QVC Customer Service Complaints - page 3

QVC is a horrible company. They always have system issues they charge and bill your card whenever they want. Don't ask for a call back from a supervisor because you will be hung up on or they just won't get back to you.
Hiring off shore. They are losing money so bad that their prices have rocket up so high! You get junk. I can go to the store and get my items for less with more quality. This company is shady! You can't legally bill someone for an ezpay that they weren't told about on their card and that I never authorized. If you can't get your systems right then don't have a business!

Qvc has the best customer service unfortunately I have decided to stop shopping with qvc due to every either not delivering or looseing items so there's no guarentee your purchases are going to turn up then its a headache trying to sort it out so because of everys incompotence qvc are loosening business and customers if qvc ever sort a decent delivery service out please let me know will shop again in a heartbeat

I recently had to do a return due to the product making me physically sick and I paid $129.00, but only received a refund of $34.05!!! What is going on at QVC!
I'm done with this company and their shady dealings. Now I know how they are making their money. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company. This same thing happened to me a few years ago, I placed an order that I never received and customer service didn't know where it was, so they offered me only a partial refund despite the fact that I paid full price. WTH is going on at the Q? This is unacceptable business practices. Don't do business with them!!!

Your rating are going down. Things u have sometime be cheaper in the store. Especially S & H. To much food being showed.That christmas in july was not interesting. U need to inprove your kitchen show. To much food showing in.the kitchen to expensive.

I ordered on Auto Delivery M72577 and received 1 order and I see it shows complete. I called C/S 3 times and got the same answer ~ that I would hear something in 5 days but those 5 days never come. When I ordered this Rastelli meats the price was $179.98. You guys are pulling a switch a roo. I can reorder this item but now it's at a higher price. Why did you offer auto delivery if you are not going to live up to that offer !!

I cannot stand that new host Nancy...she looks like a deer in the headlights & has this stupid grin on her face all the time. When she wears open toed shoes I think the camera should not show her nasty feet. Her polish is always chipped & her nails are ragged and unmanicured. This is not what we expect to see from any of the hosts who always look great and take care of their feet. QVC should rethink this host. She is horrible. Not the QVC standards that are usually high.

PLEASEEEE get Jane Tracey off the air. I, like many others, want her to go - go far away from being a QVC host. She simply ruins the entire show. No fun watching QVC any longer.

Last night it was a genuine pleasure to watch QVC without Jane Treacy! With
Courtney hosting the Tuesday evening show solo....she looked absolutely beautiful, presented all the items professionally with natural charm and personality....and welcomed superstar Ciara with her new skin care line.
Courtney stood next to Ciara with ease and grace....looking equally, if not more beautiful, and the whole show was
a true pleasure to watch.
Wherever Jane Treacy went, I wish she would stay off the air. Night after night she has hogged the shows and talked about herself and her family constantly. We are not interested in her or her family and she is loud, rude, unattractive and egocentric in all her presentations...making every item all about HER. Please, please, PLEASE give us more beautiful evenings with Courtney Khondabi....and keep Jane Treacy out of the picture. She absolutely spoils QVC.

Jane's obsession with Disney isn't normal especially a woman her age, and this is coming from a Disney fan myself.

When I see Jane Tracey I turn off the tv- motor mouth and her hands are always moving -she makes everyone here at the house nervous. don't you guys read reviews

I do not like Shawn. She is rude, talks over guests, non-professional. Hair is always falling in her face and she acts so casual but as if she is better than everyone. When she is on, I do not watch and never will.

Omg. JANE TRACY still on what a shame on QVC needs to go So phony turn her off. ASAP.
