26pm).
So, you basically left me stranded and abandoned, on the side of a busy expressway in harm's way? This is the worst service I have ever seen. If you are not going to provide a decent service than don't offer it. I will be contacting as many agencies as I can find to complain about this incident. I will never buy another Lincoln!

I have a 2021 Avaitor purchased July 30 last year, nothing but problems with it ! Less than 3,000 miles burned 2 quarts of oil, leaves carbon spots in garage, said oil pan screws wasn't tight, then said I had a bad oil pan changed that and still leaks carbon ? went on vacation button to push to get out broke on passenger side !!!! Now the button to adjust mirrors is broke going to take 3 months to get part in ! Backing out of driveway it slammed on the brakes for no reason pulling my back out of place. Lincoln did offer us 500 to buy pee pads to put under it cause of the carbon spots cause that's normal !!! Lincoln does not care about you after you drive off their lot !!! I will never own another Lincoln !!!! I hate to take this SUV anywhere can't wait for my lease to be up !!!!

Very upset when I got my car back from the Lincoln dealership in pompano Beach My pan of my driver seat was broken and would like them to reimburse me with the new one

Hi, me again...Leo. I just went to Lincoln's site for a Recall check on the brake hoses that need to be replaced. The recall letter came from Lincoln May 07, 2021. I've called/checked with local dealers 4 times since then, and the always tell me parts are on back order! Come on Lincoln, the hoses need to be replaced because the brake fluid can leak out and therefore...No brakes! I live in TN mountains and this is a dangerous situation for me driving my 2016 Lincoln MKX! Also, I had "The Works" which is oil, filter and tire rotation done at the local dealer on Aug. 9th. Before they could do tire rotation, the service rep. came to tell me the Nut-Wheels would need to be replaced due to some corrosion, or I would not be able to get the tire off if I ever had a flat somewhere on the road! Nut corrosion, or defective parts by Lincoln, or a scam? I'm not sure which, but I had no choice but to pay $97.80 for 20 new parts! What is going on with these dealers?????? I'm thinking of selling this 2016 model and look for a 1960 Chevy that my brother can repair in his back yard! Cannot even speak with Lincoln's Customer Service! Shame on them!

I tried to call Lincoln's complaint number to speak with someone in customer service about a Recall and another problem. held for 18 mins. No response. Then went to the Online Chat and typed my complaints...they sent me to another site that wanted $1.00 to answer my questions and complaints. What a rip-off!
I'm done with Lincoln and will soon tell them so!

I bought a 2021 Lincoln Navigator earlier this year, and spent nearly $100K. I really do love the car, but it had a handful of issues in the first six months that needed to be fixed. The dealer - Fox Ford Lincoln in Chicago - fixed three of the issues under the warranty. The fourth issue is a known problem where iPhone 12s will not charge on the contactless charger. My research shows me that may be an Apple problem, not a Lincoln problem, so ok.

But the fifth issue is totally ridiculous: a simple latch that is supposed to hold the cupholder closed in the center console broke within two weeks of having the car. Very small piece. The dealer told me this wasn't covered by warranty because there is a scuff on the cupholder and therefore they determined that something hit it and caused the latch to break. That just isn't true. Still, I asked what it would cost for me to just pay to have this little latch fixed. Answer: $709. Yes, seven hundred and nine dollars. I called Lincoln to appeal this issue and have been on the phone waiting for a full hour as they transferred me around to the wrong departments. Best case, they admit this should be covered by warranty and I've wasted more than an hour of my time. Worst case, they refuse to pay and I'm out seven hundred bucks for a piece of plastic smaller than a dime. Either way, pretty crappy way to treat someone who shelled out a hundred grand for a luxury vehicle.

I purchased a 2013 mkz last month from Schaumburg Lincoln dealer & the car is very clean. 1 issue was the engine light came & and antilock brake system came on the next day after I purchased it. Called the dealer they told me to drive it to them. I stay an hour away. They wouldn't tow it so I had to get it towed. Got towed there and they fixed the issue for a day only for it to happen again. So call and I have to get it towed a second time. Now it's the cadi converter. They tried to charge me for it but after arguing with the service manager Jim he gave in. Probably cause I'm blk. 2 nd issue I sorry 3rd issue. The back seat belt they had to cut when I purchased the car so they said they will order it that day. I haven't received a call yet and I have 2 young children I travel with. So if the police pull me over and ask are there seats belts on who's at fault? Personally they treated me dirt & no respect for a blk man

I brought my 2014 MKZ which I purchased in January 2021 in for a failed windshield wiper motor and was told I need a transmission flush and also a tune up which was fine, upon completion of the work on the wiper motor I was told after the fact that there was faulty wiring work done previously and that added $459 to the final bill, what they could have done was TOLD ME FIRST before making the repair therefore not shocking me with almost $500 added already added to an exorbitant bill that totaled $1500.

Lincoln is terrible. There dealers have low inventory on Navigators so they are not discounting much at all and will not do dealer trades. So i want to buy a Navigator, no dealers close to me have one and no dealers that have them will trade them with a dealer close to me. Not to mention that since there arent a lot of them around, they are charging as much as possible for them. What a scam this company is.
