Taco Bell Customer Service Complaints - page 3

I just posted my negative review of Groton CT Taco Bell where I waited 45 min to get wrong order. Wanted to clarify that everyone who ordered online and at kiosk was waiting 45 min or more for their order. Don't know about drive-thru orders.

I waited 45 min for a very simple order of 3 deluxe crunchy beef tacos.When I finally got to my car the order was wrong, got soft Tacos instead.Ntime to wait another 45 min to get correct order.

Dubuque Iowa Taco Bell Hillcrest Employee rude . Asked Question about order. While ta talking with manger tells me to go home. I think he thought he could push me around because I am 66
My order was wrong but I left it go . My Pizza didn't have extra beef or steak I paid for .

Manger was helping me with a question and because I am 66 he tells me to go home.

The Taco Bell here in Lawton ok on Cache rd I gotta say is one of the most unprofessional and the workers have this I don't care attitude,argue in front of customers also as a door dash driver have to wait too long for my delivery order to be addressed example 15 minutes for a order to be ready .

Taco Bell on Springfield Avenue in Irvington, horrible horrible horrible. The service was unprofessional and unpleasant as well as the food was cold and not prepared properly. Bad experience and I will not be back.

Came back to get an order fixed where I was missing a steak burrito from my bag manager on duty refused to fix it or make it right never even came to the window. I work fast food daily customer complaints should be fixed in some fashion you can always make a way to make it right.

Went to a local corporate owned taco bell, I was given the wrong food, went back to rectify the situation and get the food I paid for and was cussed at and treated with disdain by the drive through person and again given more wrong food, get home call the manager who acted like I had been rude, I was not and told it was my own fault, I never was given the food I ordered and paid for

Last night I the worst experience of my life with Taco Bell. In Roseville Michigan and this location is on Gratiot off of 12 mile. I went through the drive thru and I placed my order and when I got to the drive thru window to pay for my order and my order came to $31.16 and I gave the young man who was working the drive thru $51.16 so it would be easier for them to give me my change, well, he gave me my order and as I left to go home, it dawned on me that he didn't give me my $20.00 change to me and let a lone a recipe. I went back up there to let them.know they didn't give me my 20.00 change back and the manager I believe told me that they couldn't do anything about it and as far as I'm concerned they are very rude and if that wasn't bad enough there was sour cream on my nephew's Chicken chalupas after I had told them no sour cream. As far as that location is concerned, I will not go there again and I will be going to the 12 and Hayes location for now on because they are more professional than they are at the Gratiot and 12 mile location.

Food and Service at 3300 panama lane in Bakersfield. TOTALLY SUCKS.

Order is always wrong .repeat my order more than once and still wrong .service is very slow ...they need new people .. thats fast .

I just purchased a veggie power bowl. I have never seen anything like that. I've noticed that amount of items have been reduced. That's okay but you have to reduce the amount of sauce put on it. So I said to myself that once it mixed up it will be different. I was wrong. After mixing it together it's like soup.

Horrible customer service! Used to be one of my favorites. Never go back!

At this one Taco Bell, it took me 4 times for them to actually make my order and there was nobody in the drive thru or inside the lobby. Nobody paid attention to the screens and all the workers were in the back. They didn't even apologize.

Dealt with horrible customer service tonight in Shreveport, off east kings hwy. They gave me the wrong order at the window and then when I drove around the girl came out to my car two times asking me about my order with my receipt. Then when I asked for a refund she told me they couldn't give refund after 9 o'clock. They gave me the wrong order. I don't know what was so hard about fixing it. The manger on duty was the one who informed me "we don't do refunds after 9pm and you can't be in the lobby since it's closed" as I was leaving someone in the kitchen said "your mama" ridiculous.

I'm a serious fan of taco bell but the night crew service at 1700 Contra Costa Blvd pleasant hill ca has to be looked in the tge food preparation and taste is horrible the crew customer service. Wait there is no customer service. Sad

We went at ten am today to Taco Bell at 7300 Niagara Falls Blvd with a group of 10 (4 orders) and the guy at the drive thru told us that he only can take one order per car. We started ordering and when he started repeating the order was not correct. He was so confused and rude that we decided to cancel the orders. When we told him he answered "ok, I don't give a fu*#" "you can leave". Great customer service!

Look up at menu, it goes blank after 3 seconds -
Comes back on after approximately 3 minutes, begin ordering, guy walks up as I'm ordering item, talks over me asking for condiments - guy taking my order turns & walks away from me mid order to assist loud mouth guy -

This has been by far the worst experience I've had. I've been calling the Taco Bell customer service number since May 24, 2022 to get a refund for the messed up order I got and to submit my complaint. I've been waiting on someone to call me back since May and it is now July 19, 2022 and still no one has called me back. I tried to call the store I had visited back in May and I can't get through to speak with anyone. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.

I generally like the food, but the last time i got NOTHING that i ordered and took it back. Today, i tried again and got some things, but not others. I told the worker and was asked to wait for it to be brought out. Well, they eventually forgot about me, so i had to go in and request a refund. That's it, I am now done with shi**y taco bells everywhere. Every other fast food restaurant has better employees.

If y'all can't have someone take my order then u just lost a customer of 40 years. Just went n the Taco Bell n Athens ga and she came up front and told me to use the Kiosk. I said no I will not u can take my order she said no go to the drive through. Just bad business if u can't personally take my order

Stop 11 Madison ave Southport Indianapolis called lady said McDonald first answer then laugh hung up phone the phone I called back then she said she was joking paid 20 dollars for meal on my lunch break order 2 chalupa the shell was so hard no way I could chew it order number 469 I was on break went back work hungry after paying 20 dollars there been huge quality issues it's happen too maney times

Problems
1. Long wait at the drive-thru at 3:30 pm!!!!
2. Both quesadillas overcooked to dark brown and tasteless
3. Handling of cash for $10.21 bill was inept!
I gave the cashier 20.26. Apparently he missed the penny.
So, to speed things up, I gave him another penny. All this to get $10 and a nickel in change.
After several minutes, the cashier said he couldn't open cash register to make change. All he needed to do was put five Pennies in reg and give me a nickel. But no ! I drove away leaving him with the pennys.
I love Taco Bell but won't be back to this one!

Can't reach customer service, app doesn't work. If there is a problem at the restaurant you are SOL.
