I purchased a Washer 2 in 1 model last year. I called customer support and they do not recognize my phone number and neither allow me to talk to a customer service person in regard of having no fabric softener dispenser on my machine.

Bought a new Whirlpool fridge and noticed water dispenser has slight leak
i was told there may be a charge if repair is needed??!!! Wait, I had this only a couple of days and the rep said it could be an O ring due to how long it may have been in storage or on the showroom floor. That is not my fault or problem so why would I be responsible? I just made a note, never purchased whirlpool again!!!

We recently purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer pair with pedestals. The dryer pedestal is fine, however the washer pedestal is nearly 2 inches shorter in depth. The gap is very noticeable! Custom service told me that this is just the way they are from the pictures she was looking up. Seriously? This is unbelievable! So disappointing...

Been ON HOLD FOR 1 hour and 55 mins as if right now. NO RESPONSE OTHER THAN ELECATOR MUSIC LOOP. PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING HOW THEY COULD DESTROY SUCH AN AMERICAN IVON. CORPORATE AMERICA EATS ALL THINGS. ITS NEVER ENOUGH FOR THE PIGS. TEY HAVE NO PROBLEM PUMPING OUT $2609 refrigerators, but repair??? Warranty?? Non existent. My wife works for a major retailer. She will no longer be selling these. Instead guiding customers to more customer based brands. Whirlpool is garbage. Let the slow death begin. Well I guess ut is well on its way at this point

We bought a whirlpool refrigerator mid February. The temperature sensor broke in March. Whirlpool sent a service tech to fix the problem. The refrigerator broke again in April with the same problem. Parts have to be replaced. We won't get the part In until June. Meanwhile we have had over $1000 of spoiled food and no refrigerator in hot Phoenix. When I called to ask for a replacement. They stated the problem has to be fixed three times first. When I ask for some money to be refunded they refused. The worst customer service ever. I will never buy another whirlpool product again

I ordered 2 filters for my refrigerator, in March, it is now May, I called customer service, my order was sent to someone else address. I was on hold for over 45min. total. for all the confusion I believe whirlpool could have had the decency to give me a free filter for the hassle. This was totally ridiculous.

I Purchased A New Whirlpool Refrigerator Model# Wrs315sdhz In November Of 2022 And In April 2026 It Had Quit Working,quit Getting Cold.it Had A 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty And I Called Micheal Phillips Several Times And Left Voicemails And Sent 2 Emails All With No Reply. This Unit Is In My 4 Uncles Home And They Are All Mentally Challenged.it Is Sad That Whirlppol Would Employ Someone Like Mike Phillips And Would Allow Lowes Home Improvement Stores To Sell Products That Are Junk To Begin With. I Had To Wind Up Paying For The Part The Evaporator Heater Inside The Freezer Quit Working Which Wouldnt Allow Anything To Get Cool Or Cold And The Ice Maker Wouldnt Work Either. I Also Paid For The Labor To Have It Fixed. My Advice Dont Buy Anything That Says Whirlpool And Dont Rely On Manufactuerer Warranties At All.

Bought a whirlpool refrigerator from Lowe's for $1579. It worked for six months now it's broke for over two months they will not send the parts to the appliance repair I'm ready to go to the Better Business Bureau

We are on a second range after being told they had never heard of the issue we were having (warping of cover on control panel. It took talking to six people and close to four months of time. We are now having the same issue with range #2 only worse because the warping, which started as a cosmetic only issue, is now interfering with use. We are now back to not receiving call backs. For the length of time this has been going on for them not to have a solution is fraudulent. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit?

So far I am happy with the appliance however in.Sept 2022 we initially received a damaged in shipment dishwasher that flooded kitchen floor. Floor has been replaced for $3100 with claims made to Whirlpool with assist from retailer and we have still not received reimbursement after 7 months. Communication has been extremely poor on their end. I now own a $4000 dishwasher!!

Purchased a two pack water filter pack in Jan. Opened package to install a new water filter. Wrong filters sent. Type 3 sent needed Type 1. Called customer service but was informed that I didn't have an account. I had my Whirlpool acct page open on my computer. The clueless service told me that I can't return wrong filters because no acct. on file. Guess I'm out $100.

bought a new WP refrigerator in January 2023. Went down 2 months later. Called a repair man and of course it wasn't acting up when he showed up. lost$150.00 worth of food. Its on day 6 since he was here. After 5days we put food in it. Its now acting up again and running at 56 degrees. Don't buy from WP. It should have been replaced. It was only 2months old!

I bought a washer seven months ago. I broke down three times. The technician has been there to fix it three times. All I want to do is get an exchange return ticket but it is horrible customer service. Nobody wants to help me they keep pulling my chain back and for that, I need this I need that all I want to do is exchange the washer, but nobody can seem to help me in whirlpool. I've been spending so much money back in for a washroom gas. . I've been spending so much money back-and-forth and washer and gas. They gave me a $75 gift card for me to stop complaining and calling them but I still need a washer. Not happy at all. The whirlpool wouldn't recommend product is so hard to get someone to help you if your product breaks.

Whirlpool refrigerator is less than a year old. 25 cu ft. It is a second home. The frig does not cool anymore. Service is a nightmare. Not fixed yet because everyone is too busy. Never buy whirlpool.

I bought a house with all new whirlpool appliances and three of the four total suck. Oven door trim and handle falling off, refrigerator handles won't stay tight and the dishwasher couldn't dry a tear. If I could afford new one I would junk these 2 year old pieces of junk

Built new home with all new whirlpool appliances and April 4th will be 3 years. All 4 appliances we had problems with and I had to spend out of pocket for service calls, parts, or replacement. The dishwasher tray from factory is built cheap so replaced with better quality. The microwave had oil substance which caused the metal coating to peel, fire hazard. The refrigerator problems with temperature control and ice maker problems. And now the stove, it goes from bake to broil sometimes sending error codes, fire hazard. I called Whirlpool today and they will not cover service call or parts, what they will do is give me 15% discount on a new one of course. Purchase more JUNK at a discount to last a year or 2. I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool appliance EVER!!! Wish I would have looked at reviews before purchasing, 96.64% negative reviews

Bought whirlpool front loading washing machine two months ago. Already failed. Wont power on. I'm told I have to wait two weeks before I can get service. Whirlpool customer support member, Jessica, couldn't be bothered to answer questions just repeated service date available. I'm stuck with a brand new broken washer and the most unresponsive customer support team. It's truly frustrating.

TERRRRRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
I bought a fridge less than a year ago. A part already broke! They said they would find a part within 3 weeks. I called 3 times a week after those three weeks, and was informed a month and a half later that they revived a part. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND THEY SAID THE PART IS BROKEN AGAIN SO THEY HAVE TO RE ORDER!!!!
NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM WHIRLPOOL!!!!!!

8/2022 purchased a Maytag refrigerator and Allstate insurance from Menards. Jan 2023 Diamond services was called on a service call. Ice maker stopped working and our food was freezing no matter the setting. They fixed the ice maker but the unit kept freezing our food. Called Diamond again..Tech came out for 3 min. He said it's a flaw in that model. Only fix is replacing it. I called Whirlpool again and scheduled another appointment.
I took the day off work waiting. NO SHO NO CALL NO TEXT NO COMMUNICATION!
Called Diamond Services and was told they did not come and reported the Refrigerator was working properly.

I have a whirpool refrigerator 9 months old. 4 repairs later and the original problem still exists and that seems acceptable to whirlpool. They have been gracious in working with me but I can not get this issue resolved

Will never purchase a Whirlpool again- Bought a brand new washer & dryer and the washer only lasted 3 months (2 people in the home.) Its been 5 months now of dealing with their crappy third party warranty. They have been to our house 6x TIMES and we have to keep taking off work. They refuse to get us a new washer and just keep telling us that warranty does not cover that, they can only replace parts. WASTE OF MONEYY AND TIME- Not to mention we have spoken to 3 different Whirlpool managers who seriously act like they dont give two craps. All they say is there is nothing they can do for us.

I cannot comment on Whirlpool customer and/or sales service as it has been impossible to get anyone to answer their phone. Getting through their telephone menu maize was exhausting and perplexing. Why is a call always directed to some weird medical appointment place - and talking about covid and vaccines? What has that to do with appliances? I am frightened off of purchasing a Whirlpool just because, God forbid, I would EVER require service.

I am highly disappointed in my my Whirlpool washer and dryer!! My machines are 3 1/2 months old and I've had a repairman here for the dryer twice and now the washer flooded laundry room and I can't get a repairman here for a week!! This is inexcusable for new machines!! Would not recommend Whirlpool machines!!
