I bought a 340B reciprocating saw and two 220 batteries along with a charger. The Chinese manual for the charger was a disaster and one of the batteries was a DUD. My attempts to get assistance was met with offers to buy into a monthly program and seeming incompetence. The saw and good battery works great.

Your product, generator one I had to replace by Lowe's because of you people not wanting to replace the first one, now the other one is tore up to , I guess I will report you again to the BBB.

Aweful!! I ordered a gift on their website and as soon as I ordered it I realized it was being shipped to the wrong address. I immediately tried to reach out to the chat bot and recieved a text confirmation that my request had been escalated 'to the proper department'. A day later I recieve an email that the order was out for delivery and to reach out to UPS. UPS responded to the request the following day. My package was already delivered and the responses from Craftsman were to contact UPS. I paid you, Cratsman. I was never even asked if I would like a refund or if I would like to re order. My experience was total garbage the gift won't ever make it here.

Have used craftsman for years bought some of there v20 cordless tools they are the biggest waste of money I have ever spent they are worthless might as well go get hart at Walmart batteries are trash don't last guns are also just it's either wide open or nothing do your self a favor and never by this junk go spend the extra money and get DeWALT craftsman has went down the drain

So, I have purchased Craftsman for years. Lately they have become a joke at best! I purchased a new Power Washer and a New WG 2200 2-cycle weed eater and every damn summer I have to take them to a local shop to get them running again after they sit for the winter. And before you say it, yes, I clean the gas out and add a 1/4 tank of gas that has been treat with stabilizer, so it does not go bad, and they are not bone dry for the winter. This year, (2nd year) the weed eater needs a carburetor, plug and a filter. It will cost me $130.00 dollars to have it fixed again! Fu** You Craftsman! I am putting them in my front yard with a huge sign on them with the truth about them! I will NEVER PURCHASE CRAFTSMAN AGAIN! And word of mouth is awesome!

Utterly exasperating trying to get simple questions answered. After 2 minutes on the phone, the automated system dead ended and disconnected me because they don't have anyone available. Called back and selected a text conversation so I could ask my simple questions. Never got the text but once again, there's not even a queu to wait for a customer support person. I will make my purchase with a different company.

So I have bought a shotgun Craftsman. Been trying to return it over 34 months now. Because it doesn't suck and even use it. It's still brand new because it doesn't work still in the box. But I aint heard nothing back or even got any type of money to go get a new one or get a replacement or anything. So I'm kinda p***** and I wanna tell everybody to do not buy craftman stuff.

Had a small screwdriver socket wrench that the ratchet stripped out the Craftsman customer service people would not replace it and did not honor the warranty. They tried to replace it with something that wasn't even close to the type of Ratchet I needed to have replaced. I told them it was unacceptable and I never heard from them since

Bought a craftsman pole saw 2 years ago. They are supposed to to have 3 yr regular warranty.made a complaint. Sent in a receipt which admittedly it was hard to read. Not my faught receipts aren't ledgeble. Give them date and everything. Never heard from them again. The saw just stopped working for no apparent reason. Used to be craftsman tools were supposed to be "soooo great but now yhey just sell junk.

Terrible Support From Tech For Lawn And Garden Tools. Purchased a 2 Year Certificate extended warranty for an additional $50.00. Gas trimmer stopped working after 2 months. Lowes would not assist in any way. Called extended warranty Assurant and they cannot assit until after the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Called Craftsman 3 difgerent times only to be provided service centers 4 hours away and none of them worked on Craftsman products. When I called Craftsman back they refused to reimburse us or send a replacement. Their customer service is a joke. This is such a scam between Lowes and Craftsman. It's no wonder Craftsman went bankrupt. Would Not Refer Anyone To Purchase Craftsman Products. Will Never Make A Craftsman Purchase Again.

Please do NOT buy a Craftsman riding mower. I bought one at Lowe's, the first one didn't work, they replaced it with one and it doesn't work half the time. Lowe's nor Craftsman are any help, they just keep passing the problem back to the other.

Bought T2400 riding mower from Lowe's last August and it has never started without charging the battery. Called customer service several times and was put on hold for over 30 minutes and each time was hung up on. Filed a warranty claim online last month and have heard NOTHING from Craftsman.

One thing is for certain your products are horrible your customer service is worse and I will never buy one of your garbage products again. Don't even care about the customers you're ripping off read your reviews. Eventually you're going to sell garbage products to the wrong person I hope they sue the hell out of you.

Who's looking to buy new lawn equipment last year so I went to my nearest Lowe's and I got an edger and a blower. Roughly about 260 for both items. Not even a year later and they are both in operational upholstering broke on the blower which required you to tear the whole blower down to replace and the edger that I just purchased same time last year is no longer functional two different pieces of equipment and neither one of them are operational a year later. One piece of yard equipment I could kind of write off but not a blower and an edger kind of hard to explain that one. I already had to replace the blower because I decided to purchase your product and now I have to buy another edger not even a year later thanks to me purchasing your products last year.

Lets see I went and contacted Craftsman on May 11 2023, had a 1/4 inch swivel ratchet that needed to be replaced its a vintage ratchet and was told I was going to get a 47 e-gift card, it would take 3-5 days to get and its now June 23 2023.. I have not received the card.. I have contacted them several times about it they tell me that I have to check my spam/junk folder, and last time I had to give them an alternate email... this is a poor poor excuse for a once great tool company. I am about to message them again and ask whats going on.

Just bought the craftsman model number cmck197D1 weed eater and blower combo charged battery fully got approximately 12 minutes out of the battery very very disappointed.I will look into returning, no way I payed for a 12 minute battery. ?? That being said they both work well if the battery was not junk.

Bought a 500 dollar mower used it once last year without the grass catcher. This year I'm using the grass catcher to scalp my yard not catching grass at all called 3 times to get help all they did is offer me a 3 dollar discount on a blade bull sh... The store told me there is something wrong with the mower but I didn't purchase the in store warranty so they can't help me.The shop that handles their warranty work told me sounds like it's got a mulching blade take it off and buy the right blade and put it on and it should work.I swear if something isn't done before long I will never buy from Lowes or From Craftsman again

Purchased a T2400 mower form Lowes. The first time starting it wouldn't. Starter clunked and made grinding noises. Used 3 times, always difficult to start. The starter is bad. Left feedback on Lowes website. Craftsman responded with a phone and case number. If you call to "talk" with them about it, you get a phone tree after putting in your"case number", basically giving you other numbers to call, so it's someone elses problem, Kohler, Honda MTD, etc. No way to talk to someone, just pass the buck on your 277 dollar purchase. Great support plan there. First and last purchase, and you damn well know, I will tell anyone who will listen, about my experience with Crafstman.

Purchased 500.00 lawn mower from Lowe's craftsman, biggest pos. Used it once, was going for the second time, and it wouldn't start. Took it to Lowe's and they supposedly fixed it and they tried to charge me 130.00, I left the damn thing there at Lowe's. It was 32 days so they said it wasn't covered under warranty..

I purchased a craftsman t1000 back in 2014. I have used it every summer without a single problem mowing 1 acre every 2 weeks. It has finally started smoking and I can no longer use it, and can't afford the new versions. I would highly recommend a craftsman mower with the briggs and stratton engine to anyone. It definitely gave me my money's worth. Hopefully soon I can afford another craftsman mower. Thank you craftsman for your dedication to strong reliable products. Fan for life!

I had a great experience with craftsman. I had a drill quit and I called craftsman and within 5 minutes they had the issue resolved and sent me a new drill. Very good warranty and customer service.

You want me to discribe my situation? Well here it is. "Thanks" yeah that's it just thanks for being dependable. Over the years I have had the opportunity to handle many different types of craftsman tools and equipment. Weather it's electric or gas powered. I have owned and even serviced quite a good deal of craftsman, mainly gas powered equipment but even some electric equipment for craftsman loyal customers. And I have to hand it to you so far you haven't let me down not even if it's a weed eater that has been sitting in someone's basement or old barn for 20 or more years just a little bit of TLC. With some new fule lines and perhaps a primer bulb if equipt. Then throw some gas in it normally and wide open she goes. LoL. It's not like that every time but pretty close. And the cordless 20 volt power tools not one has let me down yet and believe me I have put them to the test. I could go on but I'm sure that all the people that have a hand in producing this valued craftsman equipment won't even have the opportunity to see hear or read this message. But thanks keep it real and keep it strong. LoL. "REAL STRONG" o yeah one more thing. Today I purchased my first ever brand new chainsaw. And I have owned more than 100 chainsaws many different kinds and out of all the brands guess which one I bought for my first ever brand new one. Yeah I got the S-205 20" 50.8cm 46cc CRAFTSMAN chainsaw. Thanks your customer. Christopher wade

I had two screwdrivers with damaged tips. They were replaced in a matter of days by Craftsman and are probably the best ones I have ever owned.

Craftsman tech service is great. I had a 8 year old garage door opener and needed to change the code on it since I lost 1 of my openers. They walked me through it and never asked for a cent! Most companies want money before they'll help you. I was very impressed!
