World largest thefts stealing PokerStars online site, I bet all staff employees are uneducated but they all graduated masters degree of robbery burglary university and PokerStars boss is the doctor degree of thefts stealing schools. This site is totally trash garbage scams online site.

Pokerstars have been frustrating everyone with frozen accounts. All i did was to travel to Berlin and logged in . It's so frustrating. I finally retrieved my account. I almost lost 12000EUR to frozen account. The support never replied my messages. So i came across a tech expert, webghost33 on telegram who helped out. It was really worth it

Been waiting over two weeks to get my stars account back. They told me to pay the balance I owed which was 10 dollars so I did. They said they would reopen my account once paid. That was 9 days ago and counting. I've probably sent 5 emails with no response.

The worst servis ever!! No response after 5 mails! I'm waiting almost 1 month for my money. How stupid you have to be send money on wrong account when you have my actual bank card with all details?!! It was my last buy in I swear!

totally no service answers are coming efter 15 days !! yes almost 2 weeks. This is the worst customer service iv ever seen. when those idiots vil fix issues i take my money back and find another site...

poker stars are scam artists to the max. shut down my account and will not return a single email after a week and multiple emails sent pleading for any kind of response.

Following the freezing of my account I have responded to a request and submitted verification documentation over 24 hours ago. Despite 5 further emails from me no confirmation of receipt of the information has been received. The odd thing is when they were pursuing the information I was receiving responses within 20 minutes from various members of the suport team. Needless to say my account is still frozen and no response from support.

My account has been restricted because I have put in more money recently than before which is great to see they have responsible gambling in place. However I have used their advise and placed my restrictions and since have not unblocked my account and I cannot withdraw my money which I need to pay bills!!! I have emailed several times and I do not get a response! This is terrible! Are they holding on to my money to make interest? What is going on???!!!!!?

Pokerstars did some kind of software update in the past week or so, and there was a bug I encountered multiple times while playing spins where I would get dealt first hand then lose connectivity to pokerstars, and couldn't log back in until the game completed. I tried using my other computer and my iPhone to login and still wouldn't let me in. Contacted support because I lost about 50$ in buyins, few days later they credited me 17$, I'm assuming they only counted the games where I seen 0 hands.

Anyways I didn't complain about it because it wasn't worth the hassle, I go to log into my account Friday June 21 and it says my account has been frozen.. they never tried to contact me in any way, so I sent them an email asking what the reason is for me account being frozen, it took them 3 days to send a response:

Thanks for contacting the PokerStars team.

We can confirm that your case is currently being reviewed by the relevant team. We ask you to wait for the resolution of your investigation.

While I can not give you a specific time since it is a case belonging to another department, rest assured that the department will contact you as soon as possible.

I am starting to get frustrated because when they initiated the freeze they should notify you by email that's its been frozen while they investigate suspicions of possible (insert TOS violation here). That would save 4 days waiting for a generic copy paste response that doesn't tell you anything.

I just wanted to share my experience as I think they handle matters very poorly and have read some other recent comments from others that sound like similar experiences. They have gone down hill big time the past few years, I am curious about what they are investigating so I'll wait to hear back about their findings so that I can finally cancel my account with this Mickey Mouse excuse of a poker room. Thankfully this didn't happen while I carried any significant balance as I have seen happen to others.

I rate pokerstars negative 5/5 stars they have just consistently gotten greedier with loyalty rewards and rake, and customer service seems severely understaffed for the amount of players they have.

I will never play here ever again.

I made contact with them thru email and I got only 1 response . I contacted they again 3 more times and got no answer back . They are keeping my funds for no reasson , I sent 1 email requesting to close my account and no answer for 5 business days . There are no contact by the fone . This is the worst Poker Site that I ever played . Watch out .

9 days to reply after ripping me off on a promotion to put real money on my account. Then the email they replied to is the one where I was fed up and said if you're not going to pay me cancel my account. So guess what they did? Cancel my account so they don't HAVE to pay me. Save your money for somebody honest

I ve been trying to login to my pokerstars account since
last month because i forgot my 6 digital pin from stars and GMAIL password account too.So
I sented a lot of times from my new email, more and more documents and private informations.
Except the fact that they are taking to long to reply, they are telling me all
the time the same things like the dont understand if i am the REAL OWNER of the acc.
One STAR is more than they deserve.

What an absolute joke this company is. I have been blocked fornsecurity 5 times in 4 months . This time its been 3 weeks and not a reply. I have given them every thing they asked for each time and they keepndoing it. Nice way to treat the eldery im a 80 year old man that just wants to donate money to this joke of a site

Blocked account for no reason after I self excluded. 20 email sent 1replay which stated that a issue with my mother's account needed resolving. My mother self excluded for 5 years . That was a year ago

disgusted,logged in to my account as normal only to find my account is blocked,no reason or explanation given,trying to contact these guys is no mean feat and their lack of response was phenomenal,no way to contact this lot other than by email which gets ignored,were quick enough to accept a deposit though,unsurprisingly,customer service with this lot is non existant
