Repeatedly leaving trash cans in the road with trash blowing around out of them. It's ridiculous. Out there hooting and hollering at 7-8 am while not doing your literal one job - PICK UP THE TRASH! Shouldn't have to go pick up trash out of the road when I've already taken it out in bins to the road ! I'm not the only one in our neighborhood to complain about this ridiculousness ! Spring street Durand mi. PLEASE do something about this before I lose my crap next Monday morning !

Before my bulk pick up, I asked if microwave ovens were OK; they said Yes. The driver left a note on the microwave that said they can't pick them up. I complained to customer service; they apologized and said they would pick it up next time. They even gave me a confirmation number. Once again, the microwave was not picked up. After 5 emails to customer service, I have received contradictory information; each response was written in broken English and signed by someone with an Indian name (never a complete name, just a single name. Beyond frustrated.!

I live on 2400 block of Hobart street Gary IN,my nabors and I have massive amounts of garage spilled every week,your driver don't care we have tryed talking to him,next week the nabors plan to stop this problem some how...I'd like to see your driver arrested and jailed like he deserves...your driver is out of control!!!

Waist Managements trash pickup disrespect my front lawn and my property while disposal of my trash this morning. I have this employee on film pulling their trash truck up to the curb in front of my home. There was only one guy working so he stopped the truck and sat there staring at my trash. I did have about double the normal amount of trash this week, but it was very organized and laied out neatly for them to grab and go. I evenly spaced my cans so he could use the truck freely without obstacles so the truck could grab my two big cans. Something about my trash made this guy upset. I watched as he eventually got out of the truck and started violently chucking my corrugated shipping trash into his hopper. He missed a few and without care continued on to my small cans using his rage to empty each one by slamming them into the can and tossing them into my yard with one landing in my driveway. He broke the whhels off of one can and cracked another. After he was done with his emotional charade he climbed back into his truck to use it for the last two big cans. Pulling up on both like the cans themselves just threatened him. He used the mechanical arm like he was defending himself from the trash talking cans and squeezed each ones lid almost off as they were dumped slamming each one into the sidewalk and allowing them to fall over dead with the rest of my cans. He then left what looks like a crime scene and continued on but not acting out of control any more and didn't tip over another can on my whole block. It was absolutely disgraceful to watch and unnecessary. I pay for a service and expect the same service as everyone else has without being singled out with this company's employer that had a momentary lapse of judgment ultimately led to my property being damaged and disrespected. And this isn't the first incident either because about a month ago the same driver just skipped my house all together for no reason leaving me to call and leave a complaint and having them come back to pick up my trash late that evening. This man needs disciplined.

They drive around with green on the side of the trucks, while litter blows out the back.

They pick up extra garbage outside the containers for years teaching society if you have extra put it out. As long as it is a Paying costumer of course. Then February 2023 They stop all outside of container pickup.

So now those that don't know are putting the extra out and it sits there until it becomes litter all over the road and adjacent properties.

Law enforcement then turns it to a littering charge. After the people were taught it is ok to put it to the road.

Nothin green about that.

Waste Management took over my service about 9 months ago and they have picked up my garbage on time one time. I paid my bill on time and of course they know that they were at fault because I didn't have to pay it the past two cycles because they have credited me since they weren't picking up my garbage and it is Friday and it's my pickup day and it's Friday night at 7:40 so my garbage was not picked up but the can that was next to mine was and I'm the only person on this road that still has service but I'm in the process of hauling my garbage off myself and will be canceling my service first thing in the morning which will be a huge inconvenience but not near the issue as it is to be taking my garbage down to the end of the road for them to pick it up every Friday and them not do it and they have to call them two or three times for them to not come pick up a missed pick up. And when they do actually pick it up if they did the one time they're going to throw my garbage can in the ditch so yeah I'm over it. Now personally the customer service has been great with me but the driver is garbage.

They decided for some reason that we had to move All of our trash to the front road in front of the house instead of in the back alley which is specifically for trash. Now waste management leaves trash up and down the road they don't pick it up they're so loud and it wakes up a lot of neighbors it's much quieter in the alley when they pick it up. Also if you use anything but their green can they will literally throw your trash cans as hard as they can they throw the trash can lids away so that I have constant animals getting into my trash now. They broke in the waste management trash can that they gave me and now animals get into it. And now they are saying that you can't use any trash can except for the green ones that they provide and they will literally just leave everything else behind now unless it fits in that one green trash can. So for poor people like me all of the trash cans that I have are now obsolete and they will just leave the garbage on the road instead of getting out of the truck to pick it up. It's pure laziness if they can't get the truck to pick up the trash can and dump it for them they will now just leave everything. It was already bad enough when they switched from the back alleys to the front of our homes because now our cars are getting hit with trash cans that get thrown with extreme prejudice and there is constant garbage up and down our road they've broken bottles and kids play out here it's ridiculous. Absolutely the worst waste company I have ever dealt with.

I've paid Mr Bernerd over 5 times to pick up my trash like he said he would that the last two times he took my money and did not pick up the trash like he promise!! My wife wated on him for over 3 0 minutes and he still was a NO SHOW by the time I caught up with him at the gas stTtin he was on his phone yapping all along ignoring my calls and messages on Facebook that I know he read...... if you gonn hire untrustworthy people dont cme pick up my garbage you need to train bernerd he's been with your comp for to long to steal customer Monies and Igone us

I have had my service since the beginning of Feb. I have yet to get my trash bin, and have over 25 bags of garbage in my garage because I have no way to dispose of them. I have called today (match 7th) makes 4 times to have this problem resolved and i have been giving the run around, so not only have I not got my bin, my trash picked up, but I have paid for 3 months of service and 1 month has went by with no waste management services...I'm furious...this is a very poor way a business is being ran and something needs to be done!

Honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with.
We switched from cans to a small 2yd dumpster and had the dumpster for two weeks (they even missed the first scheduled pickup) and then receive a call from them saying they cant service the dumpster because the closest stop is over 5 miles away from my address. (I live not even TWO miles out of town) so since I switched from cans to a dumpster they still have not picked up these two cans, (it has been over a month) and now they keep giving me excuses why they can't pick up the dumpster. It has been over two weeks since they told me they cannot service the dumpster.

Horrible company to deal with. Their truck had waste fly out and break my windshield. I took pictures and concerned for my safety and others. They turned it over to insurance after an agent came out and approved. The insurance has taken 4 months to respond to me after continually calling then i had to complain about the representative then she called me literally 10 minutes later and denied my fakin saying the truck wasn't driving at that time. When i took the picture on the road why i was driving right when it happened. Shocking actually the trouble i had to go through and bc the agent didn't like i compline's she denied my claim.

I am beyond frustrated with my Account Manager. I have called everyday for the last 2 weeks, and I have either been on hold or transferred numerous of times to get to a person that cant even help. CSR's, leads and Supervisors have messaged and emailed Raina to return my call and still to this day nothing... There is no one that can make a simple change to my account. Only an Account Manager can make any changes. I run a business and how can I run a business when I cant even make a change to my service that benefits my company. What needs to happen or take place for a return phone call? Why does a business like WM allow this to take place? Why is there no accountability?

Driver of truck 211564 loves to block traffic to local schools in the morning. He literally will block off roads with zero trash, houses or business to try to ruin everyone else's day

12/22/22- Waste Management did not pick up a loaded recycling bin.
12/22/22- Waste Management customer services told me, they did not do pick up due to "weather". Yet, Skagit county waste management picked up trash that day, Amazon and the United State Post office made deliveries that day. My husband and I drove to work that day, before 6AM. I was told by customer service representative to put recycling out on 12/29/22.
12/29/22. Waste Manage did not pick up loaded recycling bin.
12/29/22. On hold with Waste Management Customer Services for over 45 minutes then lead to a recording that it was "after hours."
1/30/22. Waste Management customer services told me there would be no "reimbursement" , but there would be a "double pick up" on 1/5/23. I explained my recycling is now beyond full due to no pick up before Christmas and now excess Christmas recycling. I was told to put excess trash into a larger box and or bind up cardboard. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful. She also stated the 12/22/22 pickup was canceled due to weather.
1/5/23. Waste Management picked up and took the recycling left in the bin. They did not pick up the bundled boxes that were flattened and ready to go, they did not pick up the box of recycling left.
1/6/23- I contacted Waste Management Customer Services- Spoke with a representative who apparently worked from home as I could hear a bird squawking in the background and had to raise my voice to be heard. This representative told me there would be no refund, there is no reimbursement, no such thing as "double pick up" and that I was unreasonable in my request as the initial pick up was missed due to weather. I was told Waste Management "never does reimbursements" and would need to call back on Monday to talk to someone else.

Problem. 1. Initial pick up missed due to "weather" yet other services ran that day. 2. I pay for a service I did not get. 3. I am FORCED, required, to pay for services with Waste Management, a monopoly company, by Skagit County and cannot cancel the recycling service, even if I chose not to use it (chose to not recycle). This is unfair and leads to this type of poor customer services. 4. I have had to spend my personal time on hold and speaking with customer services attempting to get this issue resolved on three occasions. 5. If there is an email option for customer services it is not readily visible on the WM website.

I haven't had regular trash pick up in the last eight weeks. We were skipped completely last week. Our regular pick up day should be Friday. In the past two months we have been picked up on MondaIy, Tuesday, Saturday and even 5:30 am on a Sunday morning after we were told pick up would be Monday.
The most frustrating part is that every time we call we're given a pick up day, it's never correct.
I feel like I should have decorated my trash can with Christmas light's since it's been such a fixture in my front yard for the last two months.

I've been trying all day to speak with someone regarding a pickup of my grass clippings which have been sitting on my lawn in the paper bags that I had to purchase separately. They are so weather beaten by now that I'll need to transfer to new bags. I realize that there was a hurricane, however, things are under control by now and there is no reason that our lawn clippings aren't picked up. I also ordered a larger trash bin months ago and I'm still waiting. I need the grass clippings picked up, please. I've called a couple times and on Thursday, I filled out 4 chats and was disconnected every time. I have lost my patience with this companyz

l am very disappointed with my service!!! The garbage was not picked up on my service date for 3-4 weeks. When l called they said, we are short on drivers Will get it tomorrow or even just next week . l am feeling with health issues and use a walker, so it's difficult getting garbage can down my driveway to the curb. So l finally stopped service with them. Yet to see my $$that l still had on my account.
