First I like my chair I ordered. My concern was when it came by UPS the box was so beat up it was even partially open. I took pictures and have them. I was so afraid my chair would be damaged. For the life of me I don't know how it wasn't more than a few of the little black prevent scuff pads on the bottom of the swirl ring were knocked of and crushed. I am sending this so you can be aware of how your products are being mishandled. It would have been such a disappointment plus hassle if the chair had been broken, not only for me but for you.

HORRIBLE! I placed an order 10 days ago that should have arrived by now. I've been checking the status and order details continue to show processing in warehouse. I just used their customer "care" chat and was told that item will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. WHAT? Had I known it would take this long, I NEVER would have placed the order. It's an outside item and summer will be half over by then. Not only that, they are now telling me it's a custom item (INCORRECT!) and I'm not eligible for a refund. WHAT? I understand times are challenging for everyone, but give me money back if you can't fulfill my order! Do not order from Overstock unless you like to wait and throw your money away.

I ordered a rug from Overstock...received it Monday Feb.10.Instead of 1 rug,I had 2 rugs.Called and they had no record of me ordering it then they wanted me to pay to send the rug back.I told them I wasn't paying to send it back when it wasn't my fault. Haven't heard anything more,don't know what to do with rug.

Just received a rug from Overstock.Now on sale.Asked for a Price reduction.Was told they dont do that.What kind of poor company does this??Sad.Will not over from them ever again.Every reputable store makes adjustments.Paying this off and done with them

HORRIBLE! I ordered a bedroom set under the pretense of getting the 6 Mo. Interest Free program they offered. Without my knowledge they signed me up for a revolving credit card I never wanted. Trying multiple times to resolve the problem via online support at Overstock and calling them and Comenity Bank many times I was left to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and sadly that didn't change the outcome. I am screwed out of 44.00 interest I never should have owed!! Overstock can go to H ! I will NEVER do business with them again!

I ordered a fan through people my daughter and I got together she did not like the fan it was it in SENNIS fan she did not like it and neither did I so with that we cancel that we put in a request for another fan through my daughters name and ordered a fan I believe through Tiffany so your customer service said my number is 1ZXXXXX. When I called last week they told me the fan was sent out on June 18 well UPS said that you guys sent the label but no fan I knew the fan was back ordered but she said we could get it so that's why we ordered the fan we did not get any email back stating that you guys cancel the fan without my permission and without my daughters permission I so hardly wanted the fan it had beautiful bling on it I have company coming from Washington state I was looking forward to it when they said that it was back order I could work with that so I waited one month and a couple of days yes I am upset and yes I can't believe I'm doing this because I never complain I just end up taking what I have because I think it's hard enough to even be in sales or work behind the lines but I will never ever order another thing from overstock.com you cannot rely on overstock and the customer service has no clue where anything is that at all thank you and have a blessed day

I have attempted to call customers service several times to cancel my o club membership to no avail. No human contact and no voicemail to leave a message. I do not recall joining this membership. Very poor customer service.

Good morning I got a text early yesterday morning that my eye cream have been delivered and also a text this morning at 8:25 AM that another product by skin Madica 85 had been delivered it�¢ï¿½ï¿½s not at my doorstep or in my mailbox either product so I believe you�¢ï¿½ï¿½re delivering to the wrong address? July 13 2018 Recently I signed in & shopped. I received an email telling me my products (2) were shipped.
My first order with Overstock was in 2000/2001. As life goes I kinda forgot about the amazing OVERSTOCK. I am elated to be shopping with Overstock again. Additionally I called your phone number & 2 women who helped me were just outstanding, kind, & certainly knew ANY concern or question I had.
I always ask to speak to their boss' to give a good review.

The worst company I have ever ordered from. I order a bedspread from the Overstock.ca website which is too big for the bed as it fits like a King on a Queen bed. In wanting to return the merchandise, I am told that I have to return it to Salt Lake City, UT and I live in Canada. The cost of shipping the merchandise back is almost the cost of the bedspread. Seeing that I ordered from a .ca website, I would have thought you could return it in Canada. Funny, the label on the box says that it was shipped out of Scarborough, Ontario. This is crap. Now I am stuck with the merchandise and out of my money. There was absolutely no indication that this purchase was to be treated as an International order as it was ordered on a .ca website. Very disappointing and I will share this information with co-workers and friends not to order from this website.

I wanted to email customer service but they make it literally impossible. Their litany of questions they ask regarding why you are contacting them doesn't cover my question and they do not allow for anything else. Very poor. I will not be ordering from them again.

I called to close my account. The rep said I still own the balance. I told him I did the balance transfer to a different credit card and will off the balance soon. He said he couldn't do balance transfer, and I told him I want to close my account not balance transfer. This rep need to practice on his listen skill. He kept asking me where and how I did that. I felt intimidating since it's not his business to ask. I felt like I was forced to answer his question for him to be able to close my account, so I told him how I did it. Finally he closed my account. He's rude in general. I'm not going to buy anything from overstock.com anymore. They take forever to call you back if you need help with your order.

Let me begin by saying I will never shop at Overstock again. The customer service sucks. My Name is Carole Fazackerley email At the beginning of February I ordered a kitchen island. I received two of this item. I contacted the Chat service and they made arrangements with UPS to have the item picked up. But proceeded to tell me I had only been charged once. When I checked my credit card I found two charges. one on 2/2 Klarna Overstock 801-9473100 UT for $158.98. The second on 2/2 Over*O co/overstock.com UT $158.98. A second Chat conversation summarizing the return of the item via UPS to Yu Shan Co USA LTD tracking #1Z 03W 0Y3 26 9856 7158 documents this return. The conversation indicated that I would receive word of resolution in 24 hours. When that didn't happen I talked to Chat again and was told account would be credited. It's obvious that customer service is not in US and language comprehension is a problem I would like to know when my account will be credited with $158.98.

Ordered a product, as a Club O member, and was told it would arrive today. Turns out, it hasn't even shipped yet. What a waste of e-space; Amazon kicks its ass in competence and customer relations. Never again, Overstock. AMAZON ALL THE WAY!

Overstock should be more involved with their delivery companies procedures and make sure their employees are able to give the correct info needed to get in touch with scheduling date and times. Very disappointed in Ceva Logistics for their customer service and lack of flexibility for scheduling delivery. Tried to get delivery date changed but called 5 times to change time but was given the run around. Overstock needs to find another delivery company. Table and chairs that we ordered are nice but not worth this hassle. Will not choose overstock again foe purchasing furniture.

Placed order December 18 with expedited (2nd day) shipping
Overstock.com sent an e-mail the morning of December 24 telling me they did not have the item.
It took them 6 days to renege on an order that was supposed to arrive NLT 3 days later.
Incompetence does not even begin to describe their customer service operation. Now, I have no time to use the more reliable sellers such as Amazon (that I should have used to at the outset).

First experience with this company. I placed an order specifically on Dec. 14 for a pair of shoes that stated it would arrive in 3-6 business days. Specifically why I ordered through them. I called customer service 12/15/15 and the lady gave me a complete run around. 45 minutes of trying to tell me it could take 5-6 business days just to ship from the warehouse because it was a custom order. Custom? I said EVERYTHING on your website is custom because you don't manufacture any of the products you sell. Had asked to speak to a supervisor, not once but (3) times... - DEMANDED a supervisor who I cancelled the order with. He proceeded to tell me they would send over the cancellation request and once confirmed it didn't ship, they could cancel the order. WTF?!?!?! If it takes 5-6 business days to be picked why on God's green earth would it have shipped in less than 24 hours?! These people do not deserve ANY business whatsoever from anyone - DON'T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WHERE IT WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!!!

I am an 83 yr old women. I applied for credit and was approved. I had so many issues with them. I had to send several different items repeatedly. The last one was today, and I called from my granddaughters cellular phone because my was out of battery. They made me feel like I was a lair and demanded why I was calling from her phone. I though it would be nice to have a credit card from them so I was not spending so much money and could make payments. I would rather spend the money. I have never been so offended in my life.
