Target is absolutely ridiculous. I'm a truck driver and during the pandemic I was so busy driving and getting supplies delivered all over America. My Red Card was set on autopay and since I couldn't manage my credit union I switched my payment to my other bank since they're nationwide. Unaware that it didn't apply for the current month my payment failed to post. Target ended up putting 2 late payments on my account. I've written, called and filed a complaint with CFPB about this error. Target refuses to rectify the entries. I had same issue with Kohls and Walmart. They immediately fixed these late payments but Target is so greedy and unfair they will not fix it no matter what. I can't wait to pay this account off and close it even though it's one of my oldest cards. I refuse to give them my business after this.

Target Rancho Santa Margarita, CA The people that work there are completely miserable. I've only seen 1 person out of 20 with a smile. All the younger kids are negative, they say nothing to you, look like you're bothering them, and do the bare minimum. I just had a problem of being overcharged and spoke to a Target.com manager who screamed at me, told me there's nothing she could do, spoke over me, and when asking me if there's anything else she could do for me and I said yes, she hung up on me. I immediately received an automated email follow up for custover service and promptly filled it out with 0's. I'm done with Target. Amazon has always treated me well and they will get all my money from now on.

I talked to Astrid for my products replacement she didn't replace it. She just told me I'll gonna get an email after 10 minutes. I didn't get any email and waited 1 hour. Then again I called to know the update of my product. One one helped me. Even I asked the guy's name, he didn't answer, rather he played with me. Very frustrating and horrible experience from target.
I am really disappointed.

I just talked to Astrid, a customer representative about my products t that supposed to be delivered day before yesterday. One of the products was so urgent and I wanted to talk to her supervisor about my products. She was so rude. She told me she is the only person to help me. Her attitude towards me was horrible. She literally didn't help me rather made me angry towards Target customer support! Very poor customer support from target! It's totally frustrating.

I am finally done with target after several bad customer services experiences. I have spent a lot of money here and will no longer do so. My mother returned an item a few months ago and had the redeipt and tag attached. The employee accused her of using the item, and said it wasn't on the receipt. After several minutes of embarrassing my mother by insinuating she used the item or didnt purchase it, another employee came over, found it in the receipt with no issue and completed the return. When my mom told the original employee she embarrassed her and made her feel like she was being accused of stealing, the employee just said " no I didn't". No apology at all. Today I walked through the store and everything was moved around yet again. I made a wrong turn into the pick up order section, and an employee proceeded to yell from her perch "excuse me ma'am Thats employees only. Where are you going and are you looking for something?" As if I was purposely trying to access the area. Most employees look like they would rather be anywhere else and are typically rude. No other store I shop at has this consistent problem like Target does.

Unfortunately I received a Target gift card for Christmas. I hate to even have to purchase anything from them at this point. I work from home and the nearest Target isn't convenient for me to get to so I tried to place my order online. It would look as though my order went through but later it would say order canceled by Target, with no other information. Target support is extremely unhelpful. They keep telling me they can't help me and to go to the Target store to make my purchase in purchase. Because of this I will never shop here again. You really need to step up your game target. Your customer service is seriously lacking!!!

I ordered an IPad through Target.com to be delivered to my daughters home. They delivered a fake IPad. Target is not returning my money and has not given me a solution. PLEASE ABSTAIN FROM USING TARGET.COM. I am deeply disappointed

I called the store, the customer service line and supposedly spoke to a senior cs representative. Uninterested doesn't even begin to describe the attitude. My problem is I gave the cashier a $50 instead of a $20 and didn't realize it until I got home. Easy fix right? All companies do a nightly audit. I had the receipt number. They said they had to look at the cameras. Fine. But, no a manager couldn't call me. I would have to go back to the store and maybe the camera guy is there. Maybe a manager is there. Not to mention this wasn't even my local target. How hard can it be to not steal my money and have a manager call? I have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

Was shopping in target yesterday, Saturday. Went to go check out and they were only two checkers in at least 10 people in each line. At this time I have a brace on my knee because of some damage and I couldn't stand in line for an hour. I had to leave my basket and go. There's no reason for six other checkout stands to be empty on a Saturday.

Target no longer has enough registers open & working. They prefer their customers use self check out, which most customers DO NOT WANT. They are not listening to the people that shop their. This is not good & many shoppers are avoiding the Target in Fairfield, NJ because of this.

To all Target customers, if you have Target gift card or you are planning to gift them, be aware I think their gift card system might have been compromised.
I was at the Target store to buy a gift card on: 01/08/2023 for a friend that is a Doctor and what a surprise that he did not accept this gift card I bought for his new born baby.
The surprise I went thru is that this gift card at the moment I was going to used it did not have any money. The clerk that assisted me informed right away that the gift card did not had any money.
I felt really bad because I thought right away what would happened if this friend of mine would received this gift card from me?
I called their call center form Target and did not find the right support from a Manager.
The reason is that she informed that I had to wait for three days. My question for her was, at the time I bought this gift card you guys did not asked me to pay for this card for three days and now you are asking me to wait for three business days?
Well Target does offer a real guaranty of the products they sale, and most of the times the customer is the one whom always pay for their luck of support and customer service.
FYI: I have the receipt that I got at the moment of the transaction for this gift card and still they informed that they will look ahead to see if they can assist me with this case, what a life of Customer Service Target offers!

this is for Stonestown location ( San Francisco, CA). Got very excited after the Stonestown location ( San Francisco, CA) opened.

Such a disrespect I have not seen from the time of Soviet Union. It is painful to see that the customer service is really close to how it was back in Soviet Union. No respect whatsoever !

Used the self check station buying a Buttermilk for elderly person using the EBT card. The transaction did not get through. Nobody was able to help with this non-sense.

Got in the line... Cashier was servicing a customer in front me....for 10 minutes.....for some reason. I was waiting, and then, just announced, this cashier is closed. He simply ignored my question, why and how come????!!!! JUST IN FRONT MY NOSE???? WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS.

Got to another line. The transaction did not get through again using the EBT card. Asked cashier why?
The cashier did not know the answer, did not call for a help and show NO RESPECT.
On top of that, decided to CLOSE this cashier station.

Well, I was able to buy the same in the next door Trader Joe's with no problem.
After few negative experience, I will not shop there any longer.

Don't shop at Coleman Target San Jose. When I use self checked out, with a Cerave coupon, the machine does not accept. Asked the employee for help. He cannot override. So I ask to talk to the manager. The coupon is valid for any Cerave product except travel size. The manager said that it is not a travel size, but she cannot do anything if the machine won't accept. This is the first time I encountered in any store that denied the coupon without any legitimate reason. Any other Target store would override the system if it is not correct.

I have a target debit red card that got hacked on October 7 2022 , when I saw my phone come on and it was on target app I called number on my card and was told I just ordered 3 500.00 gift cards , and I said that was not me he said he would cancel them , but he didn't .I was told cards were sent to my e mail address that is connected with my red card and sent to my phone . My email address on my card I [email protected] but cards were sent to wfausey @ gmail..com which is is not my email address and is not on my red card and no one wants to help me , I've done everything they ask . One person told me 2 of the cards went on to a fraudulent acct along with other cards and other went on to another fraudulent acct with other cards and was used to buy over 200,00 in apple products. My bank sent me a letter saying they researched it and said it was a fraudulent purchase and your company processed it it incorrectly, I sent a copy of that and the police report to your fraud department, so far no luck ,up until then I always shopped at target , now I shop at Walmart and I hate Walmart

I went shopping to target right after I left the doctors office where I had a CT scan. and I was very tired and elderly 75. there was a lady behind me who had about four or five less items (so I did not see a purpose of letting her go ahead of me. She did not ask and was 30 years younger)and I did so I'm not sure if that's why the cashier was rude to me but he was very friendly to the person in front of me and when I came up and I said good afternoon he just looked at m. he started ringing me up and then I put my card in and he said you can't put it in right now he was very rude when he said that. then he slid over a five dollar gift card he said here this is yours. I was walking out I heard him greet the people behind me with the upmost kindness. I smiled at him when I got in a line and I was friendly to him so I don't know why he would treat an older person who is very sick that way and this was in Titusville Florida on Columbia Boulevard

Terrible Customer Service.

I placed an order online. When I came to pick it up, I saw a bunch of employees chatting with each other but nobody cared to take care of my pick up. I stood there for 5 minutes like an idiot. Perhaps, I am an idiot. But I am still a customer. When I finally initiated the conversation, an employee said "whatever!" to me.

This is how good the customer service is.

Bought an iPad and an Apple pencil. Target shipped via FedEx. I got a delivery notice from FedEx but never received the package.
My security camaras confirmed that NO package was delivered. Also, according to the FedEx driver the package was signed by H HENRY. This person doesn't exist in our house or for that matter our neighborhood.

FedEx did want to do anything about it and Target just said it was delivered. I lost the money.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

Not even hour passed. Spent as much time trying to navigate the app to edit payment option of an ordered just placed. Gave up and called customer service. Person did not have English as her 1st language had to repeat everything so another 20 minutes to hear it was too late as the package was processed. Asked for a message. Nope. Nothing we can do. Order has to be edited or canceled within 15 minutes.
Maybe they need to make a user friendly app. Oh but that would defeat the purpose of screwing the customer.
F#$! Target. Not buying from them again. Way too many options that actually act on customer service.

Very annoying that you don't give discounts to items shipped. Thought I was getting the discounts on my last 2 orders. Quite angry!! Have been shopping there for some time.

My daughter drove me to target to shop and they had no scooters. I was told someone stole two and they're four thousand a piece. How can a store not have scooters for the disabled. I was not able to shop at the Warren MI location because of no scooters. Very disappointed with Target

Bought some mini lights that I have been using for years from Target. Ordered online and they have cut corners and shortened the length by 6". This is the 6" that you need to plug them into an outlet. They cannot be used, such a shame, off to Dollar General.

My daughter bought me a TV for my birthday. That night we open it to set it up. Plug it in and it doesn't work. The very next morning she takes it back to exchange it, only for them to say no. We find out the serial numbers don't match. Again this is exactly how we got it. She calls corporate only for them to give her the run around. When she gets home, I call and they tell me to bring it back and for me to call them when I get there. Let me also state I tell them exactly what happened priorto arrival. So when we get back to the store I call corporate. Second time to the store and about tenth call to corporate. After all is said and done they tell me that after speaking with the manager that there is nothing that they can do. Wasted time and energy. After all this I will never purchase anything else from there. I hate Target. If you're in the Milwaukee/Glendale area DO NOT SHOP THERE.
