Tascam customer service was fantastic. I called them regarding a question I had about the operation of one of their lower priced recorders. I got their answering machine and left a message. Within 5 minutes I had not one return call, but two (I didn't answer the 2nd one as I was being helped by the first one). The person was all apologetic about not being available when I called. Then he helped me understand what I was doing incorrectly and some possible ways to address the problem I was having. I was amazed and how quick and helpful they were!
