Andrea, fern valley store Lou, Ky RUDE and not professional when answering the phone, somehow the signal got choppy, I ended call and had to call back 4 times before she finally answered. When she did she again didn't say "thanks for calling NAPA". She just shouted out a price for a spark plug. I had to explain that, that is not my question. Then I ask her for her name, I needed to know how many is in stock. I told her she is rude, then I received the info I needed. SMH, rude and unprofessional.

ordered from main store in Phoenix Arizona. I was emailed that it was on its way and waited all day for it at home. It never came and the internet site did not help. Had to make two calls on the phone because my phone died on the first one. The girls were helpful and got me back to the one guy that I had first talked to and was left on hold. At the second call he told me that my order had been delivered. I told him it had not been delivered and he said the driver had taken a picture of my house. I asked him to send me the picture to show me and never received one.

Poor customer service ( Trent ) at wasilla Alaska
Did not help me very well had a bad attitude and just try to send me off to the Palmer location
Been a customer for over 20 years , commercial and public customer . This is the 1st time I didn't feel welcome at Napa store .
He wasn't even will to find the right parts that were need for my vehicle at a reasonable price !!
So I left and took my business somewhere else .

I didn't feel welcome nor was he trying to help me but to brush me off out his way !

I came in because of a bad battery and asked if the employee could test my battery. He then asked if I could pull my car across the parking lot ( about 20 feet) to which I tried but my car would not do it because my battery was bad. He sighed and tested it and told me he couldn't replace it himself because they were understaffed. Purchased a battery and installed it myself. Car would not start. I then go back in to tell him that the battery which he did not even test wasn't working. Stood around for ten minutes before someone from the office helped me with taking the multimeter out to test it because that guy wouldn't stop talking to his friend/customer. She had no idea what she was doing but I appreciate her aggravation and trying to help me. She then goes back in and gets another guy who helped solve the problem. I liked the other guy who tried to help but will never go to Napa again.

Recently I went to NAPA store in Windsor Locks, CT. for an oil filter for 2013 Kia Sportage. the clerk charged $11.69. I had gone to the store about two weeks earlier and while there, I checked on the filter price and was quoted approximately $9 for same filter. I questioned the price of $11.69, and the clerk said "do you want a cheap filter"? I checked the dealer and the Kia filter is $9. In July of last year I bought pads and rotors from NAPA for the same vehicle and the pads would not fit the caliper support, I had to sand the ears to get them to fit. It appears that you do not have quality parts and if you are not a garage, then you get high prices on top of that.

Made a purchase of Alternator for my 2012 Honda civic. I installed the alternator and find out that its faulty based on the test that was performed as the battery light illuminated and it drained my battery. Went back to Store off Avenue K in Plano requested to speak with Manager, who was extremely rude and told me I was being difficult for not providing my receipt. Manager was not willing to give me her name, nor were the employees who worked there. One of the employees said she is "my boss" and I could get fired if I tell you her name. I will never purchase anything from this store or any other store. Terrible experience and all of the employees said she was busy and that was the reason for her being rude, but that is not an excuse to treat your customer rudely.

I called before to see if they had a light cover cleaner for headlights. After a wait, the answer was, "Yes." No problem. Walk in, one other (loud) gentle man had the two workers' complete attention. I was not acknowledged, not asked how I could be helped. One was at the counter, one was doing nothing. I shopped. But walked out. $29 for something close, but not the right kit. I am sorry I even bothered. I did NOT exist!!! Went to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS. Guess what? OMG! I was acknowledged. Helped. Treated right. Word gets around, and I will not shut up about it. Hate to tell the two men, but it's a woman's world, too. I will NEVER patronize that store again--EVER and will not stop sharing my experience.

Always like to support local businesses and I'm in an area with MANY choices regarding auto parts. I like to use the on-line features as they usually offer some level of discount. First time I ordered on-line for "30 minute pick-up" was delayed over 6 hours and was told it was MY FAULT for not reading the ad clearly. OK, MY BAD. This time I ordered rotors for a Ford F-150 (very rare auto?) and ad said "Order now pick up later today. Estimated delivery was TODAY. Ordered at 10:00 AM went back at 4:00 PM and was told "I had to order those from WV, it will be a few days". Are you freaking kidding me. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER order from NAPA. They have my money now I have to wait. Crooks. Just noticed their rating on the BBB site is D-, go figure.

I was just treated so awfully at the napa in Concord NH. The two older men working there were all fired up about being short staffed and how the management sucks. After waiting 30 minutes for them to even acknowledge me they were super rude. I just left.
I worked in customer service for 20 years and understand the stress but these two need to not be consumer facing. Talking about politics and lazy ass people on dole in front of customers and trashing the company they work for is over the top.

I purchased best brake pads Napa adaptive, with lifetime warantee fell apart. Rear pads which after 12,000 miles debond Ed causing destruction of rotors. Contacted napa local would not warantee blamed car. Had repaired at Ford by tech. Replaced rotors and pads . Tech found nothing wrong except defective pads. Costover $399 and napa refused to stand good for damages. Contacted Atlanta headquarters they had somebody want me to send in pads. I still have because only proof of their lousy defective parts.

I'm probably wasting my time with this comment but, the Napa store in Huntsville Texas is a good store. My husband's company does a lot of business there. My husband and I also do business there 4 our farm equipment. I was sent there to pick up a part for my husband January 2021. Posted on the door is a big sign that employees and customers must wear face masks in the store. As I walked in with my face mask on there were six people on a Saturday at the counter and wondering about the store not one person in there had a mask on. It is mandated by the governor of Texas that employees must wear masks as well as customers. As of today I have just learned that one of the employees and his wife now have covid-19. Teen. What is Napa going to do about the issue?? Or am I just wasting my time with this message?

Recently the Newark California store was bought up by corporate. so in the last month the service has been dog sh**, the people at the counter are useless we've ordered parts almost a week ago and they're just sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered, there is no direction in the store and there's no one to take charge, we know this because the outside sales rep is doing everything he can to keep the store going

According to more than one experience at more than one location, I have reason to believe that the men at NAPA Auto Parts, in general, do not like doing business with women. I will not return to any location. I will gladly and easily take my money elsewhere. Thank you.

I have an issue with your location in Gillespie up owned by McKay's. I bought u joints and had them installed by a certified mechanic. After leaving shop and driving 8 miles the u joints came apart and damaged my driveshaft to where it has to be replaced. Bill who is with Napa McKay's had made every excuse not to replace my driveshaft. McKay's give your Napa brand a bad name and will not stand behind parts that are faulty. They let people bring things back and you get opened packages with parts missing. I will never buy Napa parts again.all I asked was for them to step up and fix the problem and they refused. Lucky my drive shaft didn't go thru a windshield and kill some one or Napa would have a lawsuit on their hands. McKay's is rid and should not be representing your brand.

I live in Kenai AK and got the mail sale flyer last week. In the flyer was a notice of a motor oil and filter sale. It was a one day only sale for Saturday June 27th.
Got to my napa store at 9:30 to find out they didn't have the 10w40 synthetic oil in stock. I asked if I could get a rain check and was told NO WTH is that all about. Also told this happens all the time up here. COME ON GUTS THIS IS BS.I felt sorry the the guys behind the counter because it isn't their fault at all. YOU GUYS AT HQ BETTER FIGURE THIS OUT. I drove in from 30min out to get there and had to leave with a different weight oil then I wanted. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. ?

In this time of need NAPA is open to serve. But are not doing business unless it's a preorder with payment upfront and so far only by Visa. At most/all of your location's. The current state of your online customer business review's. On here (the BBB) and Facebook even on your own wed page. If you can't fix your problem on a regular. And as it would look computer's are half and employee's the other. I'm left with a lack of trusting your service. As the stop of any and all quick door service wasn't enough to hinder business. You would rather have customer's find what they need in ways they can get it somewhere else. All because you wouldn't do debit at the door. Why have any stores if its this way just save money and the napa name and go online and delivery directly to customers!!!!!????? (Ps fix the way your doing it as you are not a fan favorite you need to be convenient.)

Someone needs to put up more cameras in the Napa store on Two Notch Road in Columbia because there are funny activities going on because employees are having sex in the store off camera and in the parking lot need more cameras ASAP especially on Sundays
