The worst compant (this has to be a shell company) that I have EVER experienced. I have tried many ways to reach them re non-working S/W. Phone disconnected. Next step is to have my Son who is a cop in Austin drop by. I am on the board of a Photography business that is International. I am going to tell the truth to all I meet.

Topaz has great products. To bad the customer service is beyond bad - you are just completely ignored. No way to get ahold of the company, just a computer on the other end that sends automated messages that say"do not reply". I lost my password and every time I try to change it nothing happens. I have written four different messages to customer service - no reply. I have never seen a company with such non-existant customer service. There are no humans - the company is completely automated and I guess they don't care about anything once they have your money. They don't even seem to be concerned when someone can't buy their product no matter how hard they try. Lose or forget your password and it's all over. This is really a maddening situation.

Can not get a phone number for technical support.
After you buy the software, you are on your own.

I purchased Topaz Adjust, order and have not received any software download or information to get a download. I also have a very long number which I don't know what it is for.. My credit card was charged for the software.

You need to have a phone number that works. Every single time I call this number

I get a very fast busy signal. The number clearly does not work, You can not be busy from morning till night with no let-up.



Please give me a number that works.

Your help is nonexistent. I consider this a fraudulent website, and have notified my credit card company accordingly.

My software does not download.
It is difficult to avoid using profanity. The fact that you have to make such a request shows how lousy you "customer support" is, and the natural reaction of your customers.

I need a telephone number to a real person. When I try to open Photoshop I get the message from Topaz that I need a license key. I've had the full suite since 2011. I uninstalled the trial version of Simplify I used in May, but it still won't open. Help!

For some reason, I've been unable to complete the purchase of your current $14.99 plug-in

I called the customer service number listed - constant busy - VERY POOR

I called the number I was given for webinar, but had to miss. The line
I reached kept repeating the webinar had not yet begun THOUGH I was
an hour late - VERY POOR

I wanted to hear the webinar on photo sharpening, but missed it - medical emergency. I was exactly 1 hour off.

I have been trying to upgrade DENoise (bought 2010) before March 31 at $39. I can't sign in because I don't have a password, and when I click on "reset password" it doesn't register. Please call me and help me obtain the new DeNoise before March 31. at $39. I have tried calling but keep getting a busy signal.

A friend recommended a Topaz product to me that caught my interest. But after listening to his bad experience at being duped into paying too much for the product and the total lack of customer service, I will not consider ever buying a Topaz product. Then after reading the terrible experiences of so many others I have concluded that the Company appears to be in a state of total collapse.

I have to totally agree with all the comments about absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They simply do NOT respond to ANY inquiries or issues. I have a problem where I was unable to enter a discount code for their new product, ReStyle It, and did not receive my discount. When I tried to call them, I found out that they have NO active phone number. I have sent three emails and, after three weeks, have NOT received a reply. I contacted my bank to dispute my charge and found a phone number that the bank uses. Guess what? That number is also not functional. BEWARE!! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY WILL NOT - REPEAT - WILL NOT RESPOND! This is the worst company I've ever tried to do business with. The best software in the world cannot overcome this indifference to their customers.

Calling Doesn't Work. E.mailing Doesn't Get The Correct Answers. Why Do We Spend Time And Money For A Product That We Find Unusable.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I spent $199 for their software but can't use it because they will not respond to their e-mail and sent me a license code. It turns out the serial number of the software they sold me is already registered to someone else and they refuse to answer my emails asking them to fix the problem or refund my money. It's already been three weeks since I first contacted them. Their contact phone number is uaseless. All it does is direct you to send an email.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Dreadful Customer Service.
I Bought Adjust With Paypal. Received No Email From Topaz. I Have Emailed Them 10 Times Over 4 Days And Have Had No Response.

Shocking That They Don't Have A Phone Number Either. No Way To Get Thru If They Can't Be Bothered To Reply Vis Email

I Have Recommended Their Products Many Times And A Lot Of People Have Bought Because Of This.

No More Recommendations.....they Need To Change Their Attitude If They Want To Survive.

Terrible Service - I have purposed their product and you have to load the license everytime you want to save your work only to find out that after 2 or 3 times the activation fails and you cannot use the software again. I have written product support 3 times two weeks ago - no answer. Incredible!!!!! No service No Service No Service!!!!

This is a warning. Topaz Lab products are great, but Topaz support is terrible, worse than terrible. I bought photoFXlab on Sept. 28 Really liked it. Bought B&W Effects on Oct. 2 thru Paypal. Was sold photoFXlab again. I have emailed sales and support 10 times with not response. I just want what I paid for, but they are silent.

I bought topaz suite this weekend at the SWPPA
show in Irving Tx. When I try to open it,it says that I have only a 30 day trial version. They had show special, so I bought it for $199.
I thought this was for the full version, not a
30 day trial version. Do I have to now pay the other $300 to get the full version?

Horrible worst possible! :-( I purchased prepaid for the Topaz bundle at a Professional Photographers Conference close to a month ago and have not receive the activation key therefore the software does not work. Now terribly frustrated and want refund. Still waiting bordering fraudulent business practices. Would not recommend due to experience and no live customer support phone number.

Worst tech support in the business. Unable to install it after 2 months. The way their installation process works it is impossible to copy and paste the product licence numbers.

They do not provide their products on a disc but require they be downloaded. After purchasing a bundle of their programs, I have been unable to install it nor to get help. They do not answer ther phone.

I have been having difficulty installing Adjust 4 on my system and have written their support twice and here we are 5 days later and still no response. Hardly what i wouls call speedy, or perhaps there are so many issues witht topaz they can't keep up. The product (when installed ) is good the rest is not.
