Horrible customer service at the store level and corporate level. They have not consideration for the customer needs or if they come back for additional services

I'm gonna start by saying I brought my brand new truck 22 Silverado trail boss into The Firestone in Auburn Ma to have my tire replaced, I ended up having to replace two of my rear tires before they changed my tires. I told the manager not to scratch my wheels they were black polished wheels he guaranteed me they weren't gonna get scratched. Needless to say they scratched my wheels, and there was a gouge in my driver side door, I brought this to their attention I had to jump through hoops to contact corporate to get any kind of resolution which I never really got!!. They appraised my damage. They said they will replace my wheels which is good, but they will not take responsibility for the gouge in my door. They said my door was previously damaged. It started to rust , my door will not rust it's aluminum and now the guy I was talking to his name is Daniel will not return my emails, not to mention was very rude to me on the phone, pretty much said take it or leave it made in there not gonna repair my door, I will not except them just replacing my rims. I want my door repaired as well and I want a full refund for the tires I purchased for going through all this crap. All this happened in early March what are we into June now..

I had my rear tire fail on my birthday. This caused damage to my vehicle when the tire exploded. I attempted to resolve the issue with Bridgestone but the company claims person, was extremely rude and it took them over four months to send me a denial letter stating that after testing they determine that there was no defect in the tires. When I asked for the testing data, she said that she didn't have the data as this is not provided to her. She obviously lied, there was never a test conducted. So I brought this issue up to the attorney general. In her response to the AG, the claims person stated that her team attempted to resolve the issue with me via email, phone, and letter. I never received any attempted communication from them. When I pointed this out to the AG, the claims person stated that they never said that they contacted me via email, phone and letter. Overall it is a terrible company and I will never use their tires again. They don't care about their customers.

Bridgestone refuses to talk to customers regarding complaints. I dont understand how they stay in business. They would rather ignore customers, than improve service. I don't recommend them to anyone

Absolutely the worse tire I have ever had . Only 24000 miles after highway use and no off road. Bought the truck new with Bridgestone tires, I had them rotated when recommended, I am 69 years old and drive safely. Sent a complaint to them of course they never responded.

Good afternoon, our experience with out service was mixed. Delighted they worked us in on a Saturday afternoon on our way from Sioux Falls South Dakota to Cody Wy. My truck start acting up on the interstate about 10 miles from Sheridan, it was "missing" as I observed once we got into town. Having O'reilly's put their analyzer on my truck cylinder # 3 was said to have issues. They recommended Firestone so we drove the short distance to the shop. They offered another analysis of the engine to ensure the correct diagnosis. They drove it into the shop shortly after the paperwork was filled out. In about a 1/2 hour the service tech showed me an ignition cool which he believed needed replacement then explained I should change out my spark plugs as the one he showed me he removed showed signs of wear and concern. I asked if he was going to replace the plug and he said no, he "wanted all the plugs to be the same". Feeling rest assured in his expertise the shop ordered a new ignition coil. After approximately an hour I saw the part being delivered. Within a half hour the truck was repaired and a test drive was done. The time worked was about 1 hour as we were in the shop about a total of 2 hours. It was deemed repaired with what appears to be about a $79 part. We were charged $129. I can appreciate a mark up on your end. I knew the analysis would run $100 so we have $229 invested minus labor. My total bill was $484 which nearly gave me a heart attack. I was told I was billed for 2 hours of shop time. Being at the mercy of the situation I paid the Bill and we went on our lor way. We went onto Cody without incident. After being in Yellowstone the next day the truck started acting up again and the service engine light came on as it did when we drove into Sheridan. We made it back to Cody at the end of the day thankfully. I went to a different O'Reilys and had them analyse the truck and the same error code came up. I was beside myself and assumed the spark plug identified in your shop needed to be replaced. My wife and I were total wrecks that night not knowing if I could get it into a shop or if we would need to cancel the rest of our weeks trip. I was very fortunate to find a small shop in Cody to replace the plug at a cost of $69. The truck ran great the rest of the trip. I appreciate the effort Firestone gave but I feel 2 hours of shop time was out of line. I would agree to only being charged 1 hour. I also believe the spark plug should have been changed at the time the ignition coil was replaced. I feel we should be compensated the additional $69 to have that work done. I also feel we were taken advantage of and I have lost faith in Firestone as a business that I can trust. I'd love to speak to a representative and try to resolve my thoughts as well as what I feel were excessive charged. Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts.

Just paid 1200 for x4 firestone tyres and 2 front axles replaced on my 03 lancer. When i drove my car to Bridgestone st Albans to be repaired it was diving fine just made a clunck when
i turned it was a collapsed axle they said no point fixing 1 side might as well do both sides. I pick my car up after repairs being made. I get down the road my gears started crunching badly my brakes locked on. When I finally got home which was only 1 km away from Bridgestone my car would not move when trying to drive it off my front lawn. I have no gears that work anymore. I called Bridgestone and told him what's happened he said I have to buy a new gearbox which cost me 600 and now he wants another 1000 to fit it. Bridgestone stuff my car that I only just purchased 2 weeks prior. If my car is not fixed how it was when I took it there 1st place I'm going to get legal team to take action. I'm not paying another penny more. Bridgestone will never get business off me again.

hi, I dealt with Stuart at Bridgestone Frankston, and I had to have my tyres replaced 3 times as he continued to put the wrong sized tyres on my car. I found him extremely dishonest and untrustworthy, when I asked for a refund after the 3rd time he told me that he's done nothing wrong and that there's a problem with my engine, after that I noticed my car was running perfectly fine and I went to the mechanics and they told me there's no problem with my engine. I've wasted around 8 hours of my time. I feel Stuart knowingly put the wrong tyres on my car and hoped I wouldn't come back. Stuart seems extremely incompetent, disorganised and dishonest. If I don't receive a refund I will have to post a negative review online.

I guess Bridgestone doesn't like negative reviews or pictures of their failed products. I have now been banned from all Bridgestone tires stores. It is not my fault their tires fail or their installers damaged my car. When I bought the wife's car it had 12K miles and needed the two front tires (Bridgestone) replaced. The place that did those damaged the two front rims. Over the weekend she was traveling 200+ miles round trip so I had her take my car so I could wash hers. When I did I notice the two back tires (Bridgestone) had split at the seams and the fronts needed to be replaced - the car has 26K miles. When they changed the tires they jacked it up wrong and wrecked the rocker panel and damage the rear rims. Nothing like 4 scratched rims and a crushed rocker panel on a car with 26K miles. I'm just happy she wasn't driving or it would have blown out.

I was looking to get new tyres for my car for the last few months. On Friday, January 3rd, I decided to get it done finally. After speaking to a few retailers, I finally went to Bridgestone Blacktown on 17/47 Third Avenue in Blacktown, Sydney. When I got there Steve Grima attended me. Since we have already spoken about Turanza Serenity Plus over the phone and he had advised me of $100 cashback offer, the conversation was simple. 4 Tyres for my Mazda 3 which were 4 x $150 equal to $600 minus $100 cashback which equalled $500 all up. Steve asked me to take a seat and help myself with water or coffee.
When the new tyres were done, the car was brought out to the door, and I looked at the new tyres and was very excited to drive soon. While preparing the invoice, Steve told me that it is $565 all up. I was taken aback by the extra $65, and when inquired about it, he said to me that it is for wheel alignment. When I told him that it was neither discussed and nor it was the part of the conversation. At this Steve got upset and his tone changed and said: "I know your type of people". When I contested and brought to his attention that wheel alignment was never the part of the contract, he told me that it is on the Bridgestone website. I told him that I didn't go on the Bridgestone website. I just called a few places, including yours and came here to get new tyres. At this stage, I told him that I was getting Pirelli Cinturato P7 for 4 x $91 (i.e. $364) from Tempe tyres, and I should have gone there instead of coming to your place. He took the keys and told me that he'd change my wheel alignment to where it was before, and I will not get the 50,000 Km Wear Life Guarantee with the new Tyres. Looking at the overall situation and experience, I was just regretting my decision to not to go with the cheaper option which I had and giving my business to Bridgestone Blacktown. I told Steve that if I am not getting the 50,000 Km Wear Life Guarantee then I do not want the new tyres and you can get them off and put back the old tyres. Steve told me that "it is not happening" and was fuming with anger and told me to get stuffed. At this stage, I was so upset that I have to say to him that I am calling the police. Steve said that go ahead, they will take 3 hrs to come here, and I am not going to wait for them and will lock your car inside. I told him that I will not leave without my car today and will sit here. At this stage, Steve said that he'll give me 50,000 Km Wear Life Guarantee but will change the wheel alignment to where it was. When I told him that it is not possible to change the wheel alignment to where it was before and how would he know that he hasn't stuffed it up. Steve said that "you have to trust me on that". Well, trust was the only thing which was not present. He then took the car and told the mechanics to stuff up the wheel alignment of my car. I saw through the window they did something to all the wheels of my car. Now I am not sure what had been done to my car and bit less confident to drive it as it feels a bit unstable around the curbs. The car was later brought to the front door, and the key was left at the counter. Steve took the payment, which I made via my Credit Card and told me to go away.
Now my current status is that I don't know if my car is in a safe condition to drive and secondly, I do not trust the Bridgestone Blacktown dealer so can't go back to him. I do not even know what my entitlements are which I get with the purchase of new tyres because apart form the cost of tyres and $100 cashback nothing was told to me. I don't know who will take care of me if I have any issues with my tyres later on, but one thing is for sure, I am not going to go to the Bridgestone Blacktown dealer ever again. I must say that this was by far the worst customer experience I ever had.
As a resolution firstly and most importantly, I want my car alignment to be sorted free of cost, as it was played around with Bridgestone Blacktown dealer and my safety is at stake. Secondly, thorough feedback needs to be provided to Steve Grima of Bridgestone Blacktown. Lastly, what can Bridgestone as a company do to make me feel that I am a valued customer, as at the moment I feel humiliated and ripped off?
P.S. As soon as the conversation started around the invoice, Steve became very agitated and aggressive. He was breathing heavily and was coming very close, which made me feel intimidated. All this time he kept the control of the car keys and took the car in and out of the workshop at his will. I have to calm him down to hold a conversation with him as he had my car keys and could have done anything. I feel sad for Bridgestone Australia that a person like Steve is wearing their badge and representing the company.

I have bridge stone tires on my motorcycle it has 4712 miles on it. The front end wobbles , I have taken it in and looked at and they find nothing well two weeks ago we got about 200 miles away from our house on a ride and the front end stated wobbling bad , we pull into a gas station and we found that right in the middle of the tire there is a big bulge and look real bad. One of the people with us owns a tire place he said I cant let you ride bike its going to blow any time. so I had the bike towed home. at a big cost . called bridge stone . I got the rum around I can only take bike to a certain dealership and they will pro rate tire. I asked how do you prorate a defect in fact of my wife and mine life. they did not care told me I was bring in things that dont matter. really my life. well I took bike in and the dealer said real bad defect and that we where very lucky. but dealer told me thatbridge stone is so hard to work with and they wont pay to put tire on or off and wont balance tire as well and that they are trying to say we hit a pot hole. and we have to send in tire. well it three week no answer bike season almost over. also I asked it not my fault I had to tow bike you guys pay for it. They wont . we went to a local rally and another tire company was there in fact three of them where. I think it was cont-entail told us they would give me off the price they bridge stone was Venice us off a new set of there tire. Now that service. I say to all car or motorcycle people think twice before getting Bridges tone tire. they don't stand buy there tires without a Hugh fight. and they don't care about life........I guess they forgot about Firestone and what ingoring defect will do to people. stay away....

My father in law bought tires-turanza 205/55 R16, after 13800km the warning-check the tyre pressure occured, but the pressure was correct. The car service analyzed the fault as ,,non-conforminty between the wheel speed sensor". The measurment of the tyre was done and took, that right-rear tyre has different perimeter. It means that that tyre is bigger for 10mm, and the max. limit set by car producer is 4mm.The all tyre is in very good condition.

I purchaseda a commercial tire from a GCR dealer tire was 6 years old and failed less than a year of service. I have not been able to get any response from Bridgestone or Gcr.

I was expecting a rebate which never came. I tried to reply to my email indicating they received my paper work, it bounced back. Then I sent an email to the company support to inquire about this and have not heard back. Is there even a rebate or is it a marketing incentive to purchate their tires?
