went to ihop on june 24th 2023 in wilmington NC and i stood there for 20 min before they came and take my order... All my food wasnt in my bag when i got home...Call them to let them know never got answer so that mean i had to go elsewhere to get my grandson somthing else to eat and yes i was mad azz hell....!!!!
I just came out of your ihop in Silverdale WA. I am disgusted by the level of quality that is being served there. I had cold coffee uncooked hash browns and asked for over med eggs. I got slime eggs. Nothing in the meal would make me ever what to go back there. I told the lady as I left the place that was the worst breakfast ever. All $25 of it. She told me they would try better next time. I left and called the store and spoke with the manager. He told me he would have words and didn't even say I'm sorry or anything to that effect. Just that they would do better next time. There will not be a next time.
Sunday June 11, 2023 three of us went to the IHOP on Kukendahl near 99 in Houston at 2:45 thinking that because it was after the lunch hour we would be able to get in and served fairly quickly. When we arrived there was no one at the register and looking around I could see that 4 tables were occupied. Then we saw a waitress standing against a column I got her attention and she said you'll have to wait, we'd been there 6-7 minutes at that point. We waited another 10 minutes but no one came. We were totally ignored. We usually go to the one on I-45. I would never recommend this one.
1. There was no hostess, I and another couple were standing by the front door for about 8 minutes. 2. The waitress who took my order did not repeat the order to me. I ordered fried potatoes and got hash browns. It should be mandatory that waiters/waitresses have to repeat a customer order.
IHOP in Thomasville GA has employees serving food with no gloves or hairnets. This one employee was adding Mayonnaise to single serve containers and had no gloves on was using her fingers to push it in the cups. How disgusting it was to watch this. All the employee were waiting ito serve the customer's were in the same small area with their hair hanging over the food. Wearing no gloves or hats or hair coverings is disgusting to watch flinging fingers and hair everywhere.
Went there to eat breakfast. I Hop is not it used to be back then. I didn't eat the bacon. It was so gross and greasy and wasn't fully cooked to a crisp the way they used to serve it.The pancakes with strawberries wasn't all that like they used to be back then. And that white topping didn't look like cool whip topping. I didn't like the coffee it was so strong tasted horrible. And I feel that I spent 20.00 for sloppy food. Next time I will go to The Dixie Peg they are 3 times BETTER than I Hop or Denny's.The hash browns were not even crisp on top just a small portion and they didn't fully cook. And I waited like 30 minutes for them to bring me my food. Not going there again.
On Sunday, May 28, 2023, around 1:30 am, I visited IHOP # 2073, located at 6171 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.
I suffer from anxiety and epilepsy. I have a service animal that is trained to remind me about taking my medications, he is able to locate my medications, and also he alerts me about my seizures.
I brought my service animal and showed the documentation. The server (Male) reviewed my documentation and told me that I could not stay with my dog there. I kindly ask him to bring the manager on duty and he told me that he was not a child to receive orders from me. He started arguing and became aggressive to the point that other employees from IHOP got involved.
Another employee came over, tried to assist and asked him to leave and he refused. He continued arguing and yelling for no reason. I started recording the altercation to protect myself and have evidence about what was going on and he jumped on me to start a fight.
I tried to call 911 but I had no signal at the restaurant.
During my visit to IHOP, I lost my appetite, I felt myself in danger, and I had a panic attack. After I left IHOP, I went straight to the emergency room to be treated.
I have videos, pictures, and a medical bill that needs to be paid by IHOP.
I am writing a complaint against ihop on Mockingbird near I35 in Dallas, TX. I went there on May 24th around 11:30am and there no customers waiting to be seated, I was the only person standing at the counter. No one acknowledged my presence at all, there was a wait staff with her back to me getting plates together at a couple of cooks in the kitchen facing me still no one acknowledged me. After awhile someone came up to ring up a ticket and he didn't acknowledge me, didn't say a word just continued doing whatever he came to do. A customer came up to talk with him about something almost stepping on me, I had a conversation with her then continued doing whatever he was doing. I thought about asking if I could be waited on but instead I chose to take my business elsewhere. I figured they had all the money they needed that day and didn't want nor deserve mine so in left and went to another eatery down the street that at least acknowledged my presence and I enjoyed my meal. NEVER will I go there again....
May 24,2023 Breakfast at IHOP,4000 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, Lafayette, LA 70503. My husband and I stopped by the IHOP mentioned above to have an early breakfast. He absolutely loves the IHOP crepes. We were seated and served a delicious breakfast by the most pleasant and welcoming IHOP employee we have ever met,her name is Sky. She made our morning a joy. Her sunny personality together with her stellar service made a lasting impression on us. We will be sure to ask for her on our return trip there.
I was at the Russellville, Arkansas IHOP to try their Eggs Benedict, due to the advertising on TV. The dish was terrible, asked for eggs to be soft came out cooked solid, the Canadian bacon was some mystery meat thinly shaved and tough. The English, muffin was old and so stale the knife could not cut it, the eggs looked to be Grade Small, and the Holiday sauce was bland and very little compared to the add showing the dish covered in Holiday sauce. Great Service. But this dish was terrible even though this is now on a national add campaign.
The Hispanic female server was automatically impatient, judgmental and unprofessional when I inquired about changing pancakes to waffles and requesting thoroughly cooked hash browns and pink medium steak tips. The order I received was wrong and I explained why: half cooked hashbrowns, pancakes instead of French Toast, and overly cooked steak tips. She brought out a second plate, I said thank you so much I know you are not the cook so I appreciate you bringing me another meal. She silently dropped the plate and walked away. She never followed up on how the meal was. She later presented me with a review of a $30 bill. As she chatted with other associates and served other customers I waited over 20 minutes for my check. Eventually, I told her calmly that I wasn't going to pay for anything because my order was wrong 2 times in a row, I was unable to eat Mothers Day meal with my daughter due to the meals being brought out 20 minutes apart due to food being inaccurate two times in a row and also considering I waited twenty minutes for my check while I watched her chat away with coworkers. She dashed after me to my vehicle, slammed her hands into my vehicle it, and said "this is why we don't serve your kind here."

Early this morning on my way home from a funeral in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My wife and I spotted an IHOP restaurant open in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I thought the place was closed, as the time was about 7:30am. I have never had such a bad meal from any IHOP restaurant. My eggs were terrible, my hash browns were not fully cooked , my sausage was only warm, and my coffee was old tasting!
Extremely displeased with Market st ihop in Wilmington NC. We sat down & ordered directly behind the table next to us but they received their food & finished eating & left 15-20 mins b4 we even received our food. Waiter never even acknowledged the fact that we weren't eating yet or what the hold up was on our food. It wasn't until I asked that we were even acknowledged. The server I asked was not our waiter. The server I asked was Extremely apologetic & went to find out the hold up, at that point we'd been there 45 mins , found out another server had taken our food & our server didn't even know or inquire. We attempted to cancel the order & leave but Julia stopped us & expressed her sincere apologies & urged us to stay, that she would get the manager to comp our ticket. Once we FINALLY received our food, over an hour after ordering, the manager FINALLY came over & offered to (dicount) our ticket. I said then you can keep the food we'll go down the st. Needless to say our ticket was comped & we tipped Julia instead of our waiter. I'm a server & I've been a manager as well. I know that they handled this horribly & I would only go back if Julia was our server.
Hello- my husband and I stopped to have breakfast for an early dinner this afternoon. We were seated around 4:00. The restaurant was empty except for one table. We waited several minutes for someone to show up and seat us. We ordered and it took over 20-30 minutes to receive our food. My coffee was empty for most of the wait. My husbands iced tea was just about gone as well. No one checked on us or checked if everything came out alright. I was highly disappointed with the service and don't think we will make the same mistake.
We went to IHOP for lunch today and it was horrible! We waited twenty minutes just to get a table then another fifteen before we able to finally order something to drink. The place was very understaffed , two workers in the whole place. And you could tell they were being ran to death. It took way to long to even get out order put in . Everything was terrible . Hire more staff. If you are in a hurry don't go to Dade City IHOP for lunch
Cook was a mother fuggin boss! Great food!!! But literally every thing else was horrible! Worse service I've had in a very long time! Had to wait forever to be seated with only 2 tables! Waited way too long to take our order, and waited even longer for a waitress to pay to leave! With people also waiting to seat. Then waitress comes out talking about drugs!
