I am asking for help for my niece flight today or tomorrow if there is passenger on this flight name give this lady name Faucia was really rude talk not allowed i ask for please help me she is new 1st time she fly maybe she is in that fligh she wait long time or whaT in airport but rudely reply not allowed i will not recommend this airline for thier unprofesional way of dealing to customers need .

I have been waiting for 55 days for ANY reply. I bought business class to Melbourne and ended up flying economy. Wrote several times, filed a complaint in person. 55 days. No refund, no reply.

I agree, they are the worse!!! Customer service does NOT Exist! It is a disgrace to the country. After 4 weeks, I am still waiting on a reply from customer service.

I have the same experiecne with Etihad airways. I have already booked my tickets for the entire family with them but I guarantee that this is the first and last time I am flying Etihad. Very rude and idiotic people no one wants to help you no matter what happens and how much you cry in front of them. This is a shocking experience for me. I would suggest future flyers to shop other flights and pay $100 extra per ticket but do not fly Emirates.

its the most idiotic airline i experienced
their website is not working properly and you dont get confirmation of you web-bookings
you dont get confirmation of booking, but then you get dupe and double bookings. if you fone office to cancell the dupe they dont help, but send your request to abudhabi,
since 8 weeks nothing happen and etihad bookd for 3 passengers 6 seats and dont car, dont cancell the dupe, dont fone, dont contact you.....they only try to cahrge your credit card, éven when payment was refused they dont care, an airline full of chaotic people
