Hello, my name is Kyle T.,
I shop @ Store #3232. N/E corner of Mill&Southern Ave. TEMPE Az.
I've been a customer for 37yrs. Back when this local was a "SMITTYS". YES, Smithy's. O usually get 7.5 to 8.5 oufbof 10,service and like your stores. However, the pharmacy is also my MAIN supplier of my life giving/Saving meds. 9X out-of ten I receive a smile and a hello. Today. HOWEVER, was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
Mu cashier was DREW. He has weighted on me several times and EBERYONE has had a co flict!!!! While retrieving my meds., i asked Drew to please shred the paper work as I have been. using there meds. For the last 5+yrs. and have plenty copys. He replied yes sir, accept for the drug interactions sheet. I asked, a simple question, "EVEN THOUGH I'VE NEEN THING THEM FOR THE PAST SIX YRS.??,
OH MY GOODNESS, O E MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT I JUST LOCKLED HIM IN THE KNEE CAP.. He BANGED his finger down on the counter and said "ITS THE LAW SIR" Sclldonge as of i were his 5yr. old child. I exclaimed "I haven't received one of these in a long time.
Is this a new practice????
He replied. Nope, ITS THE LAW!!! Again. In a rude and unkind manner.
This young man has treated me rudely before. And I just chalked it up to a bad day.
Well, enough is enough.
I've been letting his poor Behavior slide and this time I'm not going to let it happen I've had enough. Please reprimand this young man I know I'm not the only customer he treats rudely I've seen him talk to other people this way as well very short fuse of this young man maybe he should just fill medicines and not cashier. Or learn how to deal with the public. If he doesn't like it let him go find a new job. Walgreens Walmart CVS and several other pharmacies are closer than the fries is and I could take my business there. I would prefer not to have to do that but if this young man is rude to me again I may have to do that.

Customer service at Fry's Anthem, AZ store have gone completely to hell. It now takes much longer to check out than it does to shop.

I've noticed many times, when Fry's put items on sale. Especially with the use of digital coupons, the prices are usually marked up higher so that you don't really get that "good deal". For instance, a 12 pack of Dos Equis beer was on sale. With a $5 off digital coupon. Well guess what the regular price of that "12" pack was? $21.99!!!!! They were trying to sell it for $16.99!!!! NEVER, NEVER!!! Is a 12 pack of Dos Equis $21.99!!!!!!! Never! Guess what it is this week? Regular price $16.99 with a $3.00 off digital coupon. Priced at $13.99!!! Wow Fry's!!!! YOU GUYS SUCK!!!! Especially during these times!!!!

"4 Gourmet lobster cakes" AWFUL product. Greasy. Expense for what you get. Not tasty. I humbly suggest that Fry's issue me a refund and hope Fry's removes this product from ever being purchased again by anyone.

Ya I'm pretty pist off, I have a reciept and I tried to return what I bought for a friend that was Mia only to be treated like crap and no return. What is the problem with this company.

The app does not work... When i went to pay i explained and was told that they cant adjust it so, either pay full amount or not buy it... My friend went with me and she bought the same strawberries and explained the same situation to her teller and they adjusted it and let her purchase them.. The jumping through hoops with using your card and buying four items to get the dollar off each item and then can't do it with the soda because that's not included in the four items is beyond ridiculous at this point and embarrassing when you're at the till and you don't know whether your teller is going to tell you one thing versus the other teller please get this fixed I'll be at Aldi until you do

I have been waiting 3 week's for a refund from an order that was never delivered. Everytime I call they say another 7-10 business days. Absolutely NO help whatsoever. They have my money AND food but can't seem to get my refund in at all. I am beyond pissed and will probably never go to frys agai

I have never have such horrible experience trying to talk with somebody with Customer Service from Fry's The sofware is not easy to do shooping. I tried to open an account and after trying to talk do different peopole about it. Finally I learned that you can't open an account on your cell phone. It's better to use a computer. The customer service that I got didn't know, either. She sounds very young.
When you try to get customer service you need to listen about 5 minutes from different options...when yuo finally are going to connect you, the waiting time is about from 10 =40 minutes. Their customer service agents are not that nice and they are playing because when you call....they get your name and the phone call is lost. That happen to me several times. Unbeievable that this company Kroger's can put attention to provide great customer service. This message might be go to the garbage. Also, The Fry's that is the closest to me, at nights always the managers are rude and I have seen them not only with me but with others. So, I will try to find another way to purchases. I know they won't care if I don't shop anymore there. This world is going backwords and this big corporations instead training his employees to be kind and nice and provide with customer service they don't really care....money is the thing that they are more interested.

One more thing if people has to wait an average of 10-40 minutes....your music ...is horrible...it should be options no music or different options for music. There are thousand of people withot a job and FRy's don't want to hire more people...for their customer service.....bad....shame on them!

Bought pricy roses today at Prescott Valley Frys. Got home and in putting them in a vase, all the pedals fell off. Yikes! Old!

I have shopped my neighborhood Frys for 7 years. Today is seniors day 10% discount. At self-checkout a red light went on stating, recording in progress. Nobody, No one records my face without my permission!! This is communism! I will not shop Frys anymore!!

Fry's store at 51st Ave/Baseline in Laveen. Fry's water 32 bottle cases was on sale. Out of stock so I requested a rain check for the $1.99 price. Manager refused, saying the sale was still on and I'd have to go back after they restocked, and she didn't know when that would be. SO - I have to keep going back to see if they have some stock? What is a rain check for then? It has always been for when an item is out of stock. I'd like a rain check for 10 cases of the 32-bottle water please.

Now that you require masks, I am forced to do online shopping because I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. May I offer a suggestion? Have a mask free hour maybe once or twice a week? That way your employees who can't wear masks either may work during those times. This is a very sad state of affairs we are masks which are only 2 to 3% effective, are being required of everyone or they can't shop anymore! I feel your business would benefit from giving us, those with medical conditions, the opportunity to shop without harassment and intimidation. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I was at the Fry's at 3421 W Thunderbird road in Phoenix. I was at the self register standing in front of cashier number 500 Joe. He was aware I was there. I said huge ignored me, I said hello and he ignored me and I highered my voice and said excuse m and he made it clear he could not help me. Another employee came in and took me to the item I needed. I let him know that Joe was so rude. I checked out with two separate orders next to Joe. Then low and behold! The little unhappy man that could find notime to help or be kind comes out f the store, not to apologize it to accuse me of not paying for the very item he would not be able to help me with. AID # A0000000980840,TC808D3E6EBDE5628A instead of apologizinghe told me I should have told himi had two separate orders. Great guy right?

Awful experience today at fry's on 107th Ave and Indian School. First I went to buy everything to make lasagna started at 9:30am. When i was gonna start preparing the filling i noticed the ricotta cheese had green spot on the top side when i I opened it then in side as well so i go back to the store to exchange it and i did and bought another one then i went home and began to finish then as i was finishing the last steps to my lasagna i was sprinkling the shredded mozzarella cheese and i spotted green bits of cheese i was shocked first the ricotta and now the mozzarella i just couldn't believe it my whole mornings was ruined and then when i went to fry's store to complain about what happened the manager was nice and gave me a refund for all that i spend to make the lasagna which was 14 bucks and only gave me 15 bucks! for my troubles really 15 bucks! 3 trips to the store cause of your bad product and all the time i spent cause i had to keep coming back to the store to exchange this and that. I have pictures of the molded cheese which i touched with my hands. Walmart is the place to shop for now on i will never give you my buisness again.i been a loyal customer for 20 years but this store is bad always something.

According to Fry's Points, I was informed via the computer that I had 45 points to use or they would expire in three days. I tried to get it and it wouldn't work, so the lady at the gas station said to go to Fry's and explain what happened. I did that, but she said I had to have 100 points to get the points. So, I didn't get the 45 points. My question is "why was I notified that I had 45 points to use if I couldn't use them". Thank you. I would appreciate an answer. Judith L. Edwards

Plano, TX store has employees that have little to no concept of customer service or training in how to even acknowledge the presence of other humans, they are too busy surfing the web or on their cell phones texting and surfing. Morons at the check-out counters, not even sure if there was a store manager, called the customer service number which is a call center and they could not even get anyone to answer the phone at that store location. This store was not crowded or packed with shoppers.

I had purchase a refrigerator from Fry's and the refrigerator turns out to be a lemon I bought a top-of-the-line refrigerator and I'm getting awful customer service my refrigerator been out for the last month and there's no resolution in sight I am so tired of going out to dinner because I cannot put any food in my refrigerator that will stay more than one day this is cost me a lot of money and grief and not to mention the stress on my family

FRY's has been super disappointing. I bought a TV 1 year ago for Thanksgiving and opened a FRY's credit card. I bought the TV since they mentioned that it was interest free for 18 months. I have been making equal installments every month but recently when i checked the statement, they were charging me interest all along. No one to answer in customer service, nor in credit department. This is taking quite a bit of my time and patience. How can i reach the corporate office? Anyone?

I purchased a laptop with extended warranty I tooked back to cry on southwest 59 and west bellfort Houston they told it was the charger I to buy a new one I called dell and it was under Warranty poor customer service they try to Sale me something under Warranty

Plain and simple, the store policies are made up as they go along to fit fry's mgt policy. And of course there is always lying involved, which is what happened to me, I had to explain my entire story to 5 different people over a period of 3 weeks and they still screwed me....SURPRISE!!

Frys at West Bellport is just a waste of time the manager Eddie Ashford is a very rude person and they are just fake pls don't buy anything from frys because if u do and u want to return back u will watse 3 to 4 hrs

I come into frys in anthem everyday. I seem to always get Luz as my cashier as I did this morning. She smelt like liquor on her breath and us ALWAYS VERY RUDE.I will never go to her line again and if she is the only cashier I will go somewhere else. You should train her on how to be nice and save her liquor for after work hours. She is pathetic.

I have spent a lot of money with Frys. I m a part of a Security/Safety Ministry at my church. We use Radios and Ear pieces for communications. I purchased a Radio and Earpiece on Feb 6,2016 for the church. They end up not needing the radio and ear piece. I attempt to take the Radio and Ear piece back for a credit back to my credit card. I was told that I have had them for over 30 days and she could only give me a store credit. I do not want a store credit. Im requesting this be credit back to my credit card. The entire ministry purchase radios from Frys. This was something I did not expected to go thru. The Radio never been open, the ear piece never been open. I also presented the receipt. I,m asking for your help to correct this, Store# 19, 102 East I-20 Arlington, Tx I await your response.

I bought a Cuisinart TOB-135 Deluxe Convection Toaster Oven Broiler, Brushed Stainless online on 3/3/2016. When I checked the order again, it was reported as "Back Ordered". I called them around 3/14, waited on hold for 20 min only to be told it was still back ordered and that it should be shipped later in the week (expecting shipment on Thursday). Called back today 3/24 and after 18 min on hold, was told it was still on back order. When asked to speak with a manager, I was put back on hold for another 25 minutes only to be told by the same CSR that the manager was busy and that he'd move my order to the front of the pack but that he had no idea when it would be shipped . "May be next Thursday or the following Thursday". One of the worst Customer Service I've experienced.
