The IHOP in Siloam Springs AR has poor management. February 14, 2022 we arrived 6:00 am for my granddaughter's 12th birthday before school. We were the first to arrive but had to get a to-go box for her food so she could eat on the way to school at 7:40. They were packed with customers but we should have received our's food first. I complained to someone and they said they had to take care of everyone else. I told her we were the first to arrive... she argued with me. I was hoping it had changed but we went last week with a group of 8 (family). There were just a few customers in there but had to wait a long time to get our food. We Loved IHOP ( great food) in Rogers AR (30 minute drive) and we were excited it came to Siloam Springs. We are disappointed in them.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to my local IHop in Colorado Springs on Platt Ave,my order of and egg white omelet with grilled salmon as my meat of choice,came to my table with a greasy omelet only,no salmon,after asking the server,whose english unfortunately I could barely understand about the salmon,another server came over minutes later,and informed me,that the server didn't understand me;needless to say I cancelled the order,and reluctantly suffered through 1/2 of my greasy egg white omelet,IHop is not the same as I remember years ago which was my last visit

Store 3615 - Check 53669035 - dirty location, waitress gave poor service, after taking my order she brought half our food, had to caught her to ask for the rest of my food. She also had another table upset at the same time. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
N0 senior discount given after request.

Paid higher prices for the food based on other locations. BAD NEWS FOR IHOP!!!!!

Will NOT return>. THANK YOU

IHOP has been a favorite of ours for a long time but for the past few years ,it hasn't t, the food is good but the establishment are cold and so is the food, I believe changes could easily be taken care of from the customers not the staff, re temperatures from the air conditioners

Watch out for supervisor JERRY when calling customer service. He's very contradicting, and doesn't seem honest in any of his statements of feedback . I advise to simply hang up if they transfer you to him. Worse customer service, it's beyond me how this man is a supervisor. My practice and I will no longer dine with IHOP because of him.

Please check on the iHop in Pleasanton Tx. It is terrible and literally falling apart. Service and food is so bad. Read the Yelp reviews. They have a generous 2star rating.

We came to IHOP near Baltimore National aquarium with a kid during lunch time and the waitime to get the table was told was around 20 min as informed by the receptionist. We were asked to sit in a table but no one turned to our table for 55 min literally. My son started crying coz of hunger and the staff here behaved as if they don't have anything to do with people waiting sitting in the table to order food. They had no empathy whatsoever. I had enough of waiting and spoke to the receptionist and she told it's not servers but the kitchen problem. After 55 min someone took order and again didn't turn around for next 25 min, I with a baby had no option to either leave or wait with useless IHOP. finally they came with food 45 min and that too came with short stack where as we ordered full stacks. IHOP is the worse!

We went to the Ihop in Mays Landing, NJ. My friend ordered the $5 all you can eat pancakes, coffee and milk. The coffee, for both of us was $3.50 per cup. I had the 55 and over special. The glass of milk was over $4. Could not believe the bill was over $25.. for two senior adults

We ate bk at an ihop in Missoula, Montana on 8/20/23. The "host" asked if we wanted booth or table, my hsb indicated table. He put us at a table near the bathroom. The entire section was empty so not like he couldn't have put us further from the bathroom. While my hsb was using the restroom I asked to move to a table with chair on one side and bench seat on other. He put us at a table right next to bathroom door. I told him I did not like being right next to bathrooms. He indicated their bathrooms were clean, I told him that was not my concern, just did not like it. He than rudely indicated I could move to the next table but he didn't like to sit guests at other staffs table. I then told him to forget it but truly should have left. He took our orders, brought coffee and our food. My hsb asked for water, he brought just my hsb water. He did not return after bringing food. We finished the food , waited for him to bring bill but he did not. Finally got up and waited til he came to check us out. We left no tip but should have left a penny so he realized we do tip just not for rude and very poor service.

Arrived at our local IHOP in Georgetown Tx.at 10am. We finally received our food at 11:15!! Waited 25 minutes before I got someone's attention to place our order. Then another half hour before our food arrived. Very disappointed.

Store 2044 in Evans ,Ga At opening time at 7 am this restaurant was absolutely filthy . Unmapped filthy floors and trash everywhere and I did not go past the front desk. This place was disgusting.

We went to eat at the Las Vegas one on rainbow and spring mountain. Very empty on a Friday night . At 6pm. Now I no why. Kids eat free. Was why we went . But I guess we ordered from the wrong menu?? What ? Never again. First she acted like she never heard of that. After I pulled my phone out she was like u ordered from the wrong menu . I had 5 kids . Two under 3 years . Never again.service was ok .food was ok .

Stopped at IHOP in Kokomo, Indiana for a late brunch on Thursday, Aug 17 a little after 3 pm. There was 1 car at the back of the restaurant, no other cars in the lot. The doors were open and we went in. After a few minutes of no one coming to seat us, my husband and I both asked out loud if any one was there, and got no answer. So we left. The restaurant says it is open 24/7, but no service means you are not serving meals. Also, hope no one with bad intentions goes in. With no one watching the front a lot of damage and robbery could occur!

I went to the IHOP in Richmond Kentucky this morning. They posted a sign that they were short staffed and there were about eight people waiting in the lobby. The restaurant was not full at all because I saw plenty of empty tables. The issue I had, was that nobody was acknowledging the people that walked in, and gave their party size. I simple just stood there for 5 minutes before I decided to just write my name down on their waiting list. Now being so short handed isn't that bad of an issue, but it reflected poorly on the place. I then began to question the quality of their work and if my food would even be cooked good enough. If they're that short staff then what kind of meal am I going to get. I waited for another ten minutes and I just felt that I wasn't going to get the quality food that I was expecting, and left.

I recently visited IHOP #0574 in Christiansburg,VA. It was a return visit but I will not be going back.
Several reasons for this, first, our waitress left us because her shift ended. When I flagged down another waitress and asked her if she knew where our waitress was (Lelona) name on our ticket, she said, her shift was over so she went home !!! We had not received our order and it had been a very long time since we ordered. So I asked that waitress to please check on our order. Since I had stood up as she went to the kitchen counter to check, I could see two plates sitting there. That waitress came back to our booth to say the order was almost ready. She then walked over to the counter to pick up the two places and bring them to us. My girl friend ordered The protein pancakes with bacon, pancakes were not very hot but the bacon was not fully cooked and cold.
I ordered the T Bone steak, cooked medium, with 3 eggs over easy and pancakes and home fries. The waitress only brought the steak, not cooked as ordered, warm, not hot and my eggs. No pancakes or home fries. Since it wasn't the waitress that took our order she had no idea what I had ordered, she just brought what the cook had put on the counter earlier. So, I had to tell her my order was not complete so she went back to the kitchen counter to tell the cook and he told her it wasn't ready and when she finally did bring the rest of my order I was about half finished with what she brought earlier. Later I had to ask another waitress for more coffee and boxes to go. Very poor visit all the way around, we will not be back.

Today we visited IHOP on Laurel Canyon in North Hollywood for I don't know how many times we've been there. Every time we go visit to have breakfast lunch or dinner we always ask the manager turn off the beeping sound from the entry door which is quite annoying. Our visit today wasn't as pleasant in as much as we wanted to stay and eat the beeping sound is quite annoying that it hurts the ear And the waitress just said "oh we cannot turn it off. Nobody can turn the beeping sound off" so we decided to leave. That's not quite a good environment to be dealing with specially for people with hearing problems since I'm wearing hearing aids which that is more annoying to me than somebody who doesn't wear a hearing aid, or is already getting annoyed with it. We went to another iHop where we don't hear any beeping sound every minute l. I wonder what's wrong with the one on Laurel Canyon in North Hollywood because that restaurant is not that old. Please send me a response on this matter.

I placed an order online and paid for it. I get to the ihop to see they are closed. I will be seeking a refund and will never return to this location again.

This review is for the restaurant at 1213 North West Road, Jackson, Mi.
We stopped at IHop to try the restaurant. Pasted up better choices but didn't know that the food at IHop is so bad.
The waitress took our order quicky but it didn't come for almost 45 minutes. The coffee was very bitter. Asked if that was normal. The waitress said she didn't know so we asked for a fresh pot. The "fresh" pot had the same strong bitter taste. The country fried steak was bland and hard as rock. The pancakes and eggs were fine. Why would it take that long to make such a simple meal?
The young man that took us to our table was very friendly.
The waitress was friendly enough but after bringing the "fresh" coffee we never saw her again till she brought us the check.
The woman that checked us out was probably the manager as I saw her walking around making sure things were ok. She asked us how things were and we told her that the food was the "worst we've ever had" and she found that funny because she laughed and told us to come again. We laughed at that because we will never opt for another IHop.
So, in summary, visit this location for friendly staff but stay away if you don't have time to wait or you want anything other than pancakes or eggs.

I visited your establishment today in Allentown PA. We ordered eggs Beni and crapes. It was really clear that you use a butter sub which tasted rancid and Terriible. I had just told my wife that IHOP does a pretty good job as she is not from US. It was clear you use some sort of oil substitute..... I will never return to your establishment. Why do you cut cost at the risk of health....nope we will never return. US companies should head the warning of garbage food! Who are the inept suits who think this is a good idea? And seriously you screen profanity?? Even more reasons to run from your buisiness! I am upset and you don't care! It's ok, never again!

They sat me down at a table that was discussing the silverware stuck to the table. There were huge stacks of dishes all around us and it took over 20min to get them taken care of. They handed me a menu that I apparently couldn't order from, and they were sticky. I have a serious medical problem that makes me susceptible to bacteria. I have never been to a dirtier IHOP in my life

Very very dissatisfied with the customer service at the ihop restaurant on town ridge road in Toledo Ohio walk in at 5:30 AM open 24 hours we sat there for Uber an hour and never got our food they brought us our coffee and our hot chocolate and never came back a while they continue to do take out orders and still never came back and said nothing about our food we had to get up and walk out could not get the waitress's attention it was absolutely terrible service there was nobody else in there but us too She couldn't even speak a word.

Cookeville Ihop is the worst There on Saturday 7-8-23. They have no clue as to whatz gpung on. The si called manager there today. glasses and mid length hair. Rudest person ever. Thst store should be clised down for good

Your waitress at your Oakley IHOP is ridiculous we only got half of our order at once she was rude and did not wait on us like she should of (would not bring us a To go box or our check asked for another drink did not get it). This is the second time that I have had crappy service at this location. It will be a while be for I go back to any of your restaurants. I am getting tired of going in there and getting the service we received every time. You really need to get better employees that treat your customers better. Hello, today at the newly opened location in Fond du lac, Wisconsin. for the most part it was good, but when we received out food it was not even really hot. place was not that busy, food was good. not sure if you use warmers, i had the grilled chicken, green and yellow beans and mashed potatoes, butter would not melt on either the bean or potatoes, either the warmers need to be turned up, or the food must go out when it is ready, my friend had the omelet, his also was just warm, not hot, but said it tasted good, just wished it was hot. same with me. i would give the place 7.5 out of 10, we will try it a few more times down the line to see if improvements are made
