So far so good. I got a great price on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid without a lot of haggling. There was an engine alert, so I called them. I brought the car in, they gave me a loaner and called me an hour or so later telling me it was fixed. No problems since.

I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Sonata three plus years ago and it's been the most dependable car I've ever owned. Recently, my car wouldn't start and I called Road Side Assistance. They came and jumped my car and I went to my dealership in Washington,Pa. and they immediately installed a new battery. Washington Auto Mall Hyundai has the best service and has always taken great care of my car. I was floored by all the negative comments. My purpose for writing is to ask the design team to please add a color to their car selections. In about a year I want to purchase a new Sonata that is the "Ivory" color that I see on Chryslers and Lincolns. Also, I want the choice of burgundy interior. My 2009 has great standard features. One thing I would like to have on my next car is a thermometer that tells the outside temp. Please consider my request for a new color. Everyone offers plain white. The new white is IVORY. Thank you. After reading all the bad comments about Hyundai...I purchaced a Sonata last year and as I drove home with my brand new shiny black car the sun was in my eyes and I noticed that the windscreen glass had water mark on it. On getting home I checked the total body and it also has severe water marks that would not come off. I phoned the dealer immediately and took the car back to them. They inspected the car , got a second opinion, contacted regional Hyundai. and thereafter they replaced the car. Now that is what I call service. Perhaps people living and working in small countries have more sense of service than the places that have large numbers.

I was reading all the comments about Hyundai car and dealers and there customer service ,but so far so good I don't have any bad experience to hyundai,we purchased 2009 Hyundai Elentra three years ago and I don't have any problem with my car its work fine.The quakertown Hyundai store they have excelent customer service especially to the service department assistant manager Mike he is excellent if you talking about dealing with the customer.We actually thinking buy another car to Hyundai. Sometimes its defend the location. so if you near in Quakertown and thinking about buying Hyundai go to Hyundai ciocca Quakertown.

On 2/21/2012 at 4:45pm, I submitted a complaint to this forum. I'm writing to say that Hyundai Corporate got a hold of me (I wrote to the President) and we took the Sonata back to the dealership and they repaired our car. So, I'm very pleased that they listened and responded. Our car (for the moment anyway) runs like a champ! Much happier.

i have a ripping experience and to complain just does not help i want action my complaint is when i purchased the Tucson - new i was told by the sales person that i would only pay for brakes and wipers everything else was free for 150,000kms. after the 60.000kms service we were told that 150,000kms was only a factory warranty not a service plan and that the service plan had expired. my wife then made contact with east rand branch and took out a extended plan now after the 75,000 service she asked why the cam belt was not done, they informed her that it only happens at 90,000 she then had to tell them that it is 3 yrs or 90 which ever is first. the belt was then rebooked and changed the reason for my dissapointment is that certain items are suddendly not covered and she had to find money after being promised that everything is covered to pay. i listen to the radio and all i hear is that hyndia has the best warranties, this is false advertising and if this matter is not resolved i will take all the facts to the media and then we will see how it influences the new buyers descion before the purchase is made, these cars are not cheap and to be taken on every bend is not pleasant. your response will be appreciated - steve 0835648610

I own a santro 2005 model and is being serviced on a 10k frequency from Hankook Service Center in Noida.

1. It still gives me 14km avg in city as Delhi-NCR
2. I got it simplified with my clutch wire replacement whereas other garage owner(s) wanted to change the whole set.

PS - Besides normal replacements I usually check 2 other garages than the service center and always found the Hankook guys trustworthy.

Good service ! Highly recommended and keep it up. Only -ve is that their credit card machine is most of the time not working and someone accompanies me to the nearest ATM :)

I recently had a front end problem with my 2007 Elantra. I took it to Korum in Puyallup, WA. I was treated with kindness and respect. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend a Hyundai vehicle for reliability and definitely for customer service.

If you dont believe the "Bait and Switch is alive and well go to Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg, IL. Even the GM's word cant be trusted. They told me they could get a car, quoted me price and then when I was ready to buy the vehicle they could not get the exact on but had a more expensive model to sell me. Salesman Derek, tried to bully me once the deal could not be honored. Terrible experience - wasted my time - wish they could have been honest. Will buy the vehicle elsewhere.

had to take my Elantra in, after I had to get a tow. From beginning to end the process was very simple. THey towed my car, got me a rental, and when I picked my car up it was shiny new, they washed it for me inside and out, Fantastic job!

I am a first-time Hyundai customer. Bought a 2011 Sonata (Limited) and I find it great. Here is my wish list for further enhancement of the vehicle:

1) Blind spot alert (Standard)

2) Vehicle front distance guard (optional)

3) Reverse alert (an alarm when the vehicle in reverse gear comes within a specified distance. Better still, the vehicle comes to a stop)(Optional)

4)Internet connectivity

5)DVD player
