New Taco Bell in Pontiac. Don't know how to make food right and put food in bag. She'll tacos on bottom of bag and load heavy foods on top of tacos. Taco all in pieces. Also taco little to no meat and no tomato and lettuce. Not going there again as management rude.

I don't understand how all taco bells are still in business!I have visited 3 in the last few months either eating or door dashing. All are completely awful. Customer service is atrocious they don't even acknowledge you even in the locations. Slow is a understatement. I run a restaurant so I know all about customer service it will make or break your business. The GMs need to be fired and they need to start over with new training from the top to the bottom

Ordered three bean burritos two of them had just sauce on it no beans the other one wasn't even folded inside the wrapper with beans on the wrapper and a tortilla loose. Cost me six bucks for that.

Double-decker taco - gone. Taco salad Dash gone. Now, even the cashier gosh gone. Kiosk only? Where is the customer service at Taco Bell? Bring back the things we like and maybe I'll come back.

Taco Bell has continued to take away all the things that I really like and replace it with other worthless items. Now they, Taco Bell, has taken away even the cashier. Kiosk only. Which requires the cashier to assist with. Doesn't make sense to me. I can't even get a receipt. Not going back.

Placed online pickup order for drive thru..went to store they made us come inside to get order. Also they didn't give me the correct item. I ordered salsa verda nacho fries and they gave me the burrito. Staff were unfriendly.it was the one on troup hwy,tyler,tx

My complaint simply comes from logistics and franchise owners greed! My local Taco Bell has 5 to 10% higher prices than any other Taco Bell even the Taco Bell that is less than 2 miles away yet they still advertise a cravings menu where you can get such and such for a dollar however there is nothing on their menu for a dollar the cheapest thing they have is $1.69 but they still call it the dollar cravings menu so if they want to charge the extra money I believe they should have to purchase their own drive thru menu screen instead of using the companies screen that says a dollar menu they want to charge more money they need to fork it out and be accurate secondly I did some research and I do believe that they are in junction of false advertising and breaking the law and therefore the price that is shown they have to abide by am I wrong please let me know and please contact this Taco Bell and inform them of the rulesThis is the Taco Bell in Lake Worth Florida on Hypoluxo Road and if their food was better or prepared better I wouldn't mind paying a little extra but it's actually less quality for more money which is oxymoron

I went to Taco Bell located at 1279 Ridgeway and after standing at the front counter for 10 mins they decided to say no cashier. I went to drive thru and no one would say anything I sat there for another 10 mins . Only to hear them laughing on the speaker. Everyone working there needs to be fired.I have video and I was getting tacos for an famous artist out of Memphis.So I will be releasing the video on social media.

I've been to 3 taco bells in tri cities all ignored the customers at the counter.after 10 minutes, I walked out, the only one in the restaurant no rush.

At store 025389, it started with the bathroom. Women's was out of order, and men's was a disaster - dirty toilets, garbage overflowing, etc, etc. Ordered food at kiosk and waited over 10 minutes, still no food. Shift manager walking around, talking, not helping other employees. Kid making our food, leaving it on prep station, scratching his head with no clue and no direction. Food out in the open half made, unsanitary. My wife asked where our food was at. Immediately, the shift manager told my wife she was being rude, which made my wife mad. Then she had the store manager come out who immediately called my wife rude again without even asking a question. Shift manager was a large colored lady with a nose ring, who kept calling us sweetie and honey, also rude. They said the problem was they could not see our order on the screen, but when I asked for my money back, girl read it off the screen to the store manager so we could receive our refund. My wife was a Taco Bell store manager years ago before she became a nurse, so she knows how to run a store, and this was not it. Because they were so rude, this review has also been sent to corporate. Thank you.

❌ --- I stop go to Taco Bell for years because bad food quality. Always wring order , missing items. Chalupa used to good now it is soft ....???

Taco Bell on North Ch St needs someone to find out why this location has SO many problems after 11:00 pm! They tell me what they do have or system is down or not accepting cash. Always something wrong!!!! I ordered from what they did have and didn't get that!!

I tried calling corporate several times long wait time I visited greenville ms taco today and the worker Jennifer C at store #029603 was very rude I had to tell her my drink more than 2 times and she got mad slammed the window in my face cursing to the other worker making fun of what I said and she don't have time for this so I didn't want my drink after how she treated me vert poor customer service

I just called and made a complaint. I ordered food yesterday from Store # 030598 in Stone Mountain GA. They refused to give my credit card receipt, claiming their machine was broken. I spoke with a man there who identified himself as Tyrique Morgan and said he was the owner. I asked for corporate number and he gave me 901.921.4030. I called that number and spoke with a man who identified himself as Marques Johnson, who identified himself as the owner. I explained the situation to him, and he said he didn't know about the broken machine and would follow up and call me back. I told him the store doors were locked, and he told me he ordered the employees to lock the doors because they had been "robbed" the day before and were cleaning up. I never heard back from Marques, so I called him today. He refused to talk with me. I'm following up on this because I'm sure they have violated some laws by refusing to give me my credit card receipt and instead giving me a cash receipt in its place.

Raised your prices again and less food coming out. why? 2.09 for a taco with one half teaspoon meat, lil lettuce and hardly no cheese, complained to the manager but she did not offer us anything. So I gave the ceo a review and they called me?? why? you should have done your job when I was there eating!! And I did tell you the problem!! The Food was cold and hardly any toppings at all. Taco bell needs someone overall to operate these facilities and be fair with their product!

I have to say the taco Bell's I have went to especially Murfreesboro TN on Salem/ St Andrews road have been super. But I went to one today that I was so disappointed. It was in Hampton SC and the service was so bad that I will never go to that one again and unfortunately it's the only close by. I went through the drive thru up, the to said they would bring my 2 taco pizzas to my car but I never got it. After 5 minutes I went inside. Had to wait 5 more minutes before someone came to the register to me. They finally gave me my food and it was soggy and I asked for a sweet tea and got unsweet. I told them and they gave me another tea. Got to my car and it was STILL unsweet tea. It was 1:30 so not like it was rush hour. I will never ever go back to that taco bell again. I will go to others while in other areas but the manager of that taco bell is doing such a poor job.

I hope Taco bell realizes that we consumers know the difference between stuffing an oversized tortilla with tortilla chips and rice does not equal beef and cheese and sourcream and the stuff that actually used to make their items somewhat tolerable. Way down hill over the past 1 and 1/2 years or so. Dry Dry. And more Dry. Good luck with the gamers because you are losing the Family

I ordered from the taco bell in mt ephraim on the 6th of January. I food was sitting there for 20 minutes before anyone helped me and they didnt give me my fiesta potatoes. I filled a complaint on the 6th on-line still haven't got a response. I tried to call on the 12th and the customer service line keeps hanging up. I then tried the corporate number and it said not in service.

I received Taco Bell Coupons in the mail and Taco Bell told me they don't take coupons that only the Corporate Office accepts coupons. What's that all about? That's just outrageous as there is no Corporate Office where I live. Whoever had these Coupons printed need to stop already or better yet have All Taco Bell's take coupons. The prices were so ridiculous without a Coupons. Wasted my gas in my car and went home

I got the deluxe cravings box tonight and couldn't believe how bad everything tasted. Taco Bell food is not even in the same ball
park it used to be, as far as the taste or menu items. Nothing tasted like it used to. Terrible food and I am 68 and have eaten at Taco Bell for years. Whoever the idiots are coming up with this crap food need to be fired. You guys should go back to the basics and start over with the original Taco Bell food and recipes. So disappointing.
