Taco Bell Canada it's disgusting I ordered a beef chalupa beef hard shell taco and a bean burrito and is supreme fry the quality of the food was disgusting mushy and there was next to no beef proportioning on my chalupa in Taco so all I tasted with my chalupa and taco Michelle and lettuce I called this location to file a complaint and ask for a refund and I got a rude clerkin response saying if you don't like it you shouldn't have bought it no wonder why I talked about was failing canada-wide when they're ripping people off with poor portioning charging a ridiculously amount of money for very little food when I get a beef taco and a beef chalupa I expect he's not a two-inch layer a beef and the rest lettuce in barely any cheese outrage and poor customer service when you can file any complaint

Taco Bell #2104 night shift is by far the work place to eat. They manager n drive thru worker appeared to be on drugs the line was long talk AR least 20 minutes per car. My food was tacos were thrown in the bag n wasted out the paper. The bag bust from the food that came out the wrapper. The manager came out the store twice acting erratic looking for me cause I said I was calling corporate.They should be fired an never to work in another food place. I will never eat there again n imma tell everybody I can about them.This was 4/15/2022 around 10pm.

i went to your baker street taco bell and has to went over 20 minutes to be served at the till. this was not the first time either,

Went to Taco Bell in new port Richey US 19 ordered a burrito supreme okay and 12 cinnamon delights well I got the 12 cinnamon delights and I got a taco supreme okay and it was charged $8 and some change I do not believe that's right price I do not believe that they want to take care of me drove all the way home for a new and I try to call back multiple times and the phone was off the hook so I'm not happy

Taco Bell at Webb City MO, me an my friends went to Taco Bell and the manager at the window was so rude, giving us attitude when we Politely asked for some straws when there was none in the bag.

I placed an online order tonight. I went into the restaurant to pick it up and after waiting 10 minutes inside, I asked why so long. They told me they didn't have my order even though I showed them my email confirmation. I asked for the manager, who proceeded to curse at me in front of my 14 year old nephew. He gave everyone else( of color) their orders then said my demeanor was bad. I asked if it was normal to wait 45 minutes for tacos. He proceeded to curse at me. I asked for his name, he gave me multiple names. When I asked for the district manager's card, he said it was against their policy. I asked for my refund or for my food to be presented within 2 minutes since he told me it was ready. Still no food. He told me he would rather throw my food in the trash than serve me. Asked for the regional manager card, said it was against their policy. Everyone working this evening joined in on his ridiculous antics, laughing about the situation. I never received a refund. Is this how businesses are run?? It's embarrassing. Now you see why you'll be working at Taco Bell for the rest of your life. Typical lowlifes.

I never received some of the food I ordered through the drive in. It wSnt a lot of money but the kids weren't happy when I got home. I guess the seal on the bag means nothing because the order was short a soft taco and a cinnamon twist. I wasn't going to drive back 8 miles one way.

I went to the Market Street Taco bell inlocaton un Youngstown, Ohio. I relieve the do not training their emplees correctly they got my order wrong. I al for a spree and they give me water also i al for a soft chicken taco and the gave me a hard one. When i eat ar order taco bell i do not get sick yo my stomach bits money at that store.

I didn't get the right amount back and when I called to tell them and asked for the money I didn't get back, the manager wasn't very nice. I gave a 10$ bill, my total was 6.29 the cashier gave me 1.71 back. That isn't the right amount. I'm not very happy with the place. I go there almost every night for food and have never once had an issue until tonight. Won't be getting my business anymore. This was the beaver dam location

Every time I go to this location I have to go back because my order is wrong but this is just rediculous this time & I don't have time to go back before work

Taco Bell in VR mall Chennai, food is excellent and best but the employees are clueless about what they do, I went with my friend and I had to wait for a long time to find the table even though there was only 2 tables occupied. No one is responding including and employees are behaving like they didn't see anyone. Please look into it

I went through the Loves Park Il Taco Bell #031969 in the drive thru on 7/16/2021 @ 4:55 pm. I ordered: 1 beef crunchy taco supreme, 1 soft taco supreme & 2 beef soft tacos. I got the 2 taco supremes. I got 1 beef soft taco and 1 beef crunchy taco. On the beef soft and the beef crunchy (that I did not order) , they put tomatoes and sour cream. I do not care for sour cream on my tacos. My supper was ruined. Last week they didn't put any tomatoes on the 2 supreme tacos. Very disappointed. I will not be going to that Taco Bell again. How hard is it to get an order for 4 tacos right.

I just waited over a half hour in the Drive-Thru line to find out that the store was closed until 3 p.m. on a date I am not a happy customer white in the world when they not put out a sign I called and spoke with the general manager and he was just going to put a sign out then after I complained

Not too happy that I go to Taco Bell and the drive thru is pretty long so try to go inside since the sign says dine In open. But the doors are locked. It's 7:30pm. Hmmmm. Then the sign on window says "skip the line order on line in the app". Tried that and there was an issue with the quantity of the items. It wouldn't let be go back and get less then what was shown. So frustrated
We called to ask what was going on and the guy said that he didn't know. Really unprofessional. Losing my business

My sister was at taco bell tonight, while I was on the phone with her the entire time, to pick up some food for her and her children. They had her pull up and wait for over 13 minutes until she decided to go back through the drive-thru to get her money back. She told them over the speaker that she had been waiting for 13+ minutes and wanted her money back. No apology. When she gets to the window still no apology. When she asks for the manager, there is constant slamming of the window. When she asked the manager's name because he's being rude, he threatens to call the cops, slams the window in her face, states that her license plate is on camera, slams the window in her face again, and then proceeds to call the police. My sister was nothing but respectful and polite the entire time. She was able to pull off to the side before he caused her to have a panic attack, she began to break down crying, was rendered motionless, blood pressure spiked and had her poor children panicking in the back seat. By this time, they were so busy that cars were wrapped around the parking lot. Instead of tending to their customers, they repeatedly kept coming out to my sister's car harassing and threatening her because she was in the parking lot. She couldn't even move. When I called to get corporate's number (with nothing but respect) they hung up on me as soon I asked. Nobody should go here unless you want to wait for hours on your food at a fast-food restaurant and have the cops called on you. If you're African American you might not make it out alive. I can only imagine the traumatization that my sister and my nieces and nephew experienced and the psychological assistance that they will now need because of this experience at Taco Bell.

I had a terrible experience. As I drive up to the drive thru it was coned off. The lights in the dining room were on and the door was ajar. As I approached, I could clearly see the Taco Bell personnel chatting and joking around. As I turned to leave when I saw the Door Dash only sign, a Door Dash employee told me to just order online. As I struggled for over ten minutes trying to get the app to load, I see three cars dart into the just opened drive thru. After getting in line and ordering, it was my turn to make it the window, finally. As I ask about the drive thru closure, I was informed that it sucks in Taco Bell. That since the McDonald's has been closed that they have been really busy and that sucks. I told him that his company should be happy for the business and he retorted that HE wasn't. Perhaps, if Connor F is so unhappy with his employment, then maybe should be relieved of it. After all of this, my order was wrong AND cold. My order number was 358234 from the Oak Harbor, WA store at 32780 HWY 20. I have never complained to corporate before but this was outrageous.

I was discriminated at the taco Bell on Union and clay took in Memphis Tennessee today. I was told sence I don't have a car I couldn't order anything. So taco bell discriminates again the vehicle less

I pulled into the taco bell on lamar just to be told they werent taking orders. I thought that was their job to take orders.But they were fully staff all of the staff was standing outside smoking weed. I will never go back and i advice others to do the same. Thats the lamar location behind burger king in memphis Tennessee.

I called Taco Bell's customer service number and spoke with a very rude person on the phone. I never received the call they said I would be receiving so I will leave this here. I went to Taco Bell a week ago and ordered a substantial amount of food. They gave the order to someone else, and without trying to correct the mistake, they repeatedly tried to hand me a small bag of food that was clearly not what I ordered. I ordered 16 Doritos locos tacos supreme and 4 crunch wrap supremes. After consistently re explaining what happened, they had me pull around to wait for my food elsewhere to be remade. When I got the food, I left right away because I had a family waiting to eat. I got home to find that they randomly assorted a bunch of tacos, not supreme or what I ordered, in the bags. Everything was made very poorly and it was a mess. Items were missing and it was simply not what I ordered. I called the location to explain that I did not get the right food again. The woman on the phone, who is the manager, starts talking about me to the other people working with her and laughing. She raises her voice at me and tells me to come back to the store for a refund. When I got there, no one was wearing masks - I live in a state with a mask mandate - the store was FILTHY. Workers were purposely laughing and throwing things around in chaos when I walked in. A group of men sitting at a table confronted me asking why I came in. I said for a refund. They surrounded me, making me extremely uncomfortable, and went in the back to get someone. They clearly did not work there. The same woman came out I spoke with on the phone and refunded me for only half the order. I was harassed the entire time I was inside that Taco Bell and they still have yet to do anything about it.

I have eaten at taco bell for the last time. Stopped by there today to bring home lunch for me and my grandchildren and I have to say that was the worst food I have ever eaten. I should have taken it back (especially after spending over $35.00 for pure junk but have just decided it to chaulk it up to bad luck. So no more taco bell food for me and my family.

Just seen a story about a new chicken sandwich at Taco Bell. It might be good but if you can't go in to get or eat one there not worth the time. If you can't go in and eat it's not worth stopping there for anything. We haven't had tacos there for a year now. Thanks

while i was eating i happen to look at my food and i had a piece of lead that they write on the paper with in my food.I went back and asked the guy what was it and he just stared at me. they remade my food but that was nasty and they need to be more careful because if my daughter would have ate it and got sick. i would have raised hell!
