I sent a time sensitive package with confidential documents Express Priority Mail from Litchfield,Maine to Brooklyn NY on February 24, 2023. It is now March 14 2023 and has not arrived yet. I've complained by phone, email. All I get "it's in transit". Finally redo documents and resend via FedEx. I am extremely angry and frustrated. I will never trust the USPS again.

The USPS is constantly and consistently late in delivering to their own schedule. It is the only service provider in their list of competition that regularly displays horrible CE Stoner service! I hesitate to purchase anything from a company that utilizes their delivery service... and seem to always regret it when I do or not seem to have a choice. They should all be embarrassed to associate with the USPS!

We got a notice two weeks ago from the postal carrier that they have a registered letter for us. We live in an apt building with community boxes on site. The carrier put the notice in our mailbox stating that an attempt to deliver was made, but no one ever came to our door. We tried to call the local office, no answer because the voicemail box was full. Then we went online to ask for redelivery. That day has come and gone. Called the local office again, was able to leave a voicemail to ask when we could expect delivery. That was two days ago, no response. This same scenario has been happening to us since we moved here. The carrier will not come to personally deliver a signature required item. I'm not sure how one would get it...stand by the mailboxes every day until he shows up? We've had coffee orders sit in the local office for a couple of weeks (getting stale) because the guy won't just drop it at our door like UPS does and the local office can't find it if we go in to see if we can pick it up there. The local office (on River in Eugene, OR) is the absolute worst. There are always lengthy lines and then one of the two clerks will abruptly go to lunch, leaving one to help twenty people in line. They never actually answer the phone. And we were told they don't ever really check the online instructions or voicemail. Now, someone has gone to the expense of sending registered mail to us and the PO won't even try to deliver it.

I can't count how many times I've has business related orders sent to Abilene, Texas to my local business here, only to leave again once the package gets to the Abilene post office and be sent to another city before being sent back to Abilene for delivery. The sheer stupidity is incredible!!!!!!!

I mailed a Birthday gift to my Son in Temple,TX by Priority Mail on February 15, 2023 from St. Albans,WV and USPS tracking software shows it arrived in the Austin, TX distribution center by air on February 16th. Temple is a little over 60 miles from Austin and tracking shows "moving through network arriving late" ! Here it is March 4th and still not delivered. I filed two different complaints with case numbers elevating up the chain of command at the USPS and they still can't find the Priority Parcel !!! So disappointing !

I wish I could write positively for the post office located at 3935 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, 15317, but I cannot. I experienced embarrassment and humiliation in the post office. It was just before the Christmas and I went to this post office to ask the clerk's help to mail a gift internationally. He kept yelling at me that mailing vitamins is against the law. There was no explanation or demonstration of which law was violated when I asked him. Then another guy appeared coldly telling me that the store was about to be closed and that I should leave. This terrible experience destroyed my holiday spirit and haunted me for weeks. Till now, I still feel scared to go into this post office to use their service.

I mailed my sick granddaughter a package for Christmas. It left my post office in Hanford Ca. on November 15th and got to the Peachtree Distribution Center Post Office on November 17th like it was supposed to. Then all of a sudden the package never moved from there and never was sent to my granddaughter. It just Disappeared and the can't find it. It walked away on its on and got lost. And all they can say is oh well! We can't find it nor are we going to compensate you for it even though I provide all the receipts they requested and the money paid for the contents of the package. So whatever Employee or Employee's at the Peachtree Distribution Center in Atlanta Georgia you are cover for or protecting for THEFT of my sick granddaughter package. I hope to hell it was worth it. What you do in the dark will come to light. I will never utilize the Post Office for anything nor will I recommend them to anyone. They do not take responsibility for there screw up like a business should, DONT USE THE POST OFFICE. Use FedEx or United Parcel Service.

My package was sent from Florida to MO. Then from mo to the postal service in the town it was to be delivered. Then sent right back to mo. Come on people really. Get it together

Packages are held for days without tracking information. Packages are sometimes tampered with. Even letters are returned without the sender's or recipient's knowledge.

Usps is the worst place for making excuses. They always have a reason my mail isn't delivered or delivered to the wrong address. I have found informed delivery helps a bit but not entirely. They take on too many amazon packages, this is why they can't get anything right. Next time your mail carrier comes check out how many amazon boxes he has!

I never recieve my packages on the said date. I get calls from people stating they have my mail. So I have to go pick it up from them, because whoever had placed the mail in the wrong bin. Luckily these people were decent and searched my name or found me on facebook. Sign for a package? that won't be necessary, we will just hand it to a random person or leave it out in the rain on your vehicle roof. Several times I have watched my tracking number of my package literally not move for a week or move around in a state taking a week. I never choose usps even if it's cheaper. So careless and anyone I have contacted is disrespectful.

I mailed a pkg the December 20th to guarantee next day. It is now December 28, no package was delivered and according to the tracking service, NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT IS TODAY. Still waiting. Service is awful, long lines, one employee, who is constantly cracking dumb jokes. Thirty minutes in line just to be told they can not find a package mailed 8 days ago. The facility is dirty and so are the employees. What a mess.

Please slow down when sorting packages. My Christmas gift to my sister arrived at the Ellensburg, WA, post office on time via UPS all the way from North Carolina. Instead of giving it to a mail carriet for delivery, a postal employee sent it out on a truck to another city. Now it is after Christmas, and my sister still does not have it.

Really??!!!

I would not use the USPS again, if my life depended on it. Once again ruined our Christmas. Today is Monday evening. No mail has been delivered to this entire complex since Wednesday. You are more likely to get a letter delivered by bottle than by USPS.

I had a package from a business go missing. I contacted USPS about it. I spoke to a representative that told me, very plainly, my package was left on a neighbor's porch. They asked if I would speak to the neighbor and see if they had my package. 1. It's nit my job to chase my package. 2. It's not my job to fix their mistake.3. You lost my package and should pay. They contacted me after "researching the issue" and called me again. This time they said they delivered thr package as addressed, after having admitted they delivered it to the wrong address. When I reminded the representative of our conversation, her story changed and said that the carrier wouldn't come into my yard because of MY DOG. My dog has been here every time I've received packages, averaging 2 or 3 per month. She was never a factor before. Also, it's worth noting that I have informed delivery, which said my package had been delivered at 8:15am. I've lived at this address for over 2 years. My mail has NEVER run before 10am. NEVER. That carrier stole my package and right after that, a paycheck went missing. The check showed up eight days later. The USPS is hiring the dregs of society and theft is becoming more and more common. I've double checked direct deposit information and won't have that employer mail anything of importance, and I no longer do business with establishments that ship only via USPS. I don't care for Louis Dejoy, but, I can't lay the blame on him for this one. This is purely the fault of a common thief. The fact that his superior helped lie for him in an indication of the flawed system and I'll be happy to see them shut down. There's no need for the USPS anymore. We have other, more efficient options and getting junk mail out of our lives will be good for the environment.

Hi, let me start by saying that there is no accountability with these idiots it is a constant gamble shipping anything with USPS. I this time bought an item off ebay the item was located 3 hours from my house, because some idiot did not know how to sort packages my item was shipped outside my state of New York all the way to Nashville Tennessee.Because of this instead of it being to my house in two days I still have not received my item and it has been 1 week since it was shipped and now a family member is now going without a Christmas present because of these idiots. Now you know why the postal service has almost went bankrupt multiple times and no one wants to use their shipping service.

Tomorrow it will be 7 days since our last mail delivery in White Bear Lake Minnesota I'm not sure about all the neighborhoods but it happens in my neighborhood quite frequently made a trip to the post office today to complain and have them hold my mail and they said I have to have a reason to hold the mail and they said that I was wrong that mail was delivered here everyday. Geez that's funny cuz we have informed delivery and everything listed for Thursday Friday Saturday Monday and Tuesday never came in the mail yet feel free to deliver every day tell me where you're delivering it to. Do they realize that some of that mail that's coming is time sensitive I just think they don't care

This service is soooo useless. They just put you on the line with an auto-bot, and keeps direct you to "please press 1 if you have a question about a package", when you really want to talk to a real human.

The staff at the Laurinburg, NC office believe that they are above Federal laws and regulations. They act as if abusing, victimizing, and damaging their customers is their goal of business. Beware!! Avoid them, and the larger organization that seems to be protecting them!! Use UPS, FedEx, even DHL...if you want your mail/packages handled correctly.

I had a parcel coming from China, it took 5 days for it to go from China to the US(L.A. Ca) it then bounced around for 14 days to 6 different cities before ending up at the wrong distribution center, and was "disposed of" within 10 hours and before delivery. no notice, no explanations, just oops! I'm still investigating , but meanwhile I"m out $85 and no word from the post office. FYI the parcel was a yard decoration, nothing illegal, perishable, dangerous in any way. I think they just destroyed it in transit and are covering their rear.

USPS (Houston) delivery has became a real bad issue. The 1st time, I paid 2 days priority for my package and it wasn't delivered on time as they promised/ans with the rate I was being charged. I called and they couldn't do anything. Anyhow, the 2nd times, I sent another package on 10/31/2022 and since they delayed my first package, I decided to pay for the 3 days delivery. On 11/05/2022, I checked the tracking number, and it says my package in still intransit. I called again this time and they couldn't tell me where my package was because they tracking wasn't updated.

Lazy!!!
My mailman is lazy!!! We had a hurricane and had trees
Fall and got chopped up lots of debris. The waste co has a lot to do and can only move so quickly. It has been 4 weeks since the hurricane and the debris pile is close to the mailbox not in front of it. Mr Lazy complained to his supervisor that he had to take two steps out of his mail truck to deliver the mail.
I received s nasty letter from stupidvisor about moving the large logs from my queen palm to be moved by the 7th of November......Not my fault waste company is very busy and has taken 4 weeks to pickup the debris.
Seriously, can't take two steps to deliver mail......So sad!

I live in Texas. Why would a package need to go from California to Florida before it made it to Texas..halfway across the country for no reason at all?
