As I was traveling for a brief period, I wanted my home delivery to be suspended and the back copies for the same time frame to be delivered upon my return. I called their customer service and followed their instruction for making this request.

I came home to find that the back copies were undelivered, so I once again called customer service. I was told that this type of request cannot be done and that I would be charged $10 per backup copy if I were to insist. I questioned them why I was told by the rep that it could be done---to which they now say there is NO EVIDENCE that such a request or conversation even took place on their records. Only thing that shows on their records is that I requested a delivery suspension. I was also told that I could not get complimentary back copies because I requested a delivery suspension--circular logic indeed.

This is at minimum a case of gross incompetence, and at worst something bordering on fraud/misrepresentation.

How difficult is it to deliver the WSJ? Very difficult I think, since there is no one that is able to figure out why I'm not getting the paper. Tired of trying to resolve the problem myself. Next step CANCELLATION

I've called four weeks in a row trying to get Saturday delivery. I get the same platitudes from Customer Service. We're sorry, there is redelivery in your area and I will have the paper redelivered (NEVER happened in four weeks).

They used to deliver to my house every Saturday and they stopped. Since my neighbor gets his paper, I know they are still delivering in the area. If someone knows of a phone number, with someone who can actually help, I'm listening!

I agree with all those who have delivery issues....company doesn't care about print edition...if the advertisers knew that they were paying for ads that wasn't reaching dubdcribers...there would be a riot....also problems start at printing plant ( especially NY ) and delivery dept..quality is hurrendous....best bet is to complain to Corporate....

Terrible home delivery service....no deliveries and customer service is the worst..they want you to subscribe to digital and forget the print edition...

My WSJ delivery rate for the month of April has been less than 75%. Terrible service. What do they want us to do, cancel our subscription?

The CS from DJ is among the worst. A couple of years ago I spent two months trying to find out why I did not receive my print Barrons before I quit. Now I call CS - not US based and after trying to explain my problem get cut-off! As a digital subscriber to both the WSJ and Barrons I am given the option to forward articles by eMail but the recipients can't open them. I was told earlier the recipients had to have paid subscriptions - ridiculous - why then would I need to forward? Bloomberg, NY Times and Washington Post no problem. Also when I receive articles emailed to me by you if I am on my iPhone 6 it asks me to login for each seperate email. What a pain. Not the case with my desktop or iPad - why so. Also I would like to know exactly the terms of my digital subscriptions that I pay over $400/yr for - what is included and what is not. Have not been ablr to find them yet on your website.

The subscription I bought was for 12 weeks, but WSJ automatically renewed it without my permission. Cancelling online is impossible, and very difficult when calling customer service.

Unfortunately all this I have read is exactly what I am experiencing.
We have not received our print edition in ten days. We didn't move. It just stopped coming. I have emailed and logged online reports twice, phoned four times, daily since Monday, and we just keep getting 'credited for the missed issue' and our report 'forwarded to the field office.' I'm getting to where I'm hanging up on the CSRs who can't get off the script and are just wasting my time like a broken record now.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR WSJ HOME DELIVERY! You will never get it on time. I've been having trouble since more than a month, the paper doesn't get delivered before 8:30 am and sometimes not at all.

I usually get a subscription and then let it lapse for a while and then renew. Originally, an independent delivery person, who delivered the local newspaper,
would always have the paper in my driveway before 6:00 AM. With my new subscription the WSJ is delivered by U.S. Postal Service in the PM. Sometimes I don't even receive the journal, and often times it's 2-3 days late. I contacted the WSJ customer service and I was told that USPS is not delivering the WSJ and that a delivery person is delivering it. I told the service rep "Not so!". At first the rep would not believe me and said that it was the delivery person putting the WSJ in my mailbox and that that person is breaking federal law for putting it in my mailbox. I explained that there is an address label on the WSJ and it is definitively being delivered by a USPS employee. This is ridiculous! I know that the internet has changed how we get our news etc., but some of us old timers need to have a timely print edition in our hands. If the WSJ and other newspapers want to quit delivering to street addresses, then I suggest that they stop offering inefficient delivery and just go on progressing to publishing only computer editions.

Literally the worst customer experience I have had, ever!

They allow you to signup online for a subscription but then there is no way to do unsubscribe online and you need to call. You are then transferred from country to country until they "find" your subscription to cancel it.

I have been trying for months to resolve the issue of non delivery of the SAT WSJ to no avail. I have called, chatted, email a number of times. This started when WSJ changed my delivery from mail to a local Post-Gazette carrier. I have been promised that this would be resolved!!! Has never happened!!! Here is all the information from the mailing label (when it came in the mail):

As you can see we have been getting the WSJ since 6/98 when we lived in Moon Township PA 15108. It was delivered by our local P-G carrier with no problem!! We moved here in March 2015.

I want someone to email or call me. 412-264-1889 If I am not available, please leave a name and number for call back!!!!

I live in Boston. The same company that deliver's the Boston Globe delivers the WSJ. Well , the Globe switched delivery companies and created a massive mess. No Globes and subsequently, no Journal. Six months to fix it. What a disaster. And they wonder why people don't read the print version.

For the fourth time, I have not received my WSJ Saturday edition. I live in North Fort Worth, TX. I keep reporting online that I haven't received it. The computerized reply says that they will investigate and credit my account, but neither ever happens. I "chat"ed with a customer service rep who refused to cancel my subscription for "security" reasons. I had to enter my account ID and password to even get to him. That is a lot more secure than cancelling over the phone. Customer service at the WSJ is no better than anywhere else.

Once again, I've had to endure the absolute hell of trying to suspend delivery of my subscription. I have an eight-digit account number. So, when asked to enter my account number I type in the eight digits only to be told that the account number should have eleven digits.

HEY WSJ, WHO's IN CHARGE HERE???

For the 8th day the Wall St. journal has failed to deliver the paper. Despite repeated phone calls and emails nothing has been resolved. Supervisor promises to have circulation management call did not occur.
For all the Financial savvy the WSJ is known for they are inept and being able to arrange delivery of their newspaper.
