Went to store in midway Rehoboth beach Del. Outlet store guy cashier no at 11was very helpful

Reebok are a bad company to purchase items from online. They promise a response within 24 hrs but fail to deliver. They claim to re-stock every week but the item you're after is never available. Reebok are unable to provide you with an explanation and will not assist in notifying you when the product has come back into stock. Overall Reebok have show there lack of ability when it comes to dealing with fundamental customer service.

So Reebok was advertising a 15% off coupon on its website which got me excited and I enrolled my email address to receive the coupon. I tried to use the coupon on an item which was ending with $.99 it accepted the coupon but didn't discount the item. Below is the exclusions which came with the discount coupon. Please note that there is no reference of items ending with $.99 or sale items.



When I called the customer service the agent explained me the Reebok Corporate policy excludes sale items (And here I thought that Reebok.com will follow the same rules as "Reebok Corporate")



Another perfect example of False Marketing.

I contacted Reebok via this number and was abruptly informed that the number was only for purchases made from shop.reebok.com. The person was borderline rude and no help what so ever.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE NASHVILLE REEBOK 719 THOMPSON LANE AT 100 OAKS MALL LOCATION THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AS SOON AS POSSABLE.MY WIFE ,AND I VISITED THIS STORE TO PURCHASE ANOTHE PAIR OF MEN'S REEBOXS.THIS YOUNG LADY HELPED ME WITH WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR,WHEN SHE RETRIVED TWO PAIRS OF SHOES FROM THE AREA,AND TOOK THEM UP FROM AND LAID THEM ON THE TABLE.WHEN THIS GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER NAMED JERRY WAS RINGING UP THE PRICE,I HAPPENED TO NOTICE THAT ONE OF THE PAIR OF SHOSE IN THE BOX WHEN I WAS INSPECTING THEM, HAD GRASS ON THE BOTTOMS IN THE TREADS.I SHOWED THEM TO JERRY,AND HE SAW THIS TOO.I SAID THAT THESE SHOES HAD BEEN WORN BEFORE.HE TOLD THE YOUMG LADY TO GO BACK,AND GET ME A NEW PAIR.I'M NOT SAYING THAT THEY HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS,BUT SOMEONE PUT THESE SHOES BACK ON THE SHELF TO RE-SALE.THIS IS ''DIRTY BUSINESS'',AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED SOON.I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN TO BUY ANYTHING.
