mastercards suck. Got rid of my credit crd years ago. Recetly got a debt card which is totally useless for purchacing anything. I'll close the account next time I'm at my bank. I hope they hack you right out of business. Your a worthless entity

Why does MasterCard support online professional "SCAM" sights by offering their services to them? Honest paying customers are being taken advantage of and are loosing a lot of money. When this problem was acknowledged by a MasterCard employee the only answer gotten was "sorry", knowingly I was duped. The end result, loosing a lot of money for incorrect products.

They have been literally impossible to reach over the phone for the last 3 weeks. Apparently they are transitioning their system and receive "higher than usual volume of calls". Problem is that it has been impossible to talk to them, even sometimes waiting for almost an hour on the line. Obviously, because of the transition, my online account does not work, so there's nothing I can do. This is ridiculous.

Someone stole my husbands identity and has a 900 dollar master card in his name I can't talk to a live person only the stupid machine. I need help I really need to talk to a person please tell me how!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. MBNA Mastercard is the most dysfunctional, uncoordinated group I have ever been in contact with.

a) It takes forever to get a hold of customer service

b) They never flagged OBVIOUS fraudulent activity on my account

c)FORGOT to send me a new card - it has been 2 weeks and I should be still expecting it in the mail (after I called them for the 100x)

d) Told me that regular re-occurnig payments would go through even though I didn't have a physical card yet - WRONG - doesn't happen

e) I just want to pay this card off and never use mastercard again

Keep doing an outstandingly horrible job folks.

Dealing with Mastercard has been one of my worst experiences ever.
I'm trying to get an insurance pay included in my card.
They keep asking me for inexistent documents. When I ask them what that document is, I receive the same standard e-mail, one week later.
And it's impossible to reach a person to dove your problem.

They called my home and i asked who they were working for. She replied Mastercard. I informed her that i was on the no call list and that they had been told not to call my home anymore. My husband had picked up the extension and she started her sales pitch again and he said surely your not trying to start this again and she called him an" idiot" then preceded to call him and wanted to talk to me not him. I will be contacting Better Business and anyone else who takes complaints about telemarketers

Using Payoneer to receive my payment in Guatemala, have been trying to reach Master Card because the exchange rate they have applied on two purchases is absolutely low and I've paid over $20 on a $130 purchase due to their ridiculous and not competitive exchange rate. No one answers their stupid phone numbers, Payoneer says they can't help, so disapointed.

I'm still trying after w months to get a replacement ca5d your phone numbers are useless because none deal with replacement cards. these "leave a message are useless...no one ever contacts mw. MY CARD EXPIRES IN 8 DAYS....WHAT DO I DO???????????....

I have booked a flt with my master card with lufthansa. They blocked my payment for security check!!!!!! could you please call before blocking any important urgent payment?????!!!! the lady on service assistance was not really kind...and really not funny in this situation... thx for the understanding

Called early this 6th of May 2014 to Bmo MasterCard and hung up after waiting 54 minutes without an answer. Waiting on the phone at this moment at 3:43 in the afternoon and have been waiting now for 50 minutes. Great job BMO !!!! You really do care about our business.

I need help/ I have a Master Card in my name that came to my from the Uk. As a beneficiary that about was placed on this card. My dim mat that was to deliver this card said the microchip has been damages. He is presently waiting in the Us to know what to do. If he divers it and it is not usable that will be a problem. Can a new Master card be sent out to me? My name should be on that card as Joyce E, Meers.

Please I need answers soon as it is costing my diplomat is paying out money daily to stay here in the US before the deliver can be made with a workable Master Card.

I have been trying to reach a representative by phone for 46 minutes and have nothing but computer voice giving me a response that was not appropriate to my issue. I have been referred to several numbers, depts., etc. and 46 minutes later have not been able to reach a LIVE person. I have never had this issue with any other company and at my wits end with no alternative but to leave house and drive to a local Bank of America which is very inconvenient at this time. Hopefully the local Bank of America representative will have a resolution to this issue. Horrible way to actually get the right responses.

I paid my P C Master Card on time but wrote the wrong
amount and was $10.00 short on the total bill.
I was then charged $10.73 interest on a $10.00
mistake.
I was told if I had been even 1 cent sort I would have been charged interest on the previous balance.

I think this is disgusting.
Are you so short of money that you have to rip off the
public.

It would seem that Sprint has taken over Master Card. The service? has gotten so bad. You call and punch all the numbers only told to call someone else for your answers. Call them and they tell you to call another number. Then you're back to where you started!
Why can't Master Card hire someone that knows how to stamp cards correctly? They always punch things over the phone number for help. BTW the number on my card hooked me up with a porn site. Good work MC!

Chase Master Card has refused to take off a $411 charge that they say was billed from the Venetian Showroom. They insist that I saw the show even though everyone at the Showroom remembers that there was an incident with a wheelchair that was stuck in the lift and my friend could not see the show. We were wheeled out and taken to the box office and the charge of 183.75 was taken off of my card. Then a charge for $411 appeared and even though the box office says that they did not issue the charge they will not take it off. I did not sign for tickets for $411

I am a Merchant who detects fraud and it is impossible to get in contact with any one with the customer service to verify information with Mastercard. I am out of ways to very peoples orders who pay with the carrier and I have found quite a few orders that are fraud that I cant contact customers to inform or to inform the bank. I dont even know how this would help but I would surgest that you find a different credit card company because this one wont help you.

PaypalMastercard customer service is beyond unhelpful. PaypalMastercard refuses to correct their error and it costs me big time. I would suggest that even though Paypal may be trusted and useful, their financial products are nowhere near the standard you woud expect from Mastercard. PaypalMastercard customer service acts with gross negligence to their customers reasonable and accurate requests!
