Today I went in the T Mobile On South Gessner and I was Welcomed as soon as I walked in. They had a few people ahead of me but I was in and out within 15 minutes the sales guy Jonathan Suire handled everything professionally and he was so sweet. The staff were professional and helping people ! THEY ARE THE BEST .. BUT HE NEEDS TO KNOW I'M VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICES.

On Monday, January 25, I went to the Strongsville T-Mobile Store to get help with a recurring Samsung message that kept coming up on my phone. Bobby was friendly, greeting me the minute I walked into the store and was nothing short of awesome. He assisted me with my phone issue, updated my apps and provided me with information on how to obtain a new battery and phone case. All the while he said he was there to help and that he was very happy to be of assistance. Hats off to this genuine customer service guy. Thanks!

I been with T-Mobil for 11 years. I'm very satified with their service. The reps are very helpful and curtious. I have the LG phone love it! Just one thing, when you go to contacts the letters from A to B are to light they need to be more bolder, unless there is a way I can change it on my phone. I looked but didnt find a way. Thank you for your great service. I wish all of you at T-Mobil a blessed Happy New Year.

When I tried turning off my phone, I was surprised to see that it wouldn't turn off and seemed frozen on the T-Mobile screen. I was concerned because I tried to turn it back on and even tried lightly tapping my hand on my phone (like burping a baby, I suppose) and nothing was working. I used my mother's phone to call the T-Mobile Customer Service to fix this troublesome problem. I reported some information to an answering machine or something of the sort. Quickly and effortlessly, someone answered my call and asked what my problem was. When I told her, she told me I would need to talk to a technician. Immediately I was transfered to a woman in Missouri. She asked me who I was and what my problem was. She was able to help me solve the problem in under two minutes. Being from Minnesota, her accent was really comforting to listen to and I was able to answer all her question calmly. The two people I talked to were super friendly and made my moment of fright into a quickly solved problem. All in all, the experience was nice was smooth and made me feel better. I'm grateful the assistance was extremely easy.

Absolutely the best customer service is have ever had to deal with. I had a little problem with LTE signal ordered a signal booster on Saturday and it was at my doorstep Monday morning I'll never go anywhere else thanks tmo

On Tuesday 11/03/2015 I went to the tmobile store located on S. Noland Rd and 35th St in Independence Mo. I needed to purchase a new phone for my son and I had the pleasure to be waited on by Mary and Michael. Together they went above and beyond my expectations. Their friendliness, knowledge and capabilities were on point! Those two restored my faith and confidence in tmobile once again! I truly hope you recognize them for there efforts in making my experience a positive one and can appreciate them as tmobile team members! Thank you 😀

Wanted to let you know what a great customer care agent you have in I had some recent medical and personal issue and on top of that my phone service was cut off. I made several calls and explained my situation with several agents.I was being lured by Sprint and Verizon to come to them with their phone plan.I decided to give T.Mobile another call and see if I could get a caring agent that could help me with my phone issue and no cause me to close out my T-Mobile a count and go to another carrier. I made contact with Tiffany Operator 1232138 and explained the issue I was having and was praying she could help me.Tiffany listened to my issue and in a matter of minutes my phone was back on and working and we worked out my payment on my bill.I told Tiffany than my youngest daughter's name is Tiffany and I call her my Little Angel.Today 10/15/15 my prayers on resolution on my phone issue were answered and taken care of by an Angel named Tiffany Operator 1232138.Blessing to Tiffany and the T.Mobile Family

Silly me entered the sim pin wrong too many times. I had to call customer care for my PUK number. I then spoke with Mary-Anne who was very friendly, and helpful. My phone was working again in no time with her help. I would not hesitate to call again if i needed their assistance. My experience with her was simple and comfortable. Thank you very much.

My sales Luis Gonzalez located at the Springfield Mall in Virginia, customer service was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable about all the products within the store. Even as he help me, he was able to quickly attend to customers who were waiting by placing their names on the wait list and ensure them they would be helped as soon as possible. I didn't even notice he was gone! Bravo Luis! Wish more sales associates were like him!

My name is Trevor. Last night I had a problem with my phone service which both distressing and frustrating. It took hours to get a problem which should have only taken much less. I that process l dealt with and number of t-mobile customer service reps. Whom I found to less representative of quality customer service performance. this was both with T moble as well as the as well as the insurance program who blocked my service. I'm writing this because I finally spoke with someone whom I felt was both professional and proficient her name




the answer for her ID information because I wanted to right T moble to let you guys know that she was outstanding in a performance and if every one of your customer service reps where is this is effective and she was I think my problem with him is so much earlier have I spoken with her originally. For many many years I worked in the customer service area of banking both as a rep as well as a manager. I want to let you know that Roushell's performance was outstanding you people need to speak with her to commend her or promoter so she can teacher other customer service reps how the job is to be done.

I had to comment on the level of professionalism, knowledge and speed of which I was handled with yesterday at the T-Mobile Store at Nacogdoches and O'Connor yesterday 9/3/15.
Juan is his name and T-Mobile is his game. I don't know his title or position in your organization, but MOVE that man UP.
I have been with T-Mobile since it bought out Voice Stream, and have been satisfied with service. But yesterday I was impressed with the level I received. Juan did something rare...he listened to me, in my entirety, and then got me what I needed and out the door in a very shot time. Thank you Juan!

I'm trying to register my new t mobile tablet. The mrssage says that the info given doesnt match ur records, ehy is this? I want to be able to watch tv and play movies without having to subscribe to any cable conpany. Please advise as to how to do this, into a branch. I would like this ption better than having to drive to one of ur stores. Will be awaiting ur response.I've been a loyal customer for 16 years and have always had my issue resolved within 24-48 hours. Hopefully this will be accomplished as quickly also. Sincerely, p.s thanks for the new device. I love it and have always wanted one!!!

Have had T-Mobile for 15 yrs. Granted my needs are not elaborate...I ask that the device work, the signal be available in most places in the USA that I travel, and the cost of mobile service be reasonable in these tougher economic times. The improvement in all these areas over 15 years has been >100%!! Recently the loyalty service agent in Oregon was able to satisfactorily handle my crisis...water-dunked cell that was not performing anymore...The company is sending me a new upgraded phone at no cost. I think the biggest problem is the request the last couple days for me to answer a 3 question survey (text), when my phone hasn't rec'd a survey and probably isn't working well enough to answer by text!! I'll stay with T-Mobile...they do get the job done!!

I go to the Destin Commons store in Destin, Florida. Angel is a representative at this store and is so HELPFUL!!! She goes above and beyond for customer service. If all stores had an 'Angel' there would be no other phone services. She's great!

T-mobile. For me, the worst carrier ever! I was there like 5 months, every month was a surprise with my service $100 monthly. alwas 120, 140, 160 and 190 they charged me for different and no requested services. I canceled May 16 and today I got a delinquent charge of 280!!! Today I called and Keisha was very helpful and told me everything was fixed. She was great, I could say great customer service now that I am far gone! Happy again with my flat rate 70 bucks back in metropcs

I have had one of the best customer services experiences in my life. I purchased a phone that had a malfunction. The store manager spend with me an hour of his time in all kind of creative ways to detect the problem. When we were not able to solve the problem he offered me a new phone (same price range as the previous phone) with screen protector and case. I never had to advocate for myself he just did this because it was the right thing to do. I was amazed and utterly grateful.

I have only had to call T-Mobile customer service a few times and on each occasion I was treated like a king. My questions have always been answered quickly by very friendly agents. I am very satisfied so far.
