Used two of their high end surge protectors and a nearby lightning strike damaged two stereos that were plugged into their surge protectors. Returned them for their so called evaluation and product insurance. Of course they came back and said it wasn't their surge protector even though that's the only thing the stereo was plugged into. I bought it to protect the equipment. It failed, but they said it wasn't the surge protectors fault and goodbye. I would not suggest using their product nor bothering to send it back for evaluation.

I was very happy with their Tech Support people. All were happy to help me and all seemed very knowlegable of their products.
