You have a dealer in Tallassee, Alabama that steals money from customers. I took a Husqvarna model number into the store, and asked for the Husqvarna replacement bag for my push mower. I trusted the personnel to look at a computer and sell me the correct bag. 6 weeks later, they give me a bag that DOES NOT fit, and because it was a "special" order, I have to just forgo the $75.00. I will spend an entire week finding every social media outlet to ruin the reputation of this store. I also would think corporate may want to look at the activities of this store. In this pandemic, every dollar is essential. You have a store here that uses your name to attract customers, then defraud them out of hard to come by money these days. Not a good look for Husqvarna.

Biggest set of crap I've purchased for my landscaping company. 46" zero turn I have had 5 bolts already come out, my back pack blower has all the back tab pieces missing, weed eater the handle spin and broke. For what I paid for the equipment and run my business this is garbage. If would be nice if someone reached out. I'd love to stop lying for this junk.

Gentlemen; I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw in May of last year,2019. I have previously had other brand name saws over the past 30+ years and they have been very durable. When it came time for a new saw I wanted to purchase a Husqvarna because there was quality in the name. Unfortunately this was not the case as I found out. The problem I had with it was the clutch cover assembly developed a chip in the housing preventing me from adjusting the chain. I've never had this problem with any previous saw I've owned. Also it was not covered under warranty, which left me unsatisfied with your product.

I have trying to get a hold of someone for 3 weeks now! No phone call back. I have been spending over an hour each day calling them at 800 487 5951 and nobody answers. I took my 11 month old Mower to get repair which should be under Warranty. Total cost was 832.36. Warranty only paid 346.39. 3 year bumper to bumper Warranty. They need to explain the reason why they only paid the 346.39 for a lawnmower which is only 11 months old....

Bought a 46 inch cut from Lowe's had the mower for 4 years it has a hydrostatic transmission.started leaking oil out from around axle took it to shop told only way to fix it was replace transmission reached out to Husqvarna one responce nothing since will junk mower out but will never buy another Husqvarna product again

I bought a Husky Tractor and bagger new from Lowes. The bagger doesn't fit on the tractor. I called Husky tech support on Saturday as their web site says they have hours until noon EST. They were closed. I sent email with my phone number. They respond within 48 hours. 4 days later.. no response. I called and was on hold over 2 hours. I sent another email. No response. I called and finally talked with someone that was NO help. Told me to take my new tractor to a dealer. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They hung up on me. I guess I will load my tractor up.. and take it back to Lowes and get the John Deer.

Purchased new TS354D riding mower from Lowes in Roseburg Or. This the second mower from the store,first one had Screeching noise as soon as you release the brake.Called store and they sent another one ,same problem soon as the brake is released screeching noise comes back. store does not have a clue? What is going on with this TS354d mower?? Called Diamond Power in Roseburg Husqvarna dealer they said this is a problem with TS354D and they do not carry this model.What is going on

BEWARE! DON'T BUY FROM Husqvarna. Husqvarna has bad products and even worst customer service. Husqvarna warranty is a joke as they don't want to honor it and direct you back to the place you bought it even when it is defective. Husqvarna has the rudest customer service and that includes their Manager a guy name Erik who is a real jerk. I will never buy another Husqvarna product and will talk ever one I know the same include the internet.

I would not buy any husqvarna products they do not care about the customers and the service locations do not do professional work I own 6 zero turn mower and the newer the mower the worst the get with quality and you can't even talk to someone about how terrible the service locations are.

At my request after vacationing in Pa. my husband bought a riding lawnmower from your company. Every time we turn around this has to be taken in to be serviced. Something always breaks. I will never recommend your product to anyone. As I can see you really do not care about your customers since all the comments are not being dealt with, SHAME on you

I bought a 560bts blower.ran good first year this year won't rev up to use.take it to the dealer for warranty they tell me carb is bad from using the wrong fuel.thats b.s.i used what the owners Manuel said.they put a new carb on and wanted 137.00 dollars.they said company rejected claim because of a fuel issue.i told them to put my old carb back on and they said they couldn't find it..the carb is a federal mandated emission part.if it's bad warranty should replace it free.you guys sell your products with warranty but when you need it you blame it on the wrong fuel being used.t hats excuse.if wasn't onwarranty yet I would of taken carb off and cleaned it myself.and see what caused it. I contacted you guys and they calledbrepair shop and they said fuel issue.so he said he had to believe them because they are a authorized dealer.i think you should look at this dealer.seeing that they couldn't find my old carb.i feel they sent it in or are going to make another claim for you guys to pay for it and plus charge me too.the dealer is mimbachs fleet in st.cloud minn. I would look into it I think they are double dipping.they are a bunch ofcrooks.they make your company look bad

I have a zero turn mower just 2months past the three year mark, but the Deck has a 10 year warranty on the deck is the main reason I choose this mower, the stainless steel piece on the front of the deck broke off and got twisted up with the blades, knocking a hole in the deck, and they say it's my fault,bull:::: I didn't put it there they did,and I'm told it will cost 500 plus dollars to replace it.love the mower but when it's time to show,they don't give a rats azz.

When Husqvarna mower frame failed under warranty, Husqvarna denied claim, they say, due to impact and abuse. They will not let you talk directly with anyone who is behind denying the claim - they just stonewall. Impossible to get a hearing. Lowes Extended Protection Plan is even more worthless. Never shop at Lowes again or purchase a Husqvarna product.

Worse mower I ever owned in less than a year had to replace both spindle assembly of course new ones comes with grease fittings no fittings on factory ones no y cause they can't make money if they build them where you can do maintenance on them

I Bought a Husqvarna 3 in 1 mulching walk behind mower in may 2019 . BAD mistake it leaves trails of grass everywere . I called customer service twice [ joke] didnt help at all . I would like a correct ansewer since I cannot return mower Ithought Husqvarna was the best i certently paid enough. I will never buy a huswqvara again my little MTD i bought at menards for 100.00 dollars does a better job . Im disapointed and discusted.

I own 24v48 husqvarna mower 960450052. bought 5/20/2016,now in shop for transmission..it has blown a seal in the "plastic transmission"..no seal kit available..going to cost over 600.00 to replace transmission...which will take over a week to receive cause no one has one in stock..live on limited income of 1000.00 per month...was a waste of money to purchase this machine....my last mower was a scotts purchased at home depot in 1997,just retired it in 2016...not going with your machine again

I sent several emails regarding the functionality of my 24v48 Husqvarna riding lawn mower. Product 960450052 serial number 040716A018219. I have a little over 80 hours on it and it has been in the shop three times for its transmission. I found it has a plastic transmission which is substandard which makes the product not fit for a particular purpose which is a warranty implied by law by evidenced for me having to bring it to the shop to get fixed. The shop owner says his sales rep knows this product isn't any good but doesn't offer anything up. I would like you to pick up this machine and give a substantial credit toward another machine with a metal transmission. Please call me. I would like to talk about this with someone.

I purchased a Snow Blower ST227P from lowes 2 years ago and have used it less than 5 times. The machine has been stored in my garage and taken care of.
This machine is terrible. The cables would freeze and the system that raises and lowers the chute with a spring is very cheap.
Now, the wheels will not turn. The machine needed to be dragged up the driveway. I was alone slipped an fell (Kind of comical actually) and hurt my back.
I called Husqvarna and they basically told me at least I have a shovel.
Terrible product and terrible customer service.

Purchased a Viking, Sapphire 930 1 year ago. Had nothing but problems,thread will not cut.( new blade) Top thread gets stuck in bobbin case, then I have 3 threads coming up out of bottom. Material binds up from top thread pulling underneath. DOES NOT WANT TO SEW 2 COTTON SEAMS TOGETHER, EVEN ON WOVEN HEAVY. DOES NOT WANT TO START A SEAM, JUST SEWS IN ONE SPOT. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS MACHINE, CAUSE I TRUSTED HUSQVARNA BRAND, it looks impressive, BUT

I purchased a new mower on May 4 of this year. In less than 10 uses, I have had issues with drive belt 3 times and now having problems with transmission. It is going out for repair for a second time in the last week. What is Husqvarnas policy on replacing a defective mower? I totally feel as if I have purchased a complete lemon. How do I contact someone in their corporate office to hopefully get resolution beyond the escalation department'.

Bought Husqvarna hand held blower.went wrong under warranty. It is only a £200 machine. It has been with local dealer 7 weeks now. Replaced carb. Coil.ig option unit.had to get a machine in to check crankshaft seals. Still not working.how can this be cost effective.i still have no machine and they must have paid local dealer with Labour and parts nearly £1000. Can't believe it.what a poor show
