I Wrote The Ceo About Several Very Negative Existing Issues With Chess W/friends. After 10+ Years On The App And Paid No-ad Version, The Last Four Months Have Been The Absolute Worse Experience Ever!!!! The Issues All Began After The Last Update. You Would Think Some Tech Guy Or Gal Plays The Game Daily And Especially After Each Update. The Simple Fact Is They Couldn't Care Less About The Issues. I Have Continually Brought The Problems To Their Attention And Their "canned" Answers Are Always The Same: We're Aware And Working To Fix. What A Joke And A Lie! They Havent Done A Danm Thing To Fix The App Which They Alone Broke. I Guess Chess Players Don't Deserve A Working App. I Hope The Ceo Cares That's For Sure! I Guess We Will Find Out Very Soon. He's Had The Letter For A Week Now. How Shameful! I Recommend Another Chess App! This One Used To Be Awesome....not Anymore.

I can't believe I am messaging you again. I was frozen out of the game during the last event and after it ended I was able to get on a few days later in a limited capacity. Now that there is another event I am once again locked out. What in the world is going on. This is ridiculous

I have been having problems with my FarmVille 2 country escape game for days. The game loads and looks like some things are functioning but I am unable to do anything. Totally locked out. I have updated my iPad and the game and have forced closed the game but nothing works. What is going on.

Buy beware for any Zynga game. I had played Farmville Country Estates for years. After thousands of dollars I had finally upgraded all my crops to gold and then one day poff - its all gone - the whole game reset and I lost everything. It is useless to fill out a complaint form because they ignore it. Someone from Zynga sent me a marketing "VIP" email and I was finally able to get a response from her. But...... this issue happened in mid-December 2020 and it is now May 2021 and there is still no solution - they are trying to "replicate" the problem. There is a data file but they ignore any request to restore my game from the data file.

The game will purposely make you loose trying to coax you into buying more chips.

I won in the solo tournament... $600,000 and all of a sudden went to an overtime round and I lost. WTS when you already have to win twice and spend $50,000. I don't see anything where it talks about needing to win in the final round twice. I reported the issue in the app (feedback) and hope to receive a response. Just my luck that the first time I win, I lose.

I have been playing spades plus for years and never have my chat been banned from your game until January 27th 2021 between 4:30-4:40 am I was being harassed by another play from the time I got on the game and when I finally spoke up my chat was banned. Before your company start banning a persons chat you need to do proper investigation first. I will no longer be playing any of your games until I receive an apology from your company for banning my chat. And the person that was harassing me should be banned permanently from all your games

I had got on spades plus and I had 270k the game forced a 100k bet I didnt even joon a match I was offline on another platform and it took my money thats not fare.

years ago spades plus was a half decent way to burn up time. you were dealt good and bad hands. skill was somewhere in between. not in today's spades plus. you're either dealt a winning or a losers hand. spades plus determines if you win or lose. your skill and experience mean nothing

Spades plus sucks spades plus suck because if somebody makes a complaint it doesn't even have to be true they ban you one of the worst games I ever download far as complaints we need to get people together and I'll stop playing until they change that rule if somebody complains and they ban you for talking for nothing Let's start something up so we can get together to fix this

I contacted them about a 5 day chat ban and all I said was all I got was krap which in no way is cussing or offending anyone or harming anyone and I asked them to remove the chat ban and they reused and did not listen to me at all. I will be filing legal action against Zynga spades plus now as what they are doing is uncalled for and I have been on there for 12 years. However they upset a loyal customer and then don't listen or care. Again Zynga spades plus legal action will be filed

I really like playing Words With Friends, but ever since I started I've had one glitch after another. For about a month my latest problem is that when I try to watch a video to get more coins, it either says "Oops! Somethings wrong" Or "it's still loading " and I miss out on getting the coins.
