They have now been able to access our video. Unfortunately, they don't appear to have looked at it. They have sent us a video of how the attachment should attach when our point was that its not!!!! The saga continues. Urghh.

We received our product on time. But its been downhill since then. The attachment hose does not fit. We have watched endless videos online. Finally we contacted the company and spoke to someone who had no idea. She said sent them a video. We did. They can't open it. In other words, its all left to the customer. No effort to contact us, to allow us to explain the problem on the phone, to provide any sort of meaningful support. An expensive product and one I will NEVER recommend to anyone after this awful experience. Frustrating and infuriating.
