Poor service, don't return your phone calls like they say.. cancel your contract even though you still have over a month left on it... I will not loose my money spent I will push until I get my refund!!

I wish I had seen previous reviews before I signed up with Terminex. I never would have. I paid $1,000 the first year and $600 the second year and so far I had 3 missed appointments and cannot reach anyone on the phone or customer service. Like someone said, the put you on hold for over 25 minutes and no one ever comes on the phone. Then you hang up and try the next day and still nothing!!! The did not properly treat carpenter ants as I had to be home. Then they cancelled and came on another date when I wasn't home. I'm going to see if I can cancel and get someone else locally!!!!
I called terminix for services and he told me I had to put it down payment I paid the down payment schedule the appointment. In doing so I had to take my cats and have them taken care of which cost me another few hundred dollars. On the day of the appointment they text me and said that they couldn't show up. So all that money was wasted then later in the day I find a card on the front of my door saying that they did show up now that I call them trying to get my money back as well as complain nobody seems to want to answer the phone. The phone number on the card for the man that was here is a cellular number and he doesn't even answer the phone. After days of trying now I turn around and call and he's out of the office for weeks nobody's ever gotten a hold of me and now I'm out all this money who's going to be responsible surely not me they owe me a lot
I called termini for a flea problem,when the technician came to my home ,as he ran up mr stairs I went out on my porch and sat in a chair and lit a cigarette. I could hear him running down the stairs. I thought because he didn't have a exterminating can and was using a spray can that he was running down the steps to grab another can of spray. To my surprise he went straight to the basement . I could hear him running down the basement steps. About a minute later he was coming out the front door.i asked him " your finished already " he said yes , 3 levels all done. I hadn't even fished the cigarette I lit. I called the office 3 times since then and haven't gotten any satisfaction yet!!! He was in my home a total of four minutes and put in his work order he was here 26 minutes!!! I will never use them again
I will no longer be a Terminix customer. My house has been under a termite contract since before I purchased 26 years ago. Terminix treated damage found during home inspection and later treated the house for live infestation. In addition, a wall and molding had to be replaced. I have documented damage found to my stair treads and some wall headers. Terminix is claiming they are not responsible since there is no evidence of live termites. How can you not be responsible when you have been inspecting my home annually and were responsible for treatment for my home the entire time I have lived here. Either your technicians missed damage over the course of years or my warranty is useless. In any case, I have reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau and am no longer paying my premium. Terminix has let me down.
Worst company ever! Scam! They steal your money. Only had a tec out 2 times and paid $106. The 1st time I complained and they set up a day to come back out. It was anywhere from 10 am til 1pm. So I had my son sit and wait. They never showed up and don't even have it logged in their computer. They said they only guarantee work for 30 days. I called right after the tec left both times but for some reason it's not logged in. The regional manager decided I don't get any money back no matter how dissatisfied I am. Don't waste your money here. Tec was only at my house 10 mins and spider webs abs eggs were everywhere. They did nothing but take my money! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!
I call customer service to set up an additional treatment. It sounds like their customer service is outsourced to India. They were a no-show for the first appointment which I took time off from work for. The second appointment said that it had to be approved by the District Manager and gave me an appointment date and they would call me to confirm. Never received a confirmation. Still waiting. This is no way to run a business, I am going to find a new provider and I don't recommend Terminix.
I taken off work for times for them to come out and no one ever shows. Nobody ever calls to say they're not coming. No one ever sends a message to say they're not coming. It's like they just don't give a damn about the customer and if you want their service you just have to wait till it's convenient for them. At least that's how I'm being treated out of the Richmond Virginia locations.
Written communication very unprofessional. Does not explain follow-ups. Hard to reach after they are paid and they put the incorrect address on documents they filed. Hung unauthorized advertising for employment on my fence without my permission. Did not put things back after tent removal. Person that signed me up told me to put up sign that I didn't want access yet supervisor insisted on taking my only key and they should have access to unaccessible area anyway.
I called and was scheduled an appointment on July 7th between 10 and noon. Today, someone rescheduled the appointment to 5-7 on the same day. Was told it was the technician. Am I the customer or am I catering to the technician? Why does terminix get to change my appointment at their convenience? Customer Service Sucks!! Not sure how they stay in business...

I Believe My Call Got Routed From California To Phoenix. No Answer By Technician Who Was Understandably In The Field And Is Great.
But Then They Could Not Get An Answer From Any Of 4 Supervisors.
They Then Tried The Branch Manager, Tim Plyler, Who Also Did Not Answer. Then They Tried The Regional Manager, Todd Rushwort,, And He Did Not Answer. So Now They Filed A Report To The Escalation Dept But That Would Take 1-2 Days For A Reply. So I Was Connected To That Dept And They Could Not Help.
57 Minutes On Hold!!!!
Thank Goodness, The Technician (jeff) Called And Said That Terminex Blew It On The Scheduling And They Did Not Even Have The Materials They Needed Anyway.
They Will Come Tomorrow Thanks To The Technician And No Thanks To The Incompetent "managers," Who Managed Only To Seemingly Not Manage At All.
If You Don't Have Jeff As A Technician, My Advice Is To Stay Away From Terminex! And, Yeah, I Didn't Bother Completing The Survey They Called Me About--while I Was On Hold.

Customer service&support is awful,I have been promised a phone call everyday since the 16th and have yet to get it,was charged 113.00 for spraying outside of my house when I didn't request it because my contract was up in March,they said well you have to call and cance,no one ever told me that,why do I have to cancel a year contract,when the year is up it should be finished.Shady business
Signed up last year for insulation removal and new put in to code. With that being said, I have no snow on my roof & ice hanging from my roof. They were out in January, measured & of course it needed more insulation. The depth was only 0-5' in some spots. Told me they couldn't get here till the 22nd of February. Meanwhile, who is going to pay for the extra cost of the utilities I am incurring because of this? I
My name is william mcintosh i live in somerset ky i had a appointment to get a specialist to give me a estimate between 8am to 12pm he called at 5pm and just said it will cost 1200 dollars without even checking i think that something should be done it is sad to have veterans or anybody treated this way.
Called the 800 number to schedule a follow-up for ant problem in home. Response I got from representative on 28 December 2106 was that the first available appointment was on 28 Feb 2017. I was stunned, and searched for the number of the local Terminix operation. They were responsive with a follow-up treatment the next day. If I did not like the technician I would have immediately left Terminix based on the non responsive first call. Believe the corporate customer interface is badly broke or they just don't care.
Called > 48 hours ago about service for possible bedbugs. No call from service tech thus far. Customer > 30 years. Never late on payments. Disappointed no one has called. Phone number same for 30 years. Advised call within 24 hours. Hopefully a response soon , please.
The worst company. They don't show up and they charge you for service. When you call to complain they tell you the local branch manager will call you back within 24-48 hours. But they must be in a time warp because I've called numerous times and nobody calls you back. It's really unfortunate. You will want to pull your hair out.
This has got to be one of the worst companies with whom I have had to deal. I have been stood up numerous times for scheduled appointments and I have been told on a number of occasions that I would be contacted by a manager to discuss the issues. I would NEVER recommend Terminix to any friend or foe and I am sorry that I ever started a contract service with them for termite control. Terminix, you NEED to get your act together!
