the worst customer service i have experienced so far.. what a waste of a day trying to get some information from these idiots.. they need to fire their entire customer service team as no service will be better than what they currently have

Tried to contact by phone and email in order to get confirmation of delayed flight from KUL-LHR 3 Jan. Impossible
Customer service? There is none.

If you fly MAS then you will be in deep trouble afterwards. Poor customer service from every angle. You really need to think 3 times booking a flight with MAS. if that is your last option the only do it. please spend your money maybe a little more with more reliable airline. heads up to you guys, dont regret later.

Useless Phone service,
I was told there will be a virtual service for me to leave my phone number for them to contact me. However, I was not given the option to do it. The message about the option of leaving my phone number was repeated many times but always follow with advert. Left me with no option but to wait for a long time. I am very annoyed and if I have an option, I will not travel with Mas.

When my parents arrived to India with MH0122 on 15th Jan they couldn't locate their bags & airlines informed them that bags are not delivered on the same flight. Due to connected domestic fight they have to leave the baggage behind.
Later they got a call from MH airlines that they have to collect the baggage from Mumbai again, when my parents ask airlines to pay for their domestic flight they rejected the claim & said it yours bag & its up to you to come here on your own expenses.

I want to ask Malaysian Airlines, as why baggage was not delivered on time at the first instance? If its not due to human error than whose fault is that, my parents???
Its a pity that I took flight assistance for my parents & still they have to face all sorts of problem.

When I call MH reservation to rebook my flight. The transit was 12 hours and the lady told me that I was entitled to a STPC hotel voucher. I even upgraded my onward flights to Business. They also said that my voucher will be emailed to me or collect it at the service desk. When I went to there service desk. They say that my ticket is not entitled to it. I had find a hotel at the last minute. So bad

In the competitive Business Class segment, I would suggest that the apparent 1 Jan 2016 executive decision to remove wine and alcoholic beverages from Business Class is yet another nail in the coffin for the brand.

I am a business traveler with high status on MH, One World and Flying Blue. Last night on a return flight CGK > KUL was told no wine with meal as "the flight is shorter than three hours". Its difficult to see how this cost saving is going to win business class clientele. From now on I will be flying only KLM or GA business class to JKT, a flight I do 35 times a year- return (Ie 70,cycles)

It's a disgust to even travel on MAS again. Nothing is ever on time they have the audacity to limit your baggage to a few kg. Traveling by boat or car will be a better option.

I hv traveled to Denpasar frm KLIA on 5th Jan and was informed by yor crew member tht MAS airline has stopped serving alcohol drink. She (Farah..) may refuse my request but please teach her how to b more polite in future.

MH195 on 06 Jan was delayed as conveyed by Nitin at the check in counter..However. the duty manager stepped in and informed me that the delay was only 15 mins and hence I was not informed of the delay prior to my arrival at the airport.
After check in the flight display screen indicated a 40min delay.
The Duty Manager is obligated to notify passengers of the actual flight status and not lie blatently. In fact he should be penalised for not performing his duty to the standard of the airline industry.

Latest announcement of MAB having restrict economy class passengers 7kg cabin baggage and 7kg check in while 14kg for business and 1st class passengers for routes to Europe. Citing safety due to difficult weather conditions and conserving of fuel is laughable. They have sealed their fare as one of the world's most unreliable and lousiest airlines.

My flight to Perth, MH125, was delayed; it took off at 11.06 am. I am not at all surprised that most of MAB's flights in the morning will be delayed because of the poor handling of their drop-bag process. They are only 2 queues for counters in bays: B and C for all drop bags for both long haul and short haul international flights. Queues are very long and the processing of drop bags takes too long for individual passengers. Additionally, there is a lack of desire in the staff to quicken the processing in spite of the very long queues.
MAB must reengineer the drop bag process as today it is worse off than the process employed by low-cost airlines. Some separation of drop-bag destinations must be employed to avoid bottlenecks and long processing times.

I knew Msian airlines was quickly earnings its ranks as one of the worst airlines but I decided to give it one last chance for a flight from KUL-Heathrow. When I tried to check in online about 18hrs before flight, to my horror, my flight details were not available online. This is despite me having an invoice and flight itinerary provided to me 2 months back. I travelled to KL Sentral at 8pm to find out that due to cost cutting they end their counter ticketing service at 5pm. This is despite me calling them on their hotline over an hour. I travelled to klia at 10pm to the klia ticketing counter and they did not look a bit surprised that it happened. They said the system was unable to process the visa payment hence they void the tickets. The audacity here is that I travelled from singapore for the flight and they did not even have the decency to call or contact me on the issue on hand. After I lashed my anger they agreed to issue the ticket to me at original price but did not offer any compensation of inconveniencing. In fact the employees there themselves said MAS is a hopeless organizational preparing to meet its doom; they were obviously demotivated to do more. And in the next morning whereby my flight was supposed to take off at 1015 am ... It was delayed by another 5 hours. Plus they messed up my booking for 2 kids meals. To sum it up, there is no turnaround for this airlines and there is no amount of fare discount that will convince me or any of my acquaintances to ever use this hopeless airlines.

(Delayed luggage)

My flight was yesterday (27 Dec, morning) from Paris to Penang but I haven't get my luggage yet until now (28th 11.30am) even though i've made my report I'm stressed and worrying sick.

I recently traveled from Auckland to New Delhi and came back by Malaysia Airlines. I was a long 16 hours flight each way. It is really disappointing to state that my overall experience of flying with Malaysia Airlines was awful. I could not find even a single thing to appreciate.

The aircraft was old and horribly dirty, the blankets were torn, entertainment units were broken, drinks were not provided on the long haul flights. The crew members were unfriendly, seat was broken, flight information was not available in the flight entertainment, Food quality was just tooooo bad. The in-flight services were just horrible, There were almost no options for the Hindi movies for Indian passengers. Alcohol was not served in the flight. The crew members were just not able to respond in timely manner.

I would give 1 out of 10 for the Malaysia airlines and would not recommend this airlines to anyone. I think the airlines should stop operating if they are not able to provide facilities to their passengers. If they continue to operate like this, they will not be able to survive in the long run. The management must do something urgently to keep their passengers happy and satisfied.

I have decided not to fly with Malaysia Airlines in future

This is the first time I have travelled with Malaysia Airlines, and the experience has not been pleasant at all.I have been travelling for more than 25 years. The customer service staff on the phone were very abrupt.The food quality was questionable. The KL to Mumbai flight was delayed for more than 2 hours because Pilot and crew is not available!!! Is this how you run an international airline that wants to win back customers? We all were told of this AFTER the security screening has been done. I would normally never bother to complain but on this occasion I need to let you guys know.

On 16-Dec-2015 Flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kuantan
MH1268 - K61L7 & L03JT-9:00am
It was a long queue to drop luggage and by the time we are at counter, it was 8:30am and the counter request us to drop our luggage at the oversize baggage.
Then we rush to the counter where they scanned the luggage and drop it in.
We rush to the gate and finally make it the departure gate.
It was a domestic flight back to Kuantan as we just came back from Beijing .We bought some food and souvenir for relatives and friends. What pisses me off was that the food was stolen in KLIA loading area. It was a lesson for me to wrap my luggage with polystyrene. I hope Malaysia Airlines will look into it

very much unsatisfied service when I travelled from New DElhi to cambodia via malaysia , flights were delayed and after that i received mu baggage after 24 hours .

Now mailed them to get the baggage delay confirmation on mail .No reply !!

I was supposed to fly from KL to Bangkok on board MH774 on 13 Dec 2015 at 4.35 pm.

But flight was delayed till 10 pm. To top it off, I was already at KLIA at 2 pm.

Extremely disappointed with the delay.

why the flight from kuala lumpur to kansai osaka delay till so late? from 10.50pm to next morning 5.30am !� what the worst airlines ! give me a reason ,waste my money and time now

Malaysian is the worst airline in History. I have been a passenger that has been travelling from the year i was born for the past 27 years and i have nothing good to say about this airline. The only good thing i guess was the business class lunge that was decent.
I am from Sri Lanka and i believe our local carrier is better which is quite bad as well. The service on MH is horrendous and even after flying business class i though the staff was rude. And also to end of with the cherry on top our luggages didn't arrive and the staff wasn't even too concerned about our inconvenience.

I booked 4 flights at Malaysian for flying from en to Amsterdam - Kuala Lumpur some days ago. Malaysian will not fly to Amsterdam anymore next year so now we are forced to first fly to Londen, change terminals by bus and take the flight London- Kuala Lumpur. The same on our way back. Now we are trying to book this new flights but nobody is aswering the phone at reservations in Amsterdam. Malaysian is doing a very bad job in this! We ate thinking of canceling the flights ( including ongoing flights to Australia) but that will take a very long tome we were told so..... What can qwe do now??
