What's the point of a racing game that won't let players race?

I had more than 1000 cents plus 2 arrows & 3 rockets. They have all disappeared. I am now down to 200 cents. This is the second time this has happened. Why? I've earned all those points & now I'm starting over again. Please explain & return my points, arrows & rockets.

I cannot play words 2 due to an advertisement on the bottom of the game blocking my letters & buttons to play the game. Impossible to play. Please fix

I play Black Diamond Casino, I recently placed 1st in your Races to Riches but when it came to my reward nothing. I immediately brought this to the of customer service in Black Diamond Casio.
Absolutely horrible experience and honestly reminded why I stopped buying packages which can be verified in 2020/2019.
First I was told sorry but we can't find you ! What are you telling me you can't retrieve from your system? Then I was asked did I save a screen shot ? What it's a race that last a week? Truly unbelievable!

Where do I begin...this game is rigged like no other and has multiple glitches causing the computer to bid your hand and resulting in losing the game. I have reached out to customer service with no solution for the problem. If u are about a company taking advantage of you, this is the game for u!

I would give zynga a negative rating if I could. What a joke spades plus is. Spend your own money to buy coins and it malfunctions so frequently u end up losing at no fault of your own. Customer service reps are the worst! Good riddance Zuniga!!

Ever since ur engineers revamped Spades Plus it has been nothing but a disaster...I used to have 1 out of a 100 'jacked up games', but now it's like 99 jacked up games and 1 (if you're lucky) non-issue games...I have lost hundreds of thousands points because it mostly freezes up or some other fiasco....Whoever messed with this shoyld be fired!!!!

Zynga Spades plus is a joke. Your algorithms for the computer player makes the computer as a partner a joke!! A 3 year old would be a better partner.

My credit card got billed 3 times for purchase of coin .only want 1 time. Didnt give me extra coin

Was playing on game of thrones casino. Hit for over 3 billion, immediately it disappears. Contact customer support only to be told that it was only supposed to be in the low millions, even though I had screen shots of my win. Refused to give me what I won was the last straw... asked for a refund fir my coin purchase I had just made but hadn't used yet and fir them to delete my account as I'm done playing any of their games, proceeded to exchange over 30 emails with them keep trying to keep me by throwing little coin packages to me even with me saying that even if they gave me my win at this point I'm never coming back. Finally they give me the number for billing for me refund only to be told billing doesn't have the ability to do refunds and I have to talk to customer support again since I'm leaving and want the refund over a game issue. Also sent me instructions on how to delete my account info hours before they sent the billing number hoping I would delete it so they would have no account to refund it for. They are dirty crooks who just give you a run around, who don't care about the customers and who lost a loyal paying customer over 3 billion in FAKE MONEY!

I don't know what is going on with words with friends two but I had 1379 points I did not use them next thing I know I have 969 still did not use them watched a bunch a Videos to get more at 996 I went back in to play and now I have 665 what in the hell is going on? No , I did not use any of them so I lost Over 1000 points for no good reason fix this I know I'm not the only one having this problem and I am pissed

I hate this game now. My chat ALWAYS get banned. For several of days. How do people even ban your freaking chat? That's so stupid. Just block someone and don't say anything to a person then get their chat ban. Simply could of left it as block someone and you won't see their comments in the chat.. but y'all got it to where you can't type anything completely that's lame. When the other party be at fault too.

On several occasions the spades app froze and the advertisement was do I want to continue or wait for the app to come back on. Thus making me loose allot of my money. I am really becoming dissatisfied with this game

All this game does is freeze, tells you your not playing, and takes your coins so you lose.. worst game on the market. And no it's not my internet or phone I don't have this problem with other games. Take it down until you fux it please.... Same with your Zynga Texas hold em, your a joke game site...

I've been playing Spades Plus foyears.
Spent hundreds of dollara and enjoyed it.. Today someone came on my table was very rude and blocked me from the game. I want a reimbursement of my money but there is knowone to contact. I've uninstalled the game but would like my voice heard. So unacceptable ?.

I rate Spades Plus by Zynga a "0". I won over 300,000$ playing Spades Plus and Zynga took my money back several times. I even bought coins with my real money and they took that too. I wrote to them and never got a response.

Since the game updated recently, it keeps freezing during the game and causing me to lose the game and lose coins !! So damn frustrating! It is NOT my internet, so stop telling me thats the cause, it didn't do that until this new update. Sometimes the game just cuts off for no reason ! FIX IT !!! I"M LOSING COINS !!!

So you cut my chat the first time I understood....this time you cut my chat again because I use the word stupid.....I've not used any spelled out profanity....but others that tell me to go fk myself or use wtf is allowed and I know you know they do.....I have not done anything wrong but say that I've gotten some pretty stupid dumbazz they can take it the way they want....just like I'm a 67 year old lady that does nothing more than anyone else.....please turn my chat back on I would appreciate it.....I've even been asked to have phone sex but I don't go crying to you....

I have written to you on Sunday July 18th. I was in a game I had close to 700k. While waiting for someone to join the table all my coin disappeared. Leaving 0. I would like an explanation as to WHY this happened. I'm not a gambler....I am a senior lady who likes to pass time with spades.

This game is a joke!! They put me with dumb idiots who play nil and cant play!every time! Almost seems rigged! These ass holes block my freedom of speech! Tell me I'm in appropriate of my language! Well!! If your a dumb ass! Then I should call them out!

I've played your game along time and spent alot of money. At four am this morning I didn't receive my point and lost the tournament game. The at 10.30 am I had a 7 hand to win the game and it wouldn't let me bid my hand. And there is nothing wrong with my phone the ViP blocked me..feedback won't let me send a message..is this the way your customers are treated.ive donated money to every cause. I can't even get the free coins s off Facebook it refuses to pay the free coins..

This game has me loosing coins which means I am losing money because I bought my coins. At least some of them, the game continues to load and buffering and at time kick me out of the game I'm the middle of playing. I am them not able to return to the game it's happening more frequently. I would like to be accommodated for the money that I am losing. Also why 99.9% of the time the person to the left when you have an A of anything has the K. Just BS!
