I also purchased roxio vhs to dvd, which is one piece of junk software.

Additionally, forget going to the roxio forum, which is run by rude folks that provide no help.

A sad, sad excuse for a company and I will do my best to alert anyone and everyone to stay as far away as possible.

I hope thye enjoyed the money they got from me. because they will not get one more cent.

ive tried to remove roxio 9 that came with my laptop ,,on vista system ,now ive got 4 possible programs such as audio ,creator ,copy,data still on the donloaded pagein programs ,,ive removed roxio from the register ,and sys32 also but these keep coming back and now it says they cant be found ,!!! when i try to remove them ! there useing apx 18mb of drive and everything ive tried wont get rid of them ,,,,its not like i dont like them ,its ive never used them and they are a wast of time and space

Impossible to contact, and they never reply to emails. They pretend to have a UK base by using a UK based domain name and £ sterling, but items are shipped from the States and incuur huge customs fees.

Worthless software, can't even load it because it won't accept the "Key Code" that came with the product. None of the suggestions on the support website work.

I purchased the VHS to DVD sofware. I'm having a lot of problems with it. I have not been able to contact anybody to get help. Roxio has the worst custumer service I have seen. Will not buy any Roxio or Corel product.

my ROXIO photosuite 5 doesn't work pop up says to call you but i can never talk to a human nor find any help, have you looked at your ratings????? everyone feels the same and anyone thinking about buying ANY of your software should not. PEOPLE!!! STRIKE AGAINST THEIR PRODUCTS TILL THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.if you want to throw your money away,help the needy.

I could not get the program out of the "finishing.....this could take a few minutes" loop after actually waiting for days. The guarantee period was eaten up by waiting for tech support to get back to me, following instructed process several times over several days and all to no avail. I asked for a refund well within the guarantee period, then I was asked to try the same process over again. Again to no avail. Again I asked for a refund and they said that they have a very strict refund policy and that I was three days past the end date.

This is the worst service support I have ever encountered using software that will not work and being unable to talk to a technician about the problem. The Customer Service in India was no help the phone number listed is no help and the web page is even worse. I'll never purchase roxio VHS to DVD software again. Roger

Your company has very cunningly hidden any basic help a person might need, if help is there at all for such basic problems. Something as basic as getting the whole Home Screen on my monitor. I have apparently tried all but one of the things that work with Microsoft, but I still cannot see either side of the Home Screen, and I have no idea what the last procedure might be. I can see about three letters on the left side and part of a circle or button on the right side. I made the BIG mistake of buying your product from BEST BUY, I shall never darken their door steps again, I then discovered that you only supply help to people who buy direct from you. All in all Roxio has not been a good experience for me. I have had your products before and do not remember having this trouble. Certainly will NOT recomend ROXIO

Cannot invoke "Slide Show", although the icons are shown on the home screen. Cannot even transfer photos from camera.

Purchased the "ROXIO Easy VHS to DVD3 Plus"
almost 90 days ago (12/17/12).

Stopped capturing several days ago. And
my 90-day warrenty is almost expired.

Trying like hell to reach some kind of support. But these people are masters at
the "run-around"

Just how the hell do/can I get help???

A pretty 'pissed-off', and maybe 'never again', customer.

I bought their Game Capture HD Pro and had an issue where it wasn't properly sending the signal to my Monitor.

So I go to their website, and all you get is multiple pages trying to redirect you to a mediocre FAQ that obviously doesn't solve the problem, a forum where you'll have to hope somebody both knowledgeable and incredibly nice eventually comes on and helps you, or the option to be charged money for Tech Support!

Any company the charges you for such an incredibly basic service doesn't deserve business as far as I'm concerned. They just don't seem to care about backing up their products even remotely.

Purchased VHS to DVD3. Wouldn't take product key code during set up. Impossible to get any help. Haven't given up yet but Roxio service leave's a lot to be desired. My next step likely to return the product to the supplier. Very sad as even the Dell web site gives a very high rating of this product.

I was calling to ask about one of your products BUT the number was "currently out of service or is having technical difficulty"..I called last night + waited over 8 minutes for a "technical support person" as advised by a voice. However, after doing this twice (I REALLY wanted help) I gave up.

I purchase Roxio easy CD & DVD Burning disc from walmart it doesnot work and i tried and tried to get tech support over and over with no result so i feel i just wasted 32 dollars on a piece of junk

Purchased Roxio Creator 2012 in July 2012.
I never received the back up CD for which I paid and request for this were ignored.
The download failed in October 2012, and Roxio Help consulted.
The advice was "uninstall and re-install the download". Uninstalled it, but the system would not allow me to re-install. Roxio Help consulted gain, and they said they would allow access to re-install for a few days.
Tried to re-install three times, but each time it failed with an error message.
Then it said contact Digital River for help. This I did and was bounced back to Roxio help.
I still do not have the product for which I paid good money.
Lousy service... Suspect Product...

I paid $94.22 to Roxio directly on June 22nd, via online purchase (Digital River) and I specified that a DVD be shipped to me due to my prior problems with downloads that others here mentioned. (I've bought this product several times thru the years.) When I received the DVD it was defective. Since then I have been trying to get Roxio to replace it. I have not been successful yet and it's October 30th.

I was not aware of Roxio's (actually that's Corel's) terrible reputation for customer service until I started surfing for a telephone number. (Note that the telephone number no longer contacts. Instead there's message about calling other numbers for other products and then the number hangs up on the caller

I have been using roxio burn for about 3 years to watch my dvds and then today i put in a dvd and roxio did not come up to play it and i can no longer find it on my computer or if i do the settings have changed and it does not work prperly > i am extremely diispleased with your company

Making a very long story short, Corel's support of Roxio products is abysmal, and I'd suggest looking elsewhere for media products. Once you purchase something from Roxio, your product will experience problems without support. Meaning you wasted your money.

I'd bought Roxio Creator Pro 2011 in December 2010. Eventually the software worked with intervention from Roxio tech support by phone, on Windows XP Pro. For around 16 months the product was installed and I used successfully it every once in a while.

However, when my old HP Pavilion Media Center PC finally broke permanently, Roxio Creator Pro 2011 wouldn't install on a different HP Pavilion PC running Windows 7 Home Premium. Roxio literally lost the first two support cases I file about this. On the third support case, after around 35 emails back and forth from Corel support, exactly none of their *guesses* on the solution to the problem worked. It was clear they were guessing because they'd try different things with bravado and each would fail. Windows 7 Home Premium was available at the time of purchase of Roxio Creator Pro 2011, and Corel tried to insist that I should downgrade DirectX and other software on my new PC to accomodate their old software. When I declined to downgrade the software, I began requesting that they simply provide the 2012 version of their product and make good on their promise of a working product. To this request Roxio *never* responded, and ignored each email they received about it. Eventually the alleged lead tech simply allowed the case to be automatically archived, never responding to reasonable requests from an experienced LAN manager (me) to solve the products installation problems.

So, I'll never buy another disposable software product from Roxio again. You should consider avoiding them and going to software companies who know what they're doing. Roxio and Corel aren't among them. If you want details of the case, consider emailing me at Mike + BluePlanetAlmanac.com.

I have bought Roxio 2012 pro I wish I had not, as soon as I put it onto the laptop it won't let me download a thing from the internet. I can not save pictures from the net either. When I take the software off everything starts working again. I emailed Roxio four days ago, still waiting for an answer.I don't think Roxio has been any good since it was taken over by corel. "Warning" do not buy
