I purchased a Jeep Compass Limited 4x4 2022 since the second day It was having issues with the radio I was told it was because of the U-connect application. Every time I drive for about 2 hours the volume starts to lower down until there is no volume or sound at all. The dealer already switch the Rea dio twice and the same problem continues. I have to be doing payments to a car that I don't have with me because it has been back at the dealer. What can I do or who can assist me ??? They told me they can exchange the truck but I'm not willing to pay extra $$ for another car or model I don't like.

very long wait times on phone, not able to give any time frame when vehicle could be fixed. Told me the part would be available in ONE YEAR.!!! NO SOLUTION OFFERED.

I have a 2018 6 speed Jeep that had a clutch explosion following both recalls. Jeep has not helped me at all Jeep does not care. I am out of vehicle the damages were $13,000 because the explosion was so severe. I now know of several people this occurred to low mileage clutches do not explode. They don't know mechanic that I have spoke to has ever heard of this happening from so-called wear and tear.

You all are well aware that the six speed Jeep clutch is faulty and I hope to God nobody dies when their clutch explodes like mine did.

I just wish somebody a jeep would take responsibility or take the blame for having faulty equipment and stating that a recall fixed it.

I will continue to tell everybody I know on every social media that I can possibly get on what happened to me and I am banding together with others because it has happened to others.

I've had a horrible experience as well... FCA S*CKs SH*+...yes I text that in ALL CAPS no less... JEEP DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY OR THEIR WORD. Maybe it's time WE FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR BUILDING CARS THAT ARE UNRELIABLE. All Jeep cares about it their bottom line. What about my bottom line, I have to make payments on a vehicle that doesn't run and I have to figure out ways to get to work- I have two jobs and no time for bullspit. Thank God I'm not a mental case and have a conscience bc this company and their lack of regard for the money and hard work I put in to buy their piece of crap product has pi55ed me off beyond words. FCA is a wanky azz joke...they allow the service center to alter warranties to fit their narrative regardless of whether or not it is written in BLACK AND WHITE. How can these pieces of sh*+ even get away with or continue to get away with their crappy service and customer "care" WHAT A BUNCH OF PANTY WASTING FRAUDS !

I guess I should be grateful after reading other comments but I'm so frustrated!! I bought a brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee that I am still paying on and my radio screen has separated from the unit. This has caused skipping, the navigation to just pop on giving me directions where I am not going , and dropping calls. If I need 911 or am in an accident I will not be able to use. There is no reason this is happening and to charge 1200.00 to replace!!! I totally loved my jeep until now and would not recommend them to anyone. Why aren't they addressing these issues and I truly question if anyone reads these.

I'm very unhappy with how I've been treated at Jenkins in Homosassa, Fl. In 4 months I bought 2 Jeep's. Paid cash for both. I spent over 120,000 in 4 month!! The second Jeep I took back to dealership after 2 days to make an appointment because one of the running lights did not work and also had a strong smell of gas. When I finally got an appointment I was back in Illinois so had to go to different Jeep dealership. Tyson in Shorewood, very nice people. They told me that a rodent chewed through the gas line. I called Jenkins and the manager agreed to reimburse me after I paid the other dealership which was fine. It has been 3 weeks since, I have not received my reimbursement and when I call the manager Matthew Wilson is always busy, I leave a message and also emailed him and get no response. Very displeased with the way I'm being disregarded.

My car went in to service at Big O Dodge after the transmissions blew at 64k miles. As you can imagine it was unexpected and very disappointing as my car has low miles, has been well cared for, and still looks as it did when it came off the lot - the only wear & tear comes from the mess involved in raising 2 young boys ! After this disappointment, we swore we'd never own another Jeep, until we called the dealership and spoke with our service technician, Roger. He was efficient and helpful and his desire to get us back in our car as soon as possible considering the industry shortages seemed evident. Our transmission was replaced and we are so thankful our jeep, purchased in 2018 with 20k, was a CPO and therefore covered by an extended warranty. We could afford that vacation we had planned for the week of pickup, after all !! Unfortunately, my good news stopped there. While on vacation, the service mgr called to tell us that our jeep was in an accident during the 2nd test drive (?) the previous evening. We heard "it was just an accident" & "accidents happen" so many times that it was maddening ! With few details & no pictures we were unsure what to expect but he assured us that he would be in contact again soon with pictures and more information. Lies.

The car, unable to be driven, was for some reason towed to an impound lot instead of back to the dealership ?? The manager was calling because he needed us to go to the lot to sign a release for the dealership to pick up the car. After some back & forth the car was released to the dealership by digital authorization.

After this we just went back & forth. There was not a call that we didn't initiate or a promise that wasn't broken. We didn't ask for a lot. Just for follow up and help finding a new car. After we could not order one due to availability- they were done with us and ready to move on to the next victim. We were told that used cars weren't selling so my trade in was valued low however when trying to buy a used car - we could not make a deal over 3k off sticker because used cars are hot right now ! This is a prime example of no one at the dealership being on the same page. The ppl that use this dealership come to them for the product the love not the service that continually disappoints. After sharing my story on social media sites, I have heard so many horror stories and not one positive comment - other than our own experience with Roger.

As requested, we were given copies of the paperwork they had concerning my car. We never received pictures.

Bought my 2020 wrangler and under 24000 and 1 and a half years started spewing water ! Couldn't get help from dealerships or corporate even though I was well within my bumper to bumper warranty! Took 2 and a half weeks to get it looked at and had to walk to work while making a 575 dollar a month payment and couldn't even get a return call from corporate and the dealership would send me to voicemail! By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2018 and it needs a engine already. I have 70,000 miles on it and now it's out of factory warranty. I just can't believe with Jeep reputation, I need a engine. I brought the Jeep cash in 2020 after my mother passed because we rented one for travel and I loved it. I heard great things about Jeep and now this. Im disabled and in a fixed income. Do you all have any discounted engines and a more reasonable price for installation. We were first told it's just a small leak now we are told we need a &9000 engine repair job. I wonder if you guys had any recall defects in the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited?

I was disappointed to hear the swearing in your commercial on TV. We try to raise our children that swearing is bad, they shouldn't talk like that. Please reconsider that commercial. Be an example

Is it really necessary to use foul language in your TV commercials? You may think it makes your company seem cooler and more "in touch", but it doesn't! It's just ridiculous! Very disappointed!

Very very disappointed with Jeep and I am thinking about using the Lemon law for my Jeep. I drove my jeep from Co to Florida, during this trip my car broke down on the side of the highway (very dangerous as I was traveling at a high rate of speed). I had my car towed twice as the Jeep was not open and the car could not be left there. Once It go to Jeep in Jasper Alabama I was told there was "nothing wrong with the SUV". The truck did not feel right the rest of the ride I felt extremely unsafe but had no choice but to drive as I would have been stuck in Alabama., Once I arrived in Florida I called Jeep of Venice Florida. It took them over a month for me to get an appointment (even though I explained I had been broken down and felt unsafe driving the car they told me this was the best they can do). The car was brought in Feb 22nd as of today I still DO NOT HAVE MY CAR back. I have been put in a Toyota corolla (certainly not with the $410 dollar car payment I have been making) as a loaner. They have replaced many things......this week it is the transmission.........How would you feel driving around in a car that they are not sure is fixed or not??? Please advise if FCA can help me or if I need to go ahead and hire a lawyer and enact the lemon law!!!

After years waiting for jeep to come with a pickup last year finally pulled the trigger and bought a gladiator rubicon with a manual transmission ! IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE EVER SINCE !!!!! After 1 month had to take it back due to starting issues every morning it would take 10 min to start plus auto start error code took it to dealer , a month later finally got it back ! well not even 2 months later back to dealer with same problem plus now with a leak from rear Dif !! Well that was fun dealer told me maybe maybe I'll have truck in 2 months . Got it back drove good and winter comes first cold morning back to the starting shuffle , used a small ceramic heater see if that would help no dice . the start and stop started acting up again and now when you drive at highway speeds is the truck floats for whatever reason traction control engages yet that is fun when it does on dry pavement
oh I forgot if I stall it in traffic have to shut if off wait then pray it starts at first try
a complete nightmare
Dealer I bought it from call leave message nothing 2 other dealers by me at least one month wait to bring its it to be looked at meanwhile they'll gladly take it in has a trade in
jeep yu dropped the ball monumentally after owning jeeps for 20 years no more

My 2021 Jeep had its windshield shattered in November 2021. Five months later I am still waiting for a replacement. Despite repeated attempts to contact Jeep, no one responds. Horrible experience.

Run!!!! Jeep service center are the biggest ripoffs. Over charge. The jack up the price 3 times the amount it should be. They say it's because they are professional Jeep mechanic. Lieeeesss!!! Still didn't fix the problem. They are extremely nice employees. I don't know how they get there prices. Bleed brakes $300 change speed sensors part 69.00 labor $500. It take 10 min to change. Brake booster and master cylinder 2,200. Then the service manager says we will lower the cost for you to 1,200. Which is the price most dealership charge. Scammmmmm

I had to go out and buy a heavy duty track bar. Just had it put on yesterday. Also I took it to the dealership once then just recently talked to a manager and they said it will help to put on bigger tires. Really, I just spent $40,000 on a brand new Jeep. I bought a Sport and the tires suck in the snow !! I had a doctors appointment and I had to cancel it because my jeep was all over the road. This is my 4th Jeep I have owned and never buy another one.

this morning i brought my 2013 Jeep Wangler to the Slidell dealership because after replacing my tire air pressure sensors the light remained on to see if they needed calibrating. The gentleman at the service desk went out to my jeep and put a devise on it to see what the problem was. He told me all 4 sensors were bad.? they are brand new Mopar sensors. he told me he could keep the jeep and see if they could figure out what is wrong but i would probably need new sensors.
i said no thank you went home and watched tube videos i fixed it myself in less than 5 min. by resetting the sensor. not sure why he did not know about this ? just because i am a lady does not mean i am gullible. i will use a different dealership from now on.

Bought a brand new 2019 jeep renegade 2 yes ago and am pretty upset with my purchase.it doesn't have even 36000 miles yet and there's something wrong with my Rte gas gauges etc...I fill it up and ittells me I have 226 miles to empty.. it used to read over 350 Rte..I've taken it in and keep being told its a software issue .they supposedly called tech support and "reset" it to no avail.i took it home and straight back for them to tell me it takes a week or two to reflect c orrectly.now if that's not the stupidest thing I've everheard..so now I still get 192 to 226 miles on my Rte after I completely fill it up.theres no way something is not wrong withit.but everytime i bring it in I'm told the same damn thing!!

I am super dissatisfied with my brand new 2021Jeep Compass. I purchased the Jeep at the if August 2021 and at 700 miles the car starting jerking me into second gear. I took the car in for servicing. They claim they reset something and now at 1200 miles the caris jerking me into second gear yet again. I tried working with a case manager , Bernice, to no avail. She sent me an email with my case number and said Jim from Merrick jeep would be reaching out to me. It is nis 2 weeks later and I have not heard from Jim. In addition I have emailed Bernice twice and left her a voice mail and she had not got back to me. I will NEVER recommend anyone buy a Jeep as they obviously not stand behind their crappy car. I will be raising this issue next with my attorney.

Has anyone else been verbally assaulted and givin a spit shower while at Mountain Valley Motors in Blue Ridge Ga, because I had a horriable experience there today w the sales manager! My father has bought numerous vehicles from them so for this man to attack me like he did because HIS office made a mistake is absurd to me!
Let's start from the beginning. After purchasing a Jeep Gladiator with 5000 miles on it,I went to Mountain Valley for my first oil change. The lady in service (Angel)informed me I had 3 free oil changes the the 'Jeep Wave" program. Heck yeah! 2nd oil change they try to charge me $129.99. I Informed them about the "Wave" program THEY informed me about. After much hassle and rudeness I got the oil change. A few days after the second oil change, we went to speak with someone at the Dealership about the Service Department issue. John Conner listened to our concerns, and said he would take care of it and call me back later THAT day. Fast forward 2 months no return phone call. Today we walked into Mountain Valley to speak with Mr. Conner, aka "Terminator".
Immediately after sitting down at his desk he starts raising his voice saying he will not honor the 3rd oil change. He literally started yelling, spitting mist everywhere cussing at me. My husband had to walk away because he was about to lose his cool! So after my husband walks out I sit down at his desk and ask WHY and he goes off on some rant about he's talked to my dad AND I manipulated the system to get my oil changes free.... I DIDNT EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT TILL THEY TOLD ME it came w my Gladiator! Then he proceeds to pound on his desk ,and charge towards me as one of his sales guy is literally "holding him back" from ME!!!! I'm a cancer fighter who weighs 120lbs wet.... Now I didn't deserve ANY of this today! And I am still stewing over it! So I'm just wondering if this was a normal protocol for them! Security tapes need pulled on this situation! I should have called the cops Not another woman or man needs to be verbally abused by this man!!! HORRIABLE REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR COMPANY!

I'll just add customers are not going to going to get a reasonable answer to issues. Daughter Jeep is going to take six weeks to get a transmission. She can get a loner for five days though. I'll never own anotherone
