The store ? on the corner of six forks and Strickland Rd in Raleigh NC is horrible.
It is dirty, clothes stacked in baskets or strewn all over the floor. Merchandise on shelves not priced, and very little selection or empty shelves.
No associates to answer question on price or item rings up wrong.
I will not shop at target again

I am a good customer at target no more. I was just was on the phone over an hour. The customer service can't speak English or I don't understand there English. An than overcharging for toothpaste $16.00 dollar for one toothpaste. I look online it was cheaper. Fix customer service an give the the right prices. I am switching to Walgreens you loss me as a customer. Train your workers how to handle customer.

My local Target is a mess! Jeans are all over the place..no service offered by any employee... the womens clothes seem to be one-minded towards a specific group...the music was in another language than English for entire time i was there which I find offensive. Because of these which are inexcusable, i won't give Target my money that is for sure. I felt discrimination against me. I will not honor this corporation in any way.

I purchased a $100 Target gift card the end of Oct as birthday/Xmas gift to be texted to him. He never received it & I had Target send it again. Didn't receive it so I asked them to send it to me. I never got it. I fought with Target until the following Feb when I finally received a refund after threatening a law suit. I haven't shopped at Target since & that was nearly 3 years ago. The $100 was taken out of my account immediately & I didn't have the money to buy him another gift card somewhere else & I was devastated. That is why Target's customer service rating is 37 out of 200. They don't care about their customers.

Be weary of buying any VISA gift cards from Target. I purchased 10 $100 gift cards for customer gifts and found out that all 10 were compromised with in about 2 days of my purchase. That's $1060.00 worth of useless VISA gift cards. Target's solution was to pass me off to the VISA gift card company. TARGET claim's they are only responsible for the activation of the card, not for the fact that it has been used prior to ever breaking the packaging open. So much for assuming when you purchase a product from a big box retailer, like Target they will have integrity and stand by the products that they sell. I didn't purchase the product from VISA. I purchased it from Target. Why am I working with Target's vendor to resolve an issue with a purchase I made in their store?! Can anyone explain that to me? Target had no problem taking the money for all 10 cards. I guess when the cards are suddenly compromised they decide to wash their hands of any responsibility to their customers. So with no assistance from Target and no other options, I had to call the number on the back of the VISA card. I literally went round and round in their phone tree for 45 min+ until I finally figured out what numbers to push over and over again until the system was forced to transfer me to a live person. They were able to tell me that the cards had been activated and then used in Target nearly 24 to 48 hours later. Meanwhile the cards were never opened prior to my call to VISA besides the one that we originally discovered had been compromised and alerted me to this entire nightmare. VISA initially tried to push me back to Target to get the issue resolved. BUT WAIT... I was just on the phone with Target for over an hour and spoke to 3 different people who said VISA had to handle it. Target did say that once I got an 8 digit reference number from VISA, I could call them back and they would then be able to work with VISA. I told VISA I need that number. VISA said, well then I would need to submit a claim/dispute to move the process forward. This is after I spent another hour on the phone opening up every VISA gift card to confirm with VISA that indeed all 10 cards had been loaded with money only for Target to reverse the funds within 24 to 48 hours from my original purchase. NEWS FLASH... this is over $1000 tied up in gift cards that are fraudulent and neither company is taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue. It is on me the customer to get my money back. I have to make the case that the cards were never used while both businesses are fully aware that this fraudulent activity is an ongoing issue. So I end up having to open a claim/dispute on all 10 cards with VISA. What other choice do I have. Then the VISA company sends over a detailed report that I AM NOW responsible to complete and submit before anything can be done. OH and once I submit the claim, it could take up to 45 to 90 days to get an answer/resolution. (That means Target sits on my money) Are you kidding me?! This is Target's idea of customer service. Meanwhile I call Target back to give them the 8 digit ref # that I needed to get from VISA gift card and guess what?They don't need that really because they aren't going to work with VISA after all to resolve the issue. Three and a half hours later I am no closer to getting my money back or replacement gift cards. I have spent thousands of dollars in Target and have always gravitated to their big box over others. Target has changed folks. They have gotten too large and they don't care about their customers. They don't hold their vendors accountable. A customer should never have to negotiate with a retailer's supplier over a faulty product less than a week after a purchase. Good retailers refund a customers money in good faith and manage the problems with their suppliers directly. Especially, when they are aware that their gift cards are compromised more than not. I strongly recommend not purchasing ANY gift cards from Target folks. They won't have your back when those gift cards come up fraudulent.

Target customer service line is horrible they hang up on you causing you yo wait in line again for 30 mins and hangs up on you again. This is the worst service I've ever had. They also hung up when I asked for the manager. They stole over $200 from me because their employees are untrustworthy and steal from the packages they ship. Never order big ticket items from them unless you go in the store to buy.

I purchased a new fire pit. Used it one night. As a result the fire pit caught my deck on fire. Burning through the top boards down to the joists. Filed a claim, however Target likes to hide behind disclaimers. Declined a $1000 claim. Obviously they don't like to do the right thing.

Very disappointed. I would not recommend buying items from Target as they stand behind nothing.

Target customer service online sucks! I tried ordering online, and every time my orders were canceled. I tried chatting with customer service and they basically told me they can't help me, to go shopping our store. Okay, I don't drive, so I usually shop online. I guess target doesn't give a shi* about customers. In the middle of me trying to converse with them, they sent one last message saying they couldn't help me and then left the chat. F*ck you Target!

Worst customer service ever...I made a payment in store and it did not show on my target account and nobody helped me .I called customer service and he almost hung up my call on me because he told me he couldn't help me bc he doesn't know why this is happening on my account.

Whenever I access Target website to check my Target credit card balance, it seems EVERY time after the username and password are entered, it prompts for security passcode number. This is so frustrating waiting on security passcode email. Why is this extra step necessary when the username and password already cleared? Got locked out because I didn't get the security passcode emails in time and contacted customer service. Representative disconnected my call when I explain I had trouble understanding his request. I do not hear well over telephones and chat window agents were so nice assisting me however, they are not allowed to access Target Redcard side due to security issues. SIGH!

Shopping online, I was interrupted by a a request for feedback for previously received items. I could not continue my purchase until I rated your service!
I was angry. I should not have to review service while placing an order. You make that difficult in placing orders that can't be shipped.

I purchased 4counter stools , 1 of the stools had a scratch . They will not replace the item until they receive the defective item. Informed them of my concern that the item might not be available when they receive it then I will have to return all 4 since I needed 4 stools. I informed them multiple times that they can charge me for the item as long as it is the same price I paid for. It was like pulling teeth to get this accomplished and the worst part is I have to mail it back to them instead of returning it to a nearest target store near me.

tried a few times to get a RED CARD which is advertised quite often but their web site and customer service is for the worst I ever seen. No help at all. They dont know what they are doing. poorly managwed. Im another customer they lost. poorly mangaed store.

I have stopped going to Target. I would go INTO the store to shop but have been pushed farther and farther back in the parking lot. Seems that more and more of your spots are taken by the customers who pay the same price as me but sit in their car and let you deliver their items to them.

While this service may have been necessary during the pandemic, it makes me wonder what benefit is there to actually going into the store. You pay the employees to shop for the customers who just sit int their cart, what discount does the customer that actually comes into your store get?

Both the local Target near our home, and corporate Target would not let us exchange our broken vacuum that was 4 months old. Very surprised that they care so little about taking care of the customer. No more shopping where they do not take care of their customers. So sad.

I ordered a children's table and chairs for Christmas dinner and they canceled it with out giving me any warning and ruined our plans for Christmas dinner with the family. After calling customer service they did nothing to help or even say sorry for the. Its the work online and instore shopping there is.

I contacted Customer service to make an online payment only to be kicked out several times. I was finally able to speak with Usenia who simply made me feel like a criminal because my payment hadn't been completed. I have never been late on a pmt and I hardly owe them enough to be treated like crap. I asked for a mbr of mgmt but I was questioned, delayed and finally hung up on, never being able to resolve the issue. Upon my next pmt on my Target card, I will be cutting your card up and advising you where you can shove it.

I ordered Apple Watch online for store pickup. Before going go pickup, I got an email from Target saying that my order is picked up..I went to online help and complain about it. They said the research team ll get back to me in 48 hours. They got back to me 4 days later and told me they consider it as a successful delivery and they cannot do refund or replacement. First of all, I have no idea how the store gave it to the someone which requires a ID check for a pick up or how they marked it as a complete order. Something is very shady about online ordering from target. So basically my money is stolen

Purchased a video game on Target.com, specifically checking the box for the physical copy of the game. When I finished the purchase process the website sent me the digital version. When I called customer service (what a joke) they basically said it's not their problem and I'm stuck with that version. So beware making video game purchases on Target.com, I don't trust them at all!!!
