My experience has been hoorible. New stove installed in jan 2023. Stove failed in april 2023. Tech found the wiring harness was pinched during assembly. I have made over 10 calls and as of july 10th 2023 i am no cliser to getting it repaired. Whirlpool warranty service is a joke

Biggest piece of .... washer I ever bought a year and half old broke 3 times now and have to wait around 2 weeks each time it breaks so have to go to laundry mat after spending 2 grand on washer dryer combo and they won't work out a deal on a new washer so have to wait every time it breaks to get it fixed ...bunch of bull.... and whirlpool won't help us besides fixing the same issue every time an inconvenience to us..was better off keeping my old washer

Purchased a new dryer and needed the LP / Propane conversion kit. After finally getting someone at the parts Dept. to answer the phone I gave them the model # of the dryer I needed the part for. They charged me $52 and sent me the wrong part. I've made numerous calls to try and get a shipping label to send the part back for a refund. As we speak I have been on hold for....36 minutes. I've talked to 3 different people and been bounced around from person to person trying to get a shipping label to return the part. No one at Whirlpool cares or knows what they are doing. Beyond Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone.

Poor costumer service, bought a refrigerator in May 2023 and it has made a loud roaring noise since we got it. We have had a lot refrigerators and they all ran quietly. Whirlpool says it's suppose to make those noises but the technicians that have came out three times says we need to get them to replace the frig. They willl take no responsibility for a bad product. Now the doors are rusting where they close! We will no longer by a whirlpool product because they are not made well anymore and they don't stand behind them!

The 21.4 cubic frig not having adjustable shelves only in the door had I known I'd of never bought. I had to order since they didn't have the size that would fit in my spot. What a disappointment. Never dreamed it wouldn't have since I'd never owned one that didn't. Won't be purchasing another.?

WDT750SAHZ0 Dishwasher the wheel part on the top rack broke off so I went to look for a replacement whirlpool knew it was a design error on their part and have a new replacement for it that is now metal. Because mine broke after a year they offered to sell me the replacement parts for $67. If you knew your customers received the original version of said dishwasher you would think they should replace at any given time but no. So now I have to get the replacement parts and repair my own dishwasher. Way to go Whirlpool.

Whirlpool claims they care about customer service, customer care, and they are Confident we will enjoy our NEW products. We bought a home 2 months ago and my dishwasher has yet to work. If I bought it at the store I would have brought it back and got a new one. But because it came with the home, they sent out a technician and ordered a part. Part came in and now they need a new one. We are still waiting. This NEW dishwasher has never worked and they won't replace it. I think that is poor customer service and and I am not enjoying the quality they claim to write about. They could care a less about their product. I will never stand behind Whirlpool.

Purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in December 2022, it has malfunctioned twice in the past week. Whirlpool wants to continue repairs under the manufacturer's warranty rather than replace the unit.

Sad and sorry support for their products.

Customer service for whirlpool will not provide email or other contact info for the CEO and board of directors.

Terrible! Dont buy their products anymore. ?

Oven just over a year old waited a month for parts and when engineer eventually came and replaced every part in oven he left and when I turned on it tripped the electricity, dangerous customer service diabolical

On June 15th 2023, I received a new Whirlpool refrigerator delivered to me house. That day, there was no power supply to plug the unit. Two days later, the unit was connected . Within 24 hours, we experienced water condensation in the refrigerator side.On 6/20/2023, I called Whirlpool to inform them of the manufacturer's defect. The lady, Lisa, who attended to me was rude, lacking customer service decency. I thought that she was having some family problem before coming to work.Her mannerism reminded me that if you speak with an accent, you do not belong her. After going back and forth on how to resolve the issue, she confirmed that the technician would be at my house to repair the unit.On 06/21/2023, at about 8:30 am, while driving on the Freeway, I got a call (661)587-1300 from contract service male worker confirming the appointment for 6/27/2023. Immediately we ended our conversation, I got another phone call from Lisa using the same number.She said my appointment could not be confirmed for 6/27/2023. All efforts to convince her that two other people had confirmed the appointment. She immediately hung up the phone. If I were Lisa's boss, I would compel her to attend training to be more sensitive to consumers regardless of their accent. Lisa MUST have forgotten that companies like Sears failed due to insensitive employees.If the Russian and Roman empires fell, Whirlpool can also follow suit due to the conducts of employees like "LISA".

There is NO customer service at Whirlpool. We have had two ovens in 18 months. Both have had the same issue, a melted control panel. The panel has been replaced 5-7 times with the same result only to have the same solution offered. They DON'T care.

whirlpool the worst possible former US of A manufacturer.....customer service doesn't really care...complaint department....non-exsistant....going to GE as my manufacturer of choice. Whirlpool just lost a LONG time customer who believed in their product. just purchased $2500 of washer and dryers from GE.

New home came with a electric range. Knobs are stripped when purchased home. Been trying to get knobs for warranty 3 years. Price is 37.00 each. The range is a 500 dollar one. I'm not spending 120.00 on a 500 dollar stove for knobs. Called warranty they said too bad.
I've had other whirlpool appliances and never again. Keep your products. I'm not buying

I bought a whirlpool double oven stove on December 4th 2022. It hasn't worked since day one and now it June 13th 2023. I have seven visits from 3 different companies. They put in parts and adjustments galore. Still not baking correctly. Either too cold or to hot. Temp goes up and down drastically. Customer service is absolutely terrible. 7 months of being unable to bake. Today when I called I was offered 15% of of online orders, 3 months of extended warranty. Then 6 months of extended warranty, $25.00 and then $50.00. I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he said he could take care of the problem by offering all this nonsense. Told him I wanted the new stove since the last tech told me there is nothing he could do to fix it. I had to keep telling him I wanted his supervisor. After over 30 minutes on the phone he finally consented. I am waiting for that phone call. I don't know if will do any good because I have spoke to them many times.
The worst piece of expensive junk. It's a real lemon.

I bought a refrigerator from Lowe's not even a year ago it went out so I called and they sent a guy out to look at it and it needed apart well the part was on backward and I gave him a little while but it's been over a month and I still haven't got my refrigerator yet so I would never ever recommend Whirlpool refrigerators to anyone and the manager from Lowe's said that they would exchange it if the warranty people would give them a AP number but they refused to cuz they want me to wait until the part comes in I have a baby in my house and four adults and we can't even buy a gallon of milk to put in a little bit of refrigerator that we do have this is ridiculous so if you plan on buying a whirlpool refrigerator I wouldn't do it

I have purchased single door fridge 2 months ago and it's been defective since 2 weeks , contacted customer support team for atleast 10 times but no help from them, also technicians doesn't have any knowledge about product too, one of the worst service i have experienced.

I purchased my whirlpool washing machine new in July 2022. It has broken 3 times in the 10.5 months I've owned it. 2 repair companies who both say the unit needs condemned. Currently going a month with having to use the local laundry mat. All I've gotten from whirpool is a $25 gift card, which barely covers the cost to WASH 2 loads of laundry at my local mat, and the run around. After researching online, apparently this is the biggest piece of crap washer ever made, also stated by the appliance repair companies whirlpool sent to fix it. DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL!!

I'm very disappointed with the whirlpool products. Whirlpool used to sell great appliances but apparently not anymore. We bought the washing machines without the agitator thinking it would be great for larger items, but it is not efficient at all. Many times I've had to use the drain and spin cycle more than once cause it doesn't wring the clothing out well. The dryer isn't efficient either cause I've had to use more than one hour to fully dry a load. The refrigerator is mostly plastic parts and the hardware on the drawers seem to break easily. If you have to replace these parts, you have to purchase the whole thing and it's very costly. I will not be purchasing whirlpool products going forward.

I'm trying to get info on the sidekick trim kit and if these will fit my space to replace my current ones (similar). Not clear what size minimum & max the trim kit can fit. Each unit is 30" (same as current), but the width of the trim kit is 78". ??? Two units are 60"-61". How is trim kit 78"?? Does it cut down? That's an extra 17-18" wide. I can't get any answers from Lowe's because we're looking at the same info so they sent me to whirlpool. I spoke to the most rude lady EVER, her name Aanna?? Not sure I sleeked it right. (Long A sound followed by "awnna" as her annouciation. I was measuring stuff when she answered and first question was a model number. I can look up "whirlpool sidekick" and there it is. My daughters computer had gone dark while I was waiting for a real person and measuring. She couldn't be more rude and said "without your model number I can't help u". I could easily look it up on my phone in under 20 keystrokes but so could she?? Customer service?? STINKS!! So I asked for a supervisor and was told at 12:34 that Mr Cope would call me back within the hour. It's 3:10, no return call so I call them back and get another lady and lord I gave her the model number 3xs before she got it right and THEN told me she could only give me the dimensions of the trim kit INSIDE THE BOX, not assembled. I'm having it delivered so doesn't matter the size of the box, I need to know if it'll fit because it's showing ME 78". Not sure why I have access to info she doesn't have since they are whirlpool. She just kept repeating the boxed dimension. This has been an Al day issue. Shouldn't be this hard! Why do they even have customer service they can't type "whirlpool sidekick" for a model number and can ONLY give me BOXED specifications and not after the unit is assembled. ??. It won't be a BOX installed in my kitchen, it'll be an assembled unit so that's the spec I need. They are seriously useless for any help & Rude. My home cameras recording this. I need to put it all on a reel or tic toc. No one's can make this up.

Whirlpool sidebyside fridge year and half old. Ice maker will make but not dispense. Almost impossible to get part, then hell trying to change bc bad design and workmanship. Whirlpool sucks!

This company is horrible!!! I purchased a heating element for my dishwasher. I found that that was not the problem. I paid $82 dollars for the part and $12 to send it back. I was denied a refund. They said it was "USED"!! How will you know if the part is needed if you don't try it??? This company is bull!!! I will get parts from other off companies and Amazon. You'll get a refund!!!

I purchased a Whirlpool stove in September from Home Depot. The first stove that was delivered had a dent on the side. The stove was sent back and a new one was delivered two weeks later. Recently I was cleaning the bottom drawer of my stove, and notice the inside panels were rusted. I called your customer service and they sent the local whirlpool service to look at the inside panels. Pictures were taken and sent to Whirlpool.
Whirlpool denied my repairs.The stove is not even a year old and I have never had a stove panels rust like this. I have owned many stoves. This is my first Whirlpool stove ever purchased.
Please consider the repairs, so I can have a satisfied experience with your company. DC Appliance is waiting for an answer.

Whirlpool is the worst company ever. Buy a brand new refrigerator in October by end of January was not working correctly was told parts were ordered 3 months later after numerous calls and finally telling them if they can't fix it they need to replace it. Now told the part will be here today for service provider to pick up but no appointment set to make the repairs.3 months I have sat with a non working refrigerator and they didn't have a care in the world. I actually had to buy an apartment size refrigerator to cover me for nowtill mine finally gets fixed. There's no excuse for a company to sell a brand new appliance and not stand up to their warrantee and have somebody go months without. I am filling with better business bureau and contacting attorney
