Initially I submitted my Medical and latest diagnosis report on Saturday to Meda and also to newyork Ticketing center. But today morning(after 48 hrs) I get a negative response from Monika Greb.




This is highly disgusting, Actually based on your site information,

its advice to submit the MEDIF form(A,B,C) before 72 hours of the flight departure- But the region ticketing offices are closed and even based on call center advice I have submitted to MEDA through the E-Mail.




Need a stamp from the Dr. - I have submitted the MEDIF form given by an hospital and a DR from the hospital. IN Hospital dr's will not have their own stamp(Words from the Hospital Patient Advocate).




Need clearance from American airlines- This is very new request from Etihad Texas office. And this is coming to me today. Why I didn't receive this yesterday morning? Delays happened on Etihad side and perfectly not from my end(I sent my sent items mail MEDA and also to Monika). There is no advice from the call center guys or in the website to get clearance from multiple airlines if it is linked one. There is no proper guidance for a medical guest planning to travel through Etihad airways.

I would like to file a complain to air aviation regarding lost baggage for me, my husband and 2 kids.

We have boarded jet airways flight from Rajkot - Gujarat(India)

Fligt informaiton:

Rajkot to Mumbai (13th Jan-2015)
Mumbai to Bangalore (13th Jan-2015)
Bangalore to Abu Dhabi (13th Jan-2015)
Abu Dhabi to San Francisco (13th Jan-2015)

Passenger Names:
1. Kiran Kumar Thakkar (Male - Adult)
2. Harsha Ganatra (Female - Adult)
3. Adhya Ganatra (Female - Kid)
4. Isha Ganatra (Female - Kid)

We have checked in 4 baggage at Rajkot Airport with person name (Shivraj) and confirmed that we will receive our all 4 baggages at San Francisco airport.

Unfortunately still we don't have our luggage at all. I have some important medication which I need to give to my twin kids and some food, forumula, clothes and jwellery and some cash inside my luggage and also a musical instrument in one bag.

COuld you please let me know when I will receive as there are some medication and food which is perishable and need to use immediately.

Pleaes let me know urgently regarding my luggage so that I can act accordingly. who will pay for medication and clothes which I need immediatly.

Lost luggage in Abu Dhabi in transit. The luggage is not traceable even after 1 week. Contemplating going to small claims court or filing a claim.

I amssorry to say that igot rreservation for my mother by etihad airways and unfortunately the flight get delayed for more than 10 hours ok I agree that it's a bad weather and flight get delay but during this delayed time which my mom spend on abu dhabi international airport, none of the staff ask her that mam you eat some thing ok if food was expensive for airline to provide for single passenger at least ask her some water, but really customer service was pathetic and disgusting, shame on all the team, how you would feel if your mother travel alone and stays hungry for 12 hours and she have language barrier and no currency in her wallet
.again shame on you and this type of customer service,

What a contrast !. My flights from Dublin to Perth , return couldn't have been better But my attempts to recover an item left on the flight from Perth to AbuDhabi via customer service and support, have come to nought. Disembodied voices, emails responded to by an automaton and not followed up on, and tweets ignored. It would make you wonder about the airlines priorities , its efficiency and perhaps most importantly... How would it deal with a serious crisis ?

Hallo .
we are both guest members of your airline. We are also members ofAir Berlin .My husband being a gold member . last August he purchased an ipad from air berlin shop but , until yesterday we never got it. This led to the cancellation of the order.
I have read from your newslletter ..that we can put our miles from both airlines together . The deadline was November 31.
We are hoping that you can still accomodate us on this offer, so we could avail the purchase of the same ipad that is also available in your shop.

I was buy ticket from cairo to abudabi to denpasar bali on sunday 16 nopember 2014 my flight no ey 656 dep time 1705 .I was pay 479 usd but the problem the man who sold ticket to me not give me print out for the price of ticket.i really need this receipt to able claim to my company.can you send to me please my receipt flights tickets to my email as soon as possible. Not Taking Care Of Guests And Their Beggage. Very Shocking Answers From Toll Free Nos
Beggage Was Not Handed Over To Phoenix Though Given Final Destination By Authority And Confirmed Thrice, Telling Now That Tie Up With Jet Blue And No Direct Flight. So Why To Book Ticekets If Not Able To Provide Proper Services.
Without Beggage Reached At Midnight What To Do In Unknown Place
No Student Or Person Travelling First Time To Travel Thro Ethiad.
After Completion Of Journey Nobody Listen/cares.

I am a frequent flyer of Ek airlines. Sometimes I have already collect reasonable miles to used or buy some items using my miles and it works. During the early time of EK in europe the service in all angles is very good. Last month I used my miles plus pay extra cash and order an item, they right away took my miles get the payment and till now, its already a month ago and I haven't have my item. I try to contact thier service center in Switzerland and they said they are not reponsible about it. Its in Lativia who must handle my item. The problem in Lativa there is no way to get in touch of any person only e-mails saying sorry for the delay and tones of different tracking no. Wich is all not working. Normal deliver time is within 10days. Its more than a month now and I haven't recieved what I paid for. I hope Etihad will still send my item. Na ja it is always the same when a company start it is always very good. When it expand they loose track on may good services they have before.

I , Anne H. mac Lean was extremely upset and disappointed with my recent experience on your airlines flight 141 from Abu Dhabi to Halifax Nova Scotia on April 5 th 2014 hrs . My flight was supposed to leave Abu Dhabi on April 5th at 1025 hrs , This flight was previously booked with your airlines on January 8th 2014. I had a connecting flight in toronto to halifax N.S. on that same day. We were told in Abu Dhabi the morning of April 5th that our flight was going to be delayed by one hour and now we would be leaving at 11.28 hrs instead of 10.25hrs. I previously had given myself 2 hours and 20 minutes to make my connecting flight in toronto when i had arrived there. Our plane instead of leaving Abu Dhabi at 10.25hrs left at 12.40hrs. When I arrived in Toronto my connecting flight to Halifax had already left and I was informed by a member of your airlines that there were No other flights to Halifax that nite. with Air canada. I was extremely upset because we live in a rural area of Cape Breton which is a 4 hour drive to Halifax airport. My husband had driven the 4 hours in a wind and rain event and was presently waiting for me at Halifax airport . He was very upset to learn that my connecting flight was cancelled on me and that I would be staying in Toronto for the nite. We had not made any extra arrangements for our pets and therefore he had to drive back 4 hrs late at nite still in the wind and rain event only to face driving the 4 hours again very early the next day and making further arrangements for our pets. I feel this put both of us at a terrible inconvience and was actually a risk for his life. People book flights for their convience and their time and enjoyment.. As stated earlier I booked my flight in January. your airlines took it upon themselves to change my flight at at real inconvience to me. Sure they gave me a room already booked at the Sherraton at their expense and I do thank you for that.The two meal vouchers given to me also were not enough to cover a meal with a drink so I did not use either of them. Futhermore, the boarding pass for my flight the next day given to me by your airlines which you put me in business class was not paid for buisness class and Air Canada would not honour it so I got bumbed back to economy. Was just another slap in the face for me. I probably will NOT recommend your airlines to anyone or use it myself again since it is sooooooo easy for you just to change everyones plans to suit your own.

Etihad Airways- flight EY 0234

My return flight was 9th of April 915pm islamabad Airport via Abu Dhabi I went to airport 7.30 it took me half an hour to immigration and the told me eithad airline desk is closed because flight shadole was changed to 915 pm to 815pm but no body informed me then I went to eithad air line office in islamabad they was very uncooperative and they start blaming me it's your fault in very disappointed with your service.now I have to stay in hotel in islamabad casting me lots of mony.i first time travel via eithad air line I found very disorganize.

Please in need help i don't know what to do

I booked thru internet , paid all the money to travel to China from Riyadh . On return the front desk in Bakeen china ask us to pay more fee, claim the class has change by the airline (all economy class) . This is not acceptable . . Emmabarsing us

I am compelled to write a serious complaint of very poor customer care service accorded to us by your staff at Manchester Airport, they were extremely unhelpful, did not listen to our pleas for help or understand the situation forced upon us by road works around the airport and then the poor guidance give on the aiport notices as you turn into the airport. My Wife was not allowed to board the plane. We were well in good tiome. But it was a racist attitude by your Manchester staff that did not let my wife travel, and hence missed her flight, and kept family members waiting in Bombay
My wife ticket booked with sasti flight London, was from Manchester to Bombay and then return from Dehli to Manchester.
Please help to overcome this inconvenience and let my wife travel tonight 25/3/2014 as we have told waiting family we are trying to get to Bombay.
My wife Noreen Salim is travelling alone.
Can you please help. Can you make sure that your staff do not behave so rudely, and in a racist manner based at Manchester Airport.

I had problem with flying with Ethihad Airways they change my flights at the last minutes we were flying from chicago to Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad instead they change our flight when we arrived at chicago we were told we have to fly from chicago to Abu Dhabi to Bombay to Ahmedabad at the last minute that we did not have any choice. my husband is a sick person thats the reason we took direct flight instead we were routed wrong way. our bags did not arrived when we reached at Ahmedabad. we were so tired changing plans & when we got in line for boarding pass since they had re-routed they did not have our information they sent us to different lines took us longer to get inflight. we also had to change airport in bombay on our own cost we were so tired by the time we reached our destination. we did complain to Ethiad thru E-mail the resolution was they just apologise $ said sorry.since our flight was change they should have told us ahead of time not at the last minutes. Also first they had our reservation cancel when we call to confirm we found out we did not have any reservation the problem started from the begining. I am not happy with Etihad services .

I only wish that I had enough energy left to tell the world how terrible this airline is. I have fought Etihad for weeks through my Christmas holiday, trying to get a resolution for either of the two tickets that I had purchased at their online portal. Their unintelligible ticket codes cost me a total of $2,100 USD. I was told by one agent that after review, they would consider letting me fly from a new destination. The help desk agent said she would have to talk with me by phone. But it turns out it would only be on her schedule. So she calls randomly at 0755 am on a Sunday morning. My husband and I were sleeping and did not answer the phone. I am assuming this is her resolution since I have not heard from her again. At this point, I feel cheated, disrespected and many other things a customer should not go through. If I had days of my time to write more about this airline's bad conduct, I would. But they have already stole so much of my time for no good.

We all had a BAD EXPERIENCE w/ ETIHAD GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANCE fr. (LAURA & LAURENCE) @ Heathrow airport they just make an assurance of the passenger without asking my Mum of what condition or assistance she needed right especially in terms of her medical condition, that they should have check first with medical assistance before cancelling our flight. They DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER RIGHT, (POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

i travlled by Etihad ariways from qatar to toronto canada, as as all of you said in yoru reviews , its a very bad experience to me.

they have left on purpose bags for so many
travelles that caused a big hassle at toronto airport. its 4 months now and they didnt even compensate me , and they keep ignoring my emails .

I went to Pakistan on Eithad but sorry to say I did not had a good experience. Staff at Chicago airport was very rude and unprofessional. The crew in the flight was not friendly at all. I heard that Eithad was number one in service but after this trip I donot know how you got that title.

I work in a customer service industry too and know how to deal with customer .

I donot think I want to travel with Eithad any more and I will tell my family and friends the experience I had.

The Baggage Came After Two Days With Only One Item Missing. A Brand New Apple Lap Top In A Sealed Box. You Boast Of 5 Star Culture. How Can This Happen. Sir I Am Sure There Would Be 7 Star Thieves Also On The Pay Of The 5 Star Airline. It Has Been 10 Days And Not A Word. I have a guest who arrived on ETIHAD airways from Amadavad India to Chicago USA. His begs have not arrived as yet after 3 days. Any phone calls to the ETIHAD customer services end up on a dead end/ voice mail. He is a religious Hindu Priest. He requires special clothing. He is scheduled to perform special services. All appropriate attire AND his holy books are in this beg. What is likely to be his message to his vast US audience about the lack of service and sensitivity of ETIHAD employees?

my colleague and i travelled chennai to frankfurt, it was delayed on landing, and thereby we missed the connection , walking to and fro looking for each other as we were given seats far apart.... we were given coupons for lunch and dinner but no accomodation even as the fgt was 17 hrs away at 0215 hrs next morn. on landing we couldnt find our baggage and my instrument which is to be used todaz for a prog here in stuttgart. without any clothing and personal stuff its been a hard 2 days and the staff has told her we can spend 40USD per person.. with that amt what anyone can buy for two days or even a day is the question so we managed to buy something hoping today our belongings will arrive... totally disgusting.. jayalakshmi sekhar chennai-ab dhabi june 27th 450 am fgt

I paid Rs29,00 to change my booking from 29th to 12th of this month on a flight from Karachi to Chicago and requested an isle seat. Instead I was given a middle seat(between window and isle)all the way from Abu Dhabi to Chicago with some bladder happy women who constantly disturbed me and visited the toilet over 10 times. My whole journey was a sorry experience and I regret that I paid $2165 to fly Ethihad airways as my flight to Karachi from Chicago was equally horrid with a seat that did not recline!!! After this rather horrible and inconvenienced experience I will spread the word about my bad experience and never fly ethihad again.

I agree with all above stated comments. Pathetic service and no empathy no matter what ever is your situation. If you have a connecting flight from Abu Dhabi, then expect a nightmare. They are under resourced for everything
