Craigslist Customer Service Complaints - page 2

Craigslist is absolutely horrible. When it first came out it was decent. Now it's full of old perverted people trying to get sex and all they do is flag and remove decent post when you're just trying to find an activities partner I eat go to the gym or dog walking. But in the meantime all of those disgusting perverted posts stay on this site for days and days. And if you reach the helpdesk they insult you called you names call you out of your name talk to you like you're nothing. Craig Newmark of whatever the owner's name is oh, I don't give a damn how much he's getting he's an idiot for allowing this to take place.

I've been finding and flagging tons of scammers for a while. I have sent emails with examples and nothing gets done. Then I get a message that MY ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD. WTH??? I can't get anyone to answer repeated questions as to why.

Craigslist is pathetic. There has to be a way to reach customer to report scams and other dishonest people. We need an add fraudulently posted by a scammer to be removed and i cannot find out how to do it.

Been customer over year says posting blocked mentions cargurus.com but I do not see any reference to that and can't correct the posting

I wont recommend ppl to use Craigslist for selling stuff as it happens to me couple of times! There is no security Md every ppl shoeing up fir buying stuff will steel your stuff. Somebody stole my laptop which i was going to sell him

I've been trying to post an ad for an exercise machine I'm selling & it gets flagged very time it's posted by some fool. A legitimate posting. So it looks like any idiot can flag any ad they want without any repercussions. There's no way to contact anyone in the Craigslist customer service center to get this resolved. Lots of scams going on this site. So what to do? Stop posting on this useless site & find a suitable alternative.

This flagging is getting out of hand I have post several legit post and they are being flagged I've sent email after email about it and no response

Someone i paid for a car using ebay comittited fraud..i made the payment.

I cannot access any reply buttons. I get a message upon clicking the reply button "sorry something went wrong". After online research I find out this is a long-term problem going back for months. Is Craig's list shut down????

When I hit the reply button a drop down box comes down that says "Sorry, something went wrong." It didn't do this two weeks ago. Am i doing something wrong?

Craigslist won't let me post and I don't know why.
I'm trying to rent two vacant rooms in my house, so I had two different ads - one for each room - with slightly different descriptions, rent amounts, square footage, and pictures (of the rooms, the bathroom pictures are identical). The ad titles have been very similar. City and specific location, obviously, identical.
There's nothing discriminatory in my ads.
Craigslist's been summarily deleting them, without explanation. I tried going to the forum, but the replies just established what opinions are like. Everybody's got one.
So I've just been putting the ads back. But now CL's algorithm's deleting them as fast as I post them.
I just don't know why my ads keep getting deleted.

I'm upset at a certain individual who has posted their ad and failed to do their job correctly!



I've messaged this individual countless times and they are acting childish and will not fix the mistake made!



I paid money to get a job done correctly, not a job done with lackluster.



This is saddening. If the job was done right in the first place they wouldn't need to come back and fix it.





Funny how after fcking up my service she increased the price by $10.

I don't know what I'm commenting on the fact that you cannot get a hold of anybody on craigslist that they do not have any answers to the question I have !!
That this site doesn't work there's no reachability there's no return calls there's no resolution and none of the little drop-down boxes below work at all so it's kind of bulls..t. isn't it

To whom it may concern. 6/29/18 Fri.11am. It's as hard to get to talk to customer service as it is to put a listing on craigslist. I have wasted so much time trying to relist my adds. It has a mind of it's in. I put something in & your website changes it to incorrect info. Why? It says error. No error. Call me ASAP to help me get my ads reposted that expired prior.. So I have tried and tried to contact a real person at Craigslist for with an ad for my car. I placed my ad 2 times in 2 months and 2 weeks. Both times the ad was eliminated in a short time. The first ad ran I think 10-14 and was replaced with a bobcat(small loader). This time ran very few days and I've had no calls in that time frame, you guys are killing me. The Phone Number Only Leads Me To A Website That Does Not Work For Me. When I Try And Go To My Account, It Will Only Let Me Get As Far As Log In (auto Settings Been Used For A Long Time) And The Best It Will Do Is Give Me A Blank Screen, The Little Circle That Keeps Going Around When Downloading, Never Stops Going Around. I Have Windows 7 And Mcafee. Mcafee Says There Is Nothing Wrong With My Computer

When I try to post or repost something it says my notifications are wrong in the settings so when I try to reset my password it shows I have successfully reset it but then it doesn't work I've done this multiple times with multiple passwords with no avail

I never got my question answered. I just want to know where I should put my posting. Each time I try it says I posted in the wrong service area.

I posted a vehicle for sale about 4-6 weeks ago. Now I am receiving calls on my home phone from people that advertised on Craig�s list and they say they are responding to my home # as someone contacted them thru a text with a FB website that they should open. I�m not sure if this is a Craig�s list issue or FB. Please respond

I am finding in Canada, a large amount of bigotry and racial stigma on landlords advertising rentals.
On their website they will clearly write ASIAN ONLY/ KOREAN WELCOME ONLY / ONLY EAST ASIAN APPLY.... etc.
It is more than just oh they understand me better'.
Even if not specified on Post, when I called to inquire and they are most pleased with my references and nearly accepting me, once they see my melanocyte pigment is lighter (labeling as white') I am suddenly denied (although abrupt, they confess that's the only reason), or a couple landlords expressed I need to pay 200.00 dollars extra because I would be different from anyone else.

This is NOT a few... this was pages of phone calls and posts in the Toronto region.

I am bringing this to your attention, not only because it is interfering with my safety in searching for safe rentals, but because it is also a criminal act.

I myself, was born with a genetic mutation that makes me appear white', however, I was born & raised Asian and so thankful and proud to be Canadian (at this time I will not express which specific). I feel more angered by this because I am Canadian.
I feel empathy and concern for other Canadians or visitors who are truly white' (or a European descendant, mixed/etc) will be so effected emotionally as well as legally by such events and posts.

Please do not allow this to be an accepted crime.
