Hayward, Wisconsin: I'm not sure what's going on at this store, but the service has left a LOT to be desired lately. I feel sorry for the manager.
I've witnessed some of the staff members just standing around while this older guy(assuming it's the manager)... is scrambling to fill all the orders, the lines at
The drive thru when I've been there have not been super long (compared to other places: El;
McDonald's.) But you will be stuck in
Line for way longer than it should ever, reasonably take to get your food. I've seen this happen 3 times already in less than 2 months. I was there last night and just drove right past the window when I FINALLY got there because I was so disgusted I had lost my appetite!!
I'm not trying again. If it's not convenient, it's not worth it, and there are so many better options to choose from.

My husband visited the drive thru at the Wellsburg, WV Dairy Queen at 5:48pm today, February 28th, 2023. We were beyond unsatisfied with our visit. We ordered a #8, a Chicken Strip Basket, a Popcorn Shrimp Basket, and a Chili Cheese Dog. When we went to the pickup window, the employee first gave us a bad, and then immediately turned around and said that was the wrong order, then handed out a smaller bag after taking back the first bag. I then told her what we ordered knowing it all wasn't in the small bag. When she gave us back the initial bag she handed out, my husband and I checked the bags. Of course, there was something missing, our chili cheese dog.
Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for that. It's ridiculous, every time we go to this location, there is an issue with our order. I truly don't know why we keep going back.
When we got home, I looked at the receipt and we weren't even charged for the chili cheese dog, and that I feel bad. But this location needs to get their act together, as I said this is ridiculous!
I am not writing this to receive coupons or get anything free, I just hope that this comment helps improve the service!

Dairy Queen's soft serve ice cream used to be the best. Now, it has NO FLAVOR and a super cheap texture. They don't want us to use profanity here, yet serve us garbage ice cream that profanes the normally wonderful words "ice cream" and take our money. In addition to that, you can waste your time filling out their "fan" complaint form, but it won't submit.

DECLINING CUSTOMER SERVICE


Please be advised about a rude DQ staff at Market Market 2nd floor.

She slams things making us feels that its our fault for her being there buying DQ products . This left bad DQ experience for us. We have been a customer of this kiosk for almost 5 years now, and this is the only time we got this kind of treatment, thus I am writing this, so you might be aware of what is happening. We love this kiosk, but not this way of treatment towards us customers.

The Dairy Queen in Saraland AL. It seems like they don't care anymore. The fries tasted like they were fried in old oil tasted horrible. And our Moolattes were terrible, messy syrup all over the outside of the cup plus no Carmel drizzle and no whipped cream. And the lady behind the counter needs a happy pill or something, about as friendly as a badger.

Dairy Queen belleville I've never had the most horrible service by the staff and when dining in you could hear the management treating the staff so poorly I felt bad for them ... the only good thing about dq Belleville are there cakes always look amazing never had any complaints with them

I was at the Dairy Queen in Peosta Iowa I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and french fries with ketchup and salt I was driving away after paying on the drive-through I ate a french fry and it was cold pull out the hamburger and it was so over cooked I couldn't even eat it was terrible the worst sandwich I've ever had in a fast food restaurant I am so disappointed will never go there again and there was no bacon even on the sandwich for god sake!

The store still does not have in store dining. This is unacceptable especially now the issues with covid have subsided. There are no signs to tell you this. When you try to go in the workers ignore you. Service at this store has always been sub par but seeing the pure laziness of this particular DQ is at leat disappointing. I stated last yesr I wouldn't come back for the same reason. Due to the Menu DW is better eaten at the store and not in s vehicle. By the way the restaurant lot and drive thru was empty

Didn't expect to get two meals for $25.00 excepted to get it at least under 20 somewhat since it was just the chicken tenders. Asked to get ranch since we forgot to ask for it when we ordered the food and they told us that we had to pay for it. I just don't understand why you have to pay for sauce here when you can go to other fast food restaurants well restaurants and ask for extra sauce or even ranch and they give it for free. I don't mind paying for something that was hard to get but it's not hard to get.

DQ Fan for 40+ years. Complaint is specific to the store in St. Paul, Alberta, Canada. Hubby drove 30km there & back to get crispy chicken burger meals. The fries are ALWAYS WAY too salty from this DQ and he forgot to ask for no salt. We couldn't eat them. Even the dog wouldn't eat them. The chicken burger was a pathetic chicken patty which had never been close to a chicken. It was thin and mostly breading and had been cooked and cooled several times. We couldn't chew it. On top of that, the lettuce was literally rotten! It was brown and stinky like it had been in the fridge for a month or two! This "meal" totally turned us off DQ! Please send quality control people to this location. They are causing DQ to lose long time customers as well as ruining the DQ reputation! Someone is going to get very sick from eating there!

Me and my family regularly eat at the Concordia Dairy Queen in Concordia Kansas. The last couple months have been ridiculous. I will never take my family to this store again, and we love Dairy Queen. First of all the crew that works nights are the rudest I have ever seen. The last 3 times we have went into the store every single person working is standing in the kitchen. They are back there visibly hitting their vape devices. They constantly cuss up a storm. Now I have been eating in this store long enough that I know the names of these crew members. First is Arianna. She walks around the store like she is hot stuff. She has got to be the rudest person I have ever met. I know a couple other families that "used" to eat there but their recent experiences keep getting worse. They will never eat at this establishment ever again. Second is Madison. She follows arianna around like a lost puppy. Before arianna came along she was one of the sweetest girls anyone could ever know. Now she is so dark and rude to the costumers. She has also been seen running around that store inside hitting a vape device. In front of costumer's like no care in the world. Now that 2 individuals that work at that store that is clearly underage for tobacco products. Third is Colton. What happened to this guy? He just doesn't care about this store anymore. He is like day/night anymore. It's really a shame and sad. So in conclusion I will never ever put my family through that ever again. My next step is to get ahold of corporate office. I mean the underage vaping and the constant rudeness to the costumer's is sad. I can't believe the owner is letting this happen and keeps turning a blind eye to this. Something needs to change. 1/2 star rating.

Dropped all my change on the ground and I wasn't able to open my door to retrieve it under my car, didn't turn the blizzard cup over to show my it was fresh probably because it was half melted and poorly mixed. Ugh very disappointing

Recently stopped for Blizzards. One was half an inch below the top of the cup, and partially melting. When I commented to the cashier, she gave me a "who care smile" and turned it upside down. Our blizzards(4) bore no resemblance to the pictures or previous trips to to DQ. Very disappointed. Was
Meant to be a special treat with our grandsons.

I go in to get a blizzard banana split n dilly bar. I got a pretty much a milkshake. I asked for a lid for the banana split was expecting my blizzard to be tipped upside down nope it also had a lid. I have never ever gotten a lid before. Get home less then 2 mile drive and opened it up and I could drink it thru a straw. I am pissed.

I can't believe I just spent $10.00 for fast food hamburger!!! No fries, no beverage, just a burger with 2 patties! For ten bucks. Never been so insulted as a customer before. Dairy is no better than their competitors products yet they rape you of your money for next to what is no better than McDonald's or especially Burger King, offering nothing better than the competition. Definitely will never visit again!

Used to love the blizzards at dq,and now they suck. Got one yesterday,it was once called a tropical. Had pecans,bananas,coconut. Yeterday it had nothing but over ripe bananas and it tasted terrible. I can see why all the negitive reviews. They will be gone soon i'm sure.

I have a problem with the D'Iberville, MS store. There is an employee by the name of Christie Porter working there who has AIDS and hepatitis C.!!! I will make this complaint known to the state Health department!!! I refuse to visit this store for fear of my life and I will make this an issue in my community!!! Something should be done immediately!!! The lives of the people of D'Iberville is at risk!!!

You might want to wait until they actually know what their doing or get new management at the Gas City location. Waited 15 minutes for a vanilla cone and when I asked for a refund the manager never apologized for the delay. In fact he never even looked at me but gave me my change and walked away with my cash...
