I purchased a tv June 21st. I did not need the stand at first. Due to my husband and I separating I suddenly needed the stand. I called Sanyo and wonder of wonders they don't deal with my particular 55 inch tv and gave me another number to call. When I called the other number they told me that I would have to buy the parts to the stand that where never in the box!!! I paid good money for this tv, did not need the stand because it was wall mounted and when I moved went to the tv box to get the stand only to find it was not nor never was all in the box. Not a happy customer. I should not have to pay for an item that was never in the box with my original purchase!!!

Sanyo will not stand behind their products, I bought a 58 in tv last year, it broke 6 days after the year warranty was up, they will not do anything about it.. we purchased a dynex brand 4 years ago, it was the floor model and it is still working strong.. so beware of purchasing Sanyo products

MyTV Netflix is not allowing me to sign in I've talked to Netflix everything's fine they can get in on their in so they said its nothing to do with my TV and it also works fine on my phone so if you could call me back as soon as possible I'd appreciate it I spent 3 hours trying to work on this thank you

I have tried several times to get to where I can print out the Sanyo owner's manual for my television. When I get to page where I am type in the model number this faded out not high lighted, it will not take the letters and numbers. I called your 877 number and got no help from the person I talked to. The person could not tell me how to correct this problem. Is there anyway someone from there can help me, someone whom will understand what I am telling them and I can understand them? Thank you in advance for your help in this matter. Roger Shook

We have a Sanyo 55inch lid and since we bought it the speaker was bad it's been two years now I thought maybe the sound adjust would help but it does not I've called customer service and could not get through also called walmart on extended warty cannot find paper work is there anything Sanyo can do

I bought a 58 in LED HDTV and in LESS THANA YEAR the picture has stopped working. The TV turns on but no image.

SANYO TV is worthless ~ almost from the start the sound kept going off. No problems with the cable box ( returned that twice thinking it was the issue). Forget 'customer service' for Sanyo, it doesn't exist. To repair this piece of junk costs more than what the thing is worth anymore and I refuse to sink money into a product that was faulty from the start. DO NOT BUY ANY SANYO PRODUCTS ~ THEY'RE GARBAGE!!

It doesn't surprise me that I see so many other negative comments on this webiste for Sanyo. I bought a 55' tv in February of 2014 and in January 2015 the tv went to a blank blue screen with a white box in the center. I contacted them in January and here it is APRIL 2015 and my tv is still not replaced!!!!! When you call customer service, THEY NEVER HAVE ANY ANSWERS AND THEY B.S. YOU AROUND JUST TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE! WHY IN THE HELL DOES IT TAKE THIS LONG (almost 4 months) TO REPLACE A FREAKIN TV!!?

Y'all are the worst ppl to deal with I send of for a base for my TV since Feb 2 2015 and haven't receive it yet and its been past 7-10 binness dayz wth is going on with y'all company nobody can tell me nothing about the my base but done cash my order wow I will never in life deal with y'all again.

I had 39" LCD that I purchased in May of 2014. within 5 months the screen went dark on one side. After 1 month of reviewing the case with the call center I was finally told that I could get a new TV. However I needed an upgrade that they could provide that. I need an bigger TV so I paid an additional amount. 2+ weeks went by (could not track shipping) when I received the TV it was the 39". I have been on the phone with the customer service with no result. Don't buy Sanyo.

I recently purchased a t.v from Walmart and I got home and was so excited and threw all the paperwork out?. I'm asking for the warranty forms and the directions on how to maintain the television. I would truly appreciate it. Thanks.

I bought a Sanyo TV from Walmart on Aoril 11, 2014., 4 mos later I was having major problems with the TV. I lost my receipt, so I didn't do anything about it. My brother told me to call Walmart and have them to reprint my receipt. I finally got a copy of my receipt. I called Sanyo and I got the run-a-round for 2 mos. finally, I had to get IRATE on them and I had to threaten to Blast them on FaceBook & Twitter about how HORRIBLE their TV's are and how HORRIBLE their customer service is. They NEVER called me back, like they said they would. They finally put a work order in and gv me a repair shop in Atlanta. Since my TV wasn't a 47" or bigger, I had to take it to the shop myself. I took it in on Jan.10, 2015 and my TV still hasn't been repaired yet!!!! It's been a month, when I was told 7-10 days. Now I'm dealing with the repair guy Kurt, who NEVER keeps me updated, EVERYTIME I call him, he tells me he's still waiting on a part to come in. The part was suppose to come in 3 wks ago. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY another TV from Walmart, nor will I EVER BUY another SANYO!!!!!!!!!!! I've called Sanyo Corporate office 2x now and I'm being told the part was shipped, but they can't track it with UPS!!!! So instead of sending out another part, like a responsible company, they're trying to track down the shpmt with UPS!!! I told the supervisor Joe, that I want my money back and they can do whatever they want with the TV that's in the repair shop. He said that my case has been escalated ( I've heard that before!!). I explained to Joe that I will be calling them EVERYDAY, 2-3x a day until this situation is rectified to my satisfaction!!!!!!

we bought a 65 Sanyo LCD TV Screen does not come on but the power light does I can't get
service to call the TV quit 1 hr before the NFL championship games started had friends over to watch the game on my big screen TV. all of my friends are definetly not ever going to purchase a Sanyo TV and no TVs from Walmart will only exchange if it is with in 90 days thats about how long these tv will last Thank god we go the extended warranty, but it doesn't go infect untill after Sanyo 1yr is up so then i should be able to get it fixed or money. If you are thinking of buying Sanyo TV Don't they Junk!!

March 2014 I bought a 55" and after 4 months the TV wouldnt turn on so I contacted Sanyo and the individual I spoke to was VERY RUDE!!! He even called me a DI*K. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me!!! I then called back and finally got a girl who told me take it to a repair shop and I asked one simple question... "Can my mother drop it off and pick it up for me" and they said "why can't you its your TV!" I got pissed because I was leaving on a short notice DEPLOYMENT TO AFGHANISTAN 5 DAYS LATER!!! the repair shop told my mother sanyo didn't make panels for it and I'd have to set it up SANYO to get it exchanged on January 2nd Sanyo finally got the return authorization but I still can't return it because they have to call walmart and tell them so I waited 7 days like they asked and still nothing I asked them how long it was going to be because now I'm home from deployment early due to an INJURY and they said it will be ready on the 12th I call still nothing it is now the 16th and I went ahead and called walmart and the person they need to talk to is there but Sanyo said nobody answered the phone... When does walmart not answer the phone??? I asked one of the guys what I could do to hurry this up and he said "well go buy another TV or go rent a TV it's gonna take another 5 business days" ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I tried calling corporate directly and it either goes to a busy tone or the option I press says it cannot be completed as dialed!!!

I've owned my 51' Sanyo flat screen for 3 yrs now and today I arrived home , turn on my tv and the screen is blinking green and red colors in the picture, over and over again. I keep my tv dusted and cleaned, always. I even use my vacuum hose for the rear of the tv. Please help me fix that problem, if possible. Thanks...Vikki..

DON'T BUY A SANYO!!!
Bought a Sanyo 6/10/14. Had it one week and the screen had lines from top to bottom. Eventually got their permission to return to Walmart. Got a replacement on 6/17/14. Now it's Dec. and we have the complete screen filled top to bottom with colored lines. Sanyo wanted pics of the screen. No camera to send pics I told them. They said they'd contact corporate. Several weeks and nothing. Called and spoke to several people and they said send pics. I told them I couldn't. To make a long and aggravating story short, we still haven't heard from them. Had to rent a tv for now until they contact us. NEVER WILL WE BUY SANYO AND NEVER RECOMMEND SANYO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD...TO GET A REPLACEMENT TV IS A HASSLE (BIG TIME). If the tv is broken it's as though you have to bend over backward to prove it. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE BUY ANOTHER BRAND. I'M WARNING YOU...STAY AWAY FROM SANYO.

BEWARE. NEVER BUY FROM SANYO.

bought a 60" tv from Sanyo 3 years ago. During the warranty the tv kept shutting off. Brought it to the repair shop and got it "fixed." 2 years later the tv is doing the SAME thing, but worse. Called Sanyo customer service to have them either repair or replace the tv. NOPE. They will not provide ANY customer service for a tv that was broken from the start.
Needless to say, Sanyo is a low quality company. They put out low quality products (knowing they will break) and have ZERO customer service.

I purchase a 32 inch from Walmart on 11/10/2014. The sound keep going out every since I purchase the tv. I called technical support and was told to check cable box. Cable box worked on another tv., it's not my cable box. TV is hooked up right.

Hi, I just had to leave you some feedback about an appliance (sorry this is not about your customer service, which I'm sure is great. Please forward this to the right people if you wish). We bought a Sanyo Cuisine Master microwave in 1981 and I just retired it today! Still working, though noticeable slower, but after 33 years of very heavy use! Incredible. It was a model EM-3520, serial no . It cost $339 at the time.



I have no illusions about it's replacement lasting that long. Thanks for making such a great appliance, it was part of thousands of family moments.
