One of your garage trucks is broken down on 15 th pl in holly Hill. There is a white service truck #082 parked behind the broken truck. I pulled up and tried to go around but couldn't fit through. Sat for around 6 min then I backed up. The guy sitting in truck #082 should be directing traffic..not sitting in his truck and letting me sit there for 6 min. This is happening NOw !!

Last week,Thursday,December 01, they mix our recycling with our yard waste then take it to a building to separate it then take the recycling to the cycling center in Gwinnett County Georgia. This is counter productive and the yard waste will contaminate the recycling. All Waste Management cares about is saving time which doesn't save money because of fuel costs. I hope my town doesn't renew their contract.

So, WM in my rural area is over $305 for 3 months. I have paid $175 of that as I was behind on bills. I went to schedule it online 11/14/22 at 8:35 am and they have blocked me from paying online and suspended service. I called and let them know of the ridiculous situation of not being able to schedule a payment. I then notified them that I would be cancelling service. They said I would have a container pickup fee of $75 added to my bill. In the city of Marble Falls, WM is contracted for pickup and residents pay about $28 per month with recycling and bulk pickup. Rural residents (just 2 miles from town) have no recycling available and no bulk pickup and we pay$103 per month. Are they really expecting me to pay for coming to pick up their dumpster? Really?

Our recycling not picked up Friday told to leave at curb would be picked up within 48 hours. Still not picked up. Called customer service...they had a note stating container not at curb, its been out there since Monday! Lies. Now told it will be picked up in next 24 hours. Riiiight. When asked if we get a refund for cutting our service from 4 times a month to twice a month....at this rate it's only going to be picked up once, I was informed it's a complimentary service. What a luxury. I am getting quotes from other providers.

Can not believe how much they charge for ONE can, then we have to run down the ditch to drag it back up, on days that we dont even have a breeze. We will be cancelling soon. When we started with them we were told we would have 2 free pickup or trailer loads of big things we could bring them twice a year. That hasent happened for years. They told us we could take it 90 miles away for free. Yeah right. Does that sound free? In the past they have not picked up our trash but have our neighbors. They touch each other. We have NEVER missed or been late for a payment. Tried talking to that virtual person, never got a response. Am done paying almost a thousand dollars a year for ONE can. Waste management is only about 5 or 6 miles from us so it's not like their driving 90 miles.

They skipped our end of the street after hurricane Ian because a contractor was blocking the street. We saw them and were about to move but they wouldn't wait- turned around and sped off as my neighbor was running over to tell me roofer was blocking. Called 2x got promises they would send someone back but nothing. Now 3 weeks worth of trash and not even our scheduled pickup today. Supervisor I called today was no help says it may be 2 more days as long as no more contractors block us it's not the trucks responsibility to wait. Hello it's a hurricane zone we can not control where these contractors park when we have no idea when these trucks are coming. Very poor customer service because they are the only trash pickup service in town and they know it.

Work for a company that has been with WM since 2015. We have an 4 yard office container picked up once a week. Service has increased $50 since January. Current bill for one day a week service is $227. Tried to cancel service today. They say because a contract was signed in 2018, it automatically renewed every year and we can not cancel unless we give notice at least 180 days ahead of the renewal date. How is that for customer appreciation?!?

I was a loyal customer for 15+ years. You kept raising your rates. I had lots of issues with drivers not showing up, not picking everything up, speeding down our little street until I found another company recently that would pick up both trash and recycling for half the cost. I cancelled after my paid time was off and now I have a $125 bill for picking up cans (that sat in the street for over a week!) Seriously. Worst service ever and now a bill? You are not getting any referrals from me. Ever.

Waste Management is the worst company to deal with. I ordered a dumpster from them in July. I scheduled it for a Friday 2 weeks in advance. They never showed up. They delivered on the following Monday. Two weeks later I ordered another dumpster for 2 weeks in advance. They never showed up. They called me at 6:30pm that night and said they would either deliver it Saturday or Monday. Never showed up. I called on Tuesday and they told me that they tried yo deliver Friday. I told them that was a damn lie! They then told me that they didn't service my area. Another damn lie. I called their corporate office in Houston and made a complaint. The guy said of course they service my area and he would find out why they haven't delivered the dumpster. Two days later he called back and asked if I got my dumpster. I said no, and I'm tired of dealing with it so I going to cancel. I called to cancel and asked for a full refund. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I didn't get my full refund of $554. They emailed me an invoice for $296. I called and talked to a person in billing. She said she would make sure I would get my full refund and she cancelled the $296 invoice.

Waste management is unprofessional and seriously a joke. We waited for almost 2 months for our recycling and garbage bins. People who started their services MONTHS after us received their cans before us. I had to spend an hour on the phone to try and get my money back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Give your money to a company who will actually fulfill your service needs, definitely not waste management.

Waste Management will no longer pick up my trash because of a "change in their policy". I am disabled. When I called last week after a missed pickup, the supervisor told me they would try to again accommodate my needs, and she said she would personally call me back when she found out if it was possible. She never called back. After waiting 7 days, I called back and was told that there was nothing they could do, and I should have discontinued my service when I first called in, and that I was also responsible for the this week's missed pickup they never made.
They also refuse to refund over two months of what I paid for pickups, saying "Our policy is we do not make refunds".
I would rate their service as 2 stars at best, but if you ever have any problems, you will be crap out of luck, unless you don't mind being lied to, and screwed out of your money.

I've been doing business with WM for years, now no longer. Over the course of the last 3yrs, since 2019, we have been getting ripped off with what they charge. They are way overpriced and when I call to work with them on the price of the dumpster, they told me they could help and said they could get the bill down to a more competitive price. When I tried to get that price, I was told I had to sign another 3yr contract. NO WAY. In year 1 the price is great, years 2 and 3 - you will be ripped off. They are a bunch of liars, thieves and when you want to cancel at the end of being ripped off for 2yrs, they extort another $300 to cancel your contract. WM cared enough to lower the extortion fee from $300 to $130 - so nice of them. That is some golf tournament we are paying for.

I've gone beyond amazement and irritation regarding WM's "service". Called three times to arrange a pickup of an extra green container at my location, to no avail. Twice: No show. Third time: Truck pulled up to the container on my cul de sac, turned around, and drove away, while I walked up to the guy's window and pointed to the container. Today: No show. What in the world is going on at your organization?

What happened to "1 or 2 days" response???
This is my 5th effort to get WM to pick up my extra green waste bin! Unbelievable.
I'll keep trying, and take this to the City of San Dimas next month. Maybe a call
from them might get WM off the dime.

I live on Virginia ave 17109 I put my trash out by 5 am because during the night people put trash in your trash went now the trash man comes at 3:56 am but my trash has until 5am to get out still waiting for someone to come back for it (smh) it's 4 pm now Friday still waiting service to some colors in certain areas is bad

I complained about the mess they were leaving on my street, and now they refuse to pick up my trash!!!
My pickup day is Monday and i am still waiting for my trash to be picked up!!!i have called three times this week.

After WM took over for Advanced Disposal in my area the trash pick up went to well TRASH! Constant missed pickups. Rates went up even though when the switch happened I went from twice a week service to just once a week. I only stayed long enough for the other trash company in my area to receive a shipment of 96 gallon bins so I could switch from WM!!!!

The trucks leave with garbage on the ground or blowing out the top driving down the road. Trail of boxes and bags blowing out of the top of the trucks when they do a pickup

Recently we purchased a bagster that we used to Dispose of some siding. We've had a 30yard dumpster delivered and picked up in our driveway with no problem(different company). We figured that WM could navigate the same concrete driveway and pick up the bagster, there aren't any overhead lines and the drivway is 16' wide. They declined and charged $50 for driving by. So I dragged the bagster to the street with my truck, which caused a bit of abrasion on the bag but seemed to stay intact. They claimed that the bottom of the bag was gone and again charged $50. So we have a $140 pile of garbage sitting on our boulevard and will have to get another company to drop a dumpster and reload the bagster junk in it. Avoid Waste Management and you will avoid wasting money on unreluable and inferior services.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM WASTE MANAGEMENT! @WasteManagement Our small business had been customers for years. We noticed our bill had gone from $153 a week in 2017 to $400.00 a week this year. An ex-employee was handling accounts payable and did not let us know how much it had increased. That is a reason to not use these thieves. This is for two of their cans. They were constantly not picking up while saying their "GPS" said they did, well the full garbage cans stated differently. We would have to call and request a pick up, and then they did not show up when they said they would. It was seriously not worth the hassle anymore. We hit our limit.
We called to cancel our pick up and they said we can't, as we signed a 3 year contract in 2017. Apparently, in the very, very, very small print it says they can automatically renew that. So small you can barely read it without a magnifying glass. They also say they can raise your rates but must notify you. Well, we were not notified, but they consider the fact you pay your bill is you agreeing to the increase. They say that is legal!
They have turned it over to their lawyers and said they will take us to court. We are a small business and just can not afford to pay this exorbitant rate for something they didn't reliably provide, and we no longer need. But they say they legally will force us to pay for something we are not receiving, we have not put anything in their cans since February 24, 2022.
Please stay far away from Waste Management, as they are nothing but a crooked, waste themselves. Talk about Corporate Greed killing the little guy, they are prime examples.

There truck dumped a lot of gravel and stones as it was traveling down the local highway. I tried to call to make Waste Management aware of it, They have there phone system set up to hang up on you if you do not have a account
No matter how hard I tried I could not talk to a person...
There is no way to place a complaint on there web site either.
