Please get the quality of bread Sunbeam is known for BACK!!! It's awful!!

I use to love sunbeam bread something is wrong it's awful it's smaller slices the bread is dried out on the outsides I bought another brand today but there was a couple of us talking about the issues. Will you please try to figure out what's going on ? Elizabeth

I have been buying Sunbeam bread for over 2 decades 2 loaves a week . Have always loved it but here lately no matter where i buy it from its no longer soft and the texture is horrible. I dont know what you have done or changed but its becoming inedible! My family and i are highly disappointed in your bread quality lately . I would highly suggest whatever you have changed to stop and go back to the original way of making it . You are gonna lose alot of buyers if this quality of bread keeps being made and sold to the public . Learn to leave good enough alone because i can promise you what ever you are doing has not improved it in anyway .

I usually buy soft n good bread. But the past week I haven't been able to find it. So bought sunbeam. Your bread is awful. Hard crumbles if you fold it in half. I have wasted money trying to find a soft loaf. Hopefully you'll fix it or stop selling it

Sunbeam all my life . But I can't eat it now because of changes they've made to it. It's disgusting and hard as rock

I have been a Sunbeam bread proponent for 65 years, but no more. I have bought my last loaf. It tastes horrible. It's no longer "batter whipped," evidently as the texture is horrid. One loaf didn't even begin to fill the bag in height. I kept making excuses each time as this "one" is just a lemon. But after about 10 lemons in a row, with the last one having ALL the issues listed above PLUS black marks I first thought was mold, then thought it was a pan underneath the bread because I could see through it, but then realized they were literal black marks on the bread from who knows what. Never again will I be Sunbeam buyer, no matter the cost.

What has happened to Sunbeam sandwich bread???? It is horrible. Does not have the same texture and tastes awful. The past 3 loaves we bought there is a significant change. Have bought it and loved it for many years. WHY did you have to change it??? Will be finding a better bread to buy from now on!!!!

For the past several months I have bought sunbeam bread. This is the ONLY bread I purchase. Out of the 7 I have purchased I've only been able to eat 2 of them. I'm not sure what's going on but I can't keep paying $4.00 a loaf. Please try to fix the problem.

Sunbeam Large loaf's texture has changed. Slices are noticeably thinner and break apart, and some slices have holes in them. Sunbeam was known for consistency, and their own quality control strived for slices with No holes. The slices are now so Very thin that toasting it causes the edges to brown and harden before the centers cook.

Hamburger buns labeled as hotdog buns smh quality control for your products are seriously lacking

What has happened to the sunbeam bread. I have used this brand for many many years and now it is so thin and falls apart. Something has definitely changed. I will be looking for a different brand from here on out.

I am very upset at all, my years of buying you guys bread it doesn't make any sense for me to purchase a loaf of bread with black marks, alternate I don't know if he didn't clean the equipment and this is outrageous and I am not going to stand for this poor dollars and $.15. Bought a loaf of Old fashion Sunbeam bread yesterday. The bread is so small I had to cut the lunch meat in half. The birds are eating more bread than us. It gets so stale.. We don't eat any other bread but I might have to consider a big change..

Sunbeam Thin slice sandwich bread after 4 slices into bag the rest od bread had big hole in middle od consecutive slices. Would be good for egg in middle but not for sandwich condiments. Even the texture is poor.

Why do you change the bread? I have always bought sunbeam but a couple years ago I had to switch. The new bread is awful. Please change it back.

I always love sunbeam bread but it has changed it's not fresh tasting at all I'll buy cheap bread instead of giving 4 bucks a loaf until you fixed the problem

What has happened to Sunbeam bread. It is stale ,not smooth,it is not soft like it used to be. Sunbeam bread used to be the only bread i would buy but now i can't hardly stand to eat it. It is dry and the brown part is to brown. I wish you would go back to the way it used to be but i am going to have to stop buying the sunbeam bread because it is aweful i am not going to keep buying it and throwing it away!!!

We love the thin king, it is our favorite bread, however the bottom of each loaf is getting darker and darker, almost burnt.

I always buy some bean bread cuz I think it's the best bread out there. My husband and I bought a loaf of sunbreen bread at a Kroger's grocery store one day ago and when I went to make my granddaughter's sandwich we found five pieces of bread that had a brown stain on all of it I don't know what it is it's not mold but it's something. So I had to throw out the whole loaf. I got pictures of the bread if you would like to see them. I just want to let you know what had happened. And maybe you have an answer for me about what it is. Thank you

Bread has changed. It's not soft anymore and the ingredients has changed it's not smooth bread any more. I've ate this bread all my life and it's so different. Please change it back there's not another bread like Sunbeam.

I recd. a new blender and it leaks. Not impress at all and would advise customers not to buy on facebook.

All I wanted to say is I walked into the Foodlion and they didn't have any store brand bread and I looked around and all they had was Sunbeam. I knew it was going to be old. Sure enough I opened it the next day and it is not soft. Another 4.00 gone.

What is wrong with the bread it's dry has a funny smell to it and taste it's not the same it's like it's old when you get it from the store

I agree with all the comments on here regarding Sunbeam bread! Something is horribly wrong with it now. Holes, bad texture, smells bad, and it's never fresh even when the date says it is! Eaten Sunbeam all my life (I'm in my sixties) and I never thought I would say this but no more!! That's it! I've wasted way too much of my hard earned money on this brand! Never buying another loaf! Used to be so good... what happened Sunbeam? ?
