My 2 TB network drive crashed after about a month. The company will not pay for return shipping, or data recovery. They suggested a few data recovery companies who charged over $2000 to recover the data!! Of course any other data recovery company voids the warranty. They sent me a refurbished replacement that soon crashed as well.I ask you what good is a backup drive that lasts a month? don't buy anything from this company.

A newly purchased hard drive failed after only a month of use. After going through the returns process (customer has to pay return shipping), a 're-certified' (i.e. second-hand) drive was supplied which also quickly failed. Customer Service don't seem able to grasp the idea that a second-hand drive is not a good enough replacement and that getting the customer to keep paying to return shoddy goods is acceptable. Responses to e-mails take over a month. AVOID AVOID AVOID
