So too bad Avon does not have a ton of childrens products. During covid most women I know want to spend on kids grandkids. Cant go anywhere who cares about looking perfect. Also my favorite compact I have gotton for years cancelled? Etc

Items I like are usually getting discontinued. Finally found 2 lipsticks, get to shipping info and see there is an $8.00 shipping charge for 2 small lipsticks! No thanks. Would rather just buy off of a site with free shipping. Avon does have free shipping on orders over $60. Ha!

I've been wrong until two shopping times I haven't bought two times I asked for two to start starting my money

I work all the time and decided to order clothes, perfumes and jewelry and 4 jewelry pieces broke within a month or so ago and no one ever answered my question or phone calls!

contact a representative whose name was given when I placed my order. also called 800 number and waited for someone to come on the line. so far no response on either. I will never order jewelry from Avon again. their facial products & lipsticks are great but their jewelry stinks.

I'm very disappointed with Avon. They used to have the best exchange & return policy - no questions asked. They'd refund your purchase or allow you to choose a replacement product, color or size. They boasted on the back of the brochure "100% Satisfaction - Guaranteed" Then they changed that Guarantee to read "Our Return Policy" which basically gave you a 90 day return policy with some "restrictions" and directed you to the website to read what those restrictions were. NOW in 2019 they've changed again! Now they have a "Final Sale/No Returns" policy on certain items. It's like a Clearance sale. I think this is terrible. I purchased a pair of Gingham slides and they are too big. The shoe sizes do not always run true to size. I tried to return these shoes and am told that I cannot return them. Apparently I ordered them from page 5 of the Campaign 15 brochure which says in tiny print - No returns/Final Sale. Okay, I made a mistake and didn't think that something on PAGE 5 of a brand new Avon Brochure would be discounted clearance items! I actually thought the Gingham slides were a current item in an Avon brochure. Very very tricky of Avon to do this and now I'm out $14.99 and I own a pair of Gingham slides that are too big for me. Moral of the story: I will NEVER purchase a clothing or shoe item from Avon. I might actually never purchase ANYTHING from Avon ever again. I have been experimenting with other cosmetics from other companies. So far I have found Lancome' (a bit pricey) has very lovely mascara and I am blown away and totally impressed with Elf cosmetics. Elf eye liners are way nicer and smoother than Avon Glimmersticks and they don't break! Elf eye shadows are very fine and way smoother than Avon's eye shadows. And Loreal has a very nice eye cream and a beautiful assortment of face creams very very similar to Avon's Anew. Yeah, Avon beat me out of $14.99 on those shoes.... but I'm shopping elsewhere from now on.

I ordered a watch from my Avon representative and the stem fell off. I tried to call and email her but never an answer. I sent it back for $5.95 and still have not seen a refund. Avon used to be a better company than this. I like the jewelry but will never order from them again.

I ordered and paid for 2 large bottles of SSS on March 17 and it's now May 2, 2019. I still haven't received it. Avon rep has told me she shipped 3 different delivery dates. I just want my product. Please help!

Avon is a bull**** company, you order something from the book after that you are told you cant return it back, it was my first time ordering , I will make sure i publish this crap

Just wandering if Avon has changed their policies my Avon lady charges and extra $2 if she has to deliver but no charge if you pick it up at her house and now says she has to charge me $5 to return a pair of shoes that dont fit. Been dealing with Avon for years different Avon lady that recently moved and never had to pay a $5 restocking fee.

I mistakenly ordered pack of 100 C3 brochures worth R376.my order is already invoiced.can I return them when the order is delivered.

I just learned that what ever you purchase from the Avon Outlet books can not be returned. Starting in Camp. 5

I purchased earrings and never opened the package and my rep said they were not returnable.

Purchased the white plastic covered diffuser this fall of 2018..When I received it,it looked cheap,not worth $79.00.However I did not like to bother my dealer and kept it.
Last week,I saw a blue glass diffuser,the same price as my previously purchased diffuser,in a Campaign book.
I asked my Avon rep,if I could exchange it and offered to pay any extra costs.
My Avon rep Sherry Washek ,of Yorkton Sask Canada,was kind enough to try to exchange the diffuser.Avon management told her no.
Have enjoyed Avon products since 1982.

Order products in late August and have not received product or information about a refund so what if it's been 2 months and no product received?

I bought a blouse from my Avon representative in late June. She was going to be gone over the summer for over 2 months. When i tried it on it was too long for me and had to wait till she returned from a trip. Unfortunately when i called her shortly after she returned i called her and she told me that she could not return my blouse since it was over 2 months. I would appreciate allowing me to return the blouse based on this info.

My Avon rep is very slow in refunding an item that is too small. I feel that she does not want to refund my money. What should I do?

I only received 2 Lipstick on June 12, 2018. The other products I have not received anything because it appears on receipt 6 no longer available and 1 canceled...ok? Then where is my refund? I went to all my accounts and the Paypal does not appear any refund! I called so many times and then they send me to another line and I waited and waited and no answer, more than an hour and I had to hang the call. I want to know what's going on, I want my refund. do they really take that long for the refund? August 30 will be 2 months

Hi I'm Heather Hays and I'm an Avon representative...I bought a dress and it's to big I like to return it...

I ordered a dress for about 25 dollars from on line. My entire order was near $100. I got the items and like them but the dress didnt work, way too large so I returned it. Still havent recd a acknowledgement nor the $ in my account that I used to purchase from Avon.
I could use the money. Wont order again until I see if Avon is good for their word!

Why is it taking so long to get my refund for an item, a dress, I returned a month ago. I bought other items for nearly $100 and paid promptly but you aren't following your refund and returning my $25 asap? Whats going on with Avon. I bought on line so don't have a rep to complain to. Help!

Avon is ridiculous these days.

Sorry to say but the company has gotten real bad and they owe me round figures $80 and have been trying to get that money off of them for 2 months or so now.


They keep going the way they are and not pay me back my money then I will be looking into going to court about this.



I need that money back asap as I have a child to try and look after and this isn't helping me.

Avon is going & has gone through alot of changes since being sold in the US 2 years ago. Please I luv Avon & have sold now for 29years. Do not be dis-heartened.. Avon is getting better & better everyday! If you need to order or just have ?'s contact me Anytime

I am an AVON rep and am trying to process a return for Espira products (their new healthcare line). I can't do it online and none of the numbers I have found online, on my rep site or even the ones that a recorded message gives me work. :(
